Hi I would like to take the time to let those that need to be aware at the corporate level that you have 2 outstanding employees who are about helping customers that weren’t born car mechanics. I have been having a battery issue with my not so old vehicle for 2 years. I decided to go in the Lawnside location after 2 roadside assistance calls in 1 day, and that’s when I found out that the local car dealership had given me an insufficient battery for my vehicle, Johnathan Johnson parts manager explained what was occurring and what needed to happen to resolve the issue. I appreciate his patience and knowledge for what makes a car run. I know my only concern is getting into the car and it starts then getting me from here to there! Brian Mosley the store manager, was knowledgeable as well and again helped me maneuver through the issues originated from the dealership in not doing what they were supposed to do in the first place! These gentlemen cared about my understanding of what was happening as a consumer and what they represent at Auto Zone. This is hard to find in the current climate in which we live presently. Thank you much, it is appreciated.

Came in late one night and was given the wrong break pads for front and back. Didn’t realize until I had the wheel off.

I needed driver/passenger rear axel and called 3 different Autozones all in which seemed frustrated to say the least in helping me search up the correct parts. If anyone knows about BMWs it is not easy finding correct parts. I began to give up on finding the correct parts. I decided to call 1 more Autozone which was 221 Whote Horse Pike, Lawnside NJ Whrn I called the first associate told me my VIN was incorrect and had too many numbers after I read it to him 3 times. He placed me on a breif hold, then another associate stepped in. He got on the phone, introduced himself as Brian and asked me my VIN and told me hes writing it down. Brian asked me how can he help and what I needed. He looked over the left side and right side which was not a simple task as there is nut socket, thread socket, compressed length, outboard spline ect. I orderd an axel already from another company and it was the wrong axel. Brian was extremely patient, polite, listened and last yet the least professional. He went over the part information with me to confirm the information was correct and asked if there was anything else I needed. Pleasant experience knowing there are still wonderful people in the world. Ohh might I add it was at 930pm. If you need parts and to be treated kindly go see Brian Brian was awesome! Thank you so very much Brian!!

I was on my first day, ~300 miles away from home, for a multi-day 3500 miles road trip. While on NJ Turnpike, Check System Charge and battery warning lights came up for a second and disappeared. This symptom repeated at least 7-8 times for the next two hours. Nothing else was abnormal and I did put on a new battery one week before the trip. I was concerned that my vehicle will die and strands me far away from home on a Sunday when no repair shop is open. Luckily AutoZone is open and I stopped at this store to have battery, alternator and charge system tested. The employee is super nice and he run tests with both engine off and on. Nothing failed test. Battery was full, alternator worked etc. This gave me the peace of mind that I can continue my road trip. I highly recommend this store and in general AutoZone to whoever need auto parts and tests like I did. There is no better feeling than you can count on somebody to be there when you need them. And AutoZone does exactly that. I am sorry I did not remember the employee's name while I was in all the stress. This happened just before 4 PM on Sunday 7/6/2025 afternoon. Store manager, please take notice that your employee on duty that day did an excellent job. Thank you.

I stopped in and John took excellent care of me… he was actually off the clock and stayed an extra 20 min to help me . He didn’t rush either , he really took his time answered at least 10 questions and compared all the prices for me. Not to mention check my car to make sure the part was the correct one and fit Properly.. Thanks Again John your an excellent example of A1 customer service and going the extra mile

Rude staff, they don’t listen to what customers ask for and left my change on the counter so I needed to individually pick up each coin as Amanda stared me down

I stopped here during my visit to Lawnside NJ for an event to check my headlights. The store has private parking and right off the Whitehorse pike. The staff is very friendly and helpful to locate the right headlights for my car. Definitely recommend for their great service.

Hi, I had to visit Auto Zone on White Horse Pike in Lawnside today after discovering my back license plate was hanging from my car. I entered the store and asked for assistance. Brian (I hope the spelling is correct) came over to assist me. He went out to my car for an assessment. He went back into the store and found the correct screws. He took his time in explaining exactly what was needed and how he planned to fix the problem. He was able to place the tag back on successfully. Brian was thorough with his work, deliberate, and very patient. Thank you Brian for taking the time out to help me. You are awesome!!!

I went to Auto Zone today to have my battery tested and replaced and Brian was fantastic. He cleaned the corrosion and made sure I had what I needed! GREAT service!

