  Absolutely terrible bussiness. I high reccomend to not use them. They told me they would be here by 12 and agreed on prices and than knowing I was late for work and was in a rush low balled me and went against our agreement and wasted my hole sunday. The owner is very rude and his employees are liars. Go else where. I had my car picked up and got more money on the first next pick and called 5 other places and was offered more with immediate pick up. This place shouldn't be in bussiness. Im in the process of calling my attorney about it to make sure the next person doesn't go through what I just did.

  Called and told the guy I was looking for prices he asked me what my best price is that I got told him he laugh at me and hung up the phone if this is what you call good service what's also funny is that that's not my number and now your going to straight up lie i told you they offered me 500 dollars and u laughed and hung up on me good lie though people like you shouldn't own there own business because all your good at is lying to the customer

  I don’t know who answered the phone yesterday, but they were very very ignorant, cutting me off when I was speaking and in sorting me because I lost my title for the car basically calling me an idiot I didn’t get the name of the person, but they were the one that answered the phone yesterday at 2:30 very rude, very unprofessional Just very combative before I even said hello I understand if you have a bad day but don’t take it out on the people that are actually giving you money in your pocket paying us $200 for a $600 Cadillac converter if you want to be talk down on like modern day, rap music talks about women pick up the phone and call this person

  Well they say they give you top dollar no matter what condition yes we will give you $500. 0r $475. Then when they are there the say ok well will give you 200. 250 so i had turned people down because they said there are going to give me 475 and i got 200 but i made them go up 250 i still lost but i learned