I went to the autozone in lawnside today to get a steering wheel cover. Brian M was very helpful and helped me put it on. Great customer service helped me as soon as I walked in the door!! Thank you again for your help!!

I came to this AutoZone to purchase some refrigerant for my GMC Terrain. John and Josh were on duty at the time. What a huge help they were! I managed to purchase a $12 can of r134a and my car is blowing ice cold air again. John explained everything to me in lamens terms of what exactly I needed to do to get it done. Very pleased with the results. I'll be coming back to this specific AutoZone for all my auto needs. Thanks again guys!!

The store manager Corey Smith is such a big help. He got my air conditioner working. I thought I needed a compresser when I only needed a $5 fuse to take care of the problem. This is the man you wanna come see when you need to go to Autozone. Come to the one in Lawnside,NJ to see Corey Smith. He will definitely take care of you.

Not exactly sure how the stars are rated but be careful when it comes to your warranty with that store. I purchased a battery Duralast Platinum battery for 335.00 plus tax and was told I had a warranty on the battery. Auto one took my phone number and registered my warranty under someone else. My battery needs to be replaced and upon attempting to activate my warranty this theft was discovered. I have my receipt and proof of payment and they told me there is nothing they can do. The representative said to me to condenscendly asked me to come in and so they can replaces the battery at my expense. They were laughing at me. I informed him I informed him I have no choice but to take that loss and I will have to replace my battery, I will not be replacing my battery with them. He said you mind as well come here you have to have your battery replaced anyway. I asked to speak to management I was told she will say the same thing. In other words I will be treated exactly how he is treating me. I will send my proof of purchase to their corporate office However, I have a feeling Autozone will end up in some sort of class action suite for their unethical business practices. Be cautious when dealing with that franchise.

Derek and Gigi are the best!! They provided extraordinary customer service and were very helpful. They both came out helped fix my headlight in extremely cold weather. Your great work is highly appreciated thank you both!!!

I can't say enough good things about Brian and Lito. They are employees at your store # 1893 in Lawnside NJ. They went above and beyond for me when my battery needed replacing. I am a 70 year old single female and I don't know much about cars. Lito and Brian were so kind, helpful and courteous, it brought tears to my eyes. The world needs more good men like these two gentlemen. I will be your customer for life after meeting these two men.

Had my car blow a tire and needed help gathering tire changing tools. Brian, the Parts Manager went out of his way to help me get everything I need. Really appreciated 😊 Customer Service is still alive at AutoZone in Lawnside NJ

I came to Lawnside Autozone . I brought a battery and the store manager GiGi installed it for me and she was amazing. My brackets were rusted and she worked her magic to get the battery secure. She took the time out to help me and I really appreciate it. I will be back.

I needed a new battery today, and Kevin helped me with the purchase and then installed it for me. He was so nice, and then wouldnt take a tip. He turned a bad morning into a really nice one. Thank you Kevin.

Kheri, I believe was his name. Young black man helped me with my battery. He was told by others in the store, "we don't do those cars". This was after he already started the job. He was nice enough to help me finish the job. I gave him a $20 for his efforts and for finishing what he started, even after others voiced their opinions. He'll go far in the working world. The others need to remember customer service.

I definitely don’t remember ever having this good of service at an auto repair shop. I came to have my battery checked and was helped by Zamir. He had to take out the battery to check the charge inside, which took about an hour. I had my 7 month old with me, and my phone was low on battery. So he kindly gave me his external charger so I could walk my son around the neighborhood with a charged phone while I waited! An hour later the battery is fully charged, he never gave me the runaround or tried to sell me anything, was super helpful and showed genuine concern. Thanks Zamir!

I went in with a lightbulb issue and Angie, the manager, got right up and walked out and see for herself what my tail light problem was. She helped me diagnose the problem and took care of it in 2 minutes. Great Job Angie - it's why we only go there for any car needs we have.

Super!!! Two guys (Big and Tall - one Black, One White). Excellent Customer Service. It's a Shame I didn't get their names off their shirts (covered by jackets). If I lived around here, I'd shop there anytime ...

The staff here we're fantastic. Helped me identify and order everything I needed to do a complete radiator swap out and flush on my Fiesta. Also, we all had a moment reminiscing on how great the Fresh Prince of Bel Air was... But that's beside the point.

I wouldn't go any place else! I've always received great customer service. My favorite store is in Berlin NJ. But the one in Stratford is also good. Keep in mind sometimes no matter what store you go to, you may have the wrong person helping. But I think this company does care.
