This is a total scam of a dealership if you are reading this and you don’t listen to this email about my experience at this dealership I brought a used car here January 2nd since I drove it out the lot I have had to put money into my seals my exhaust my timing change needs a new engine replacement I’m just trying to warn people out there not to ever consider buying a car here if you you will regret it like me my mistake my stupidity is why I’m warning people to not buy there ever tell other people I’m in the process to going to the township to try to get them shut down real all the others experience here that they sale nothing bug lemons and cars that will break down immediately after you do the contract now you all have been warned about this dealership now when you get a lemon you can’t say you wasn’t warned this dealership should be shut down so no one has to deal with being out of lots of money and a car that does not work you all have been warned about this dealership sale lemons cars that has major mechanical issues don’t be taken for like me

Edited review: MAKE SURE YOU TAKE THE CAR TO *AT LEAST* ONE MECHANIC. PROBABLY AN AUTOZONE TOO TO HAVE THE CODES RUN FOR FREE. TRIPLE CHECK TIRES IF YOU HAVE KIDS. I have already shared one review of this place that was five stars and I couldn't figure out how to edit it. So here we go: I met with Max and Steve a few weeks ago, they came recommend by a friend. They really put a lot of work getting me into a car, helping me find quotes and I felt like they had listened to me and I could trust them. I told them I needed something in good condition now. I explained a lot of the situation my son and I were in and how important it was that the car was reliable now. I even tried to walk away a few different times because the paperwork and everything wasn't working and I was getting nervous and feeling like I should wait another week or two. Now I am being told that cars are sold in "as is" condition. That means, to Max who I spoke to on the phone today, that even if the car is not road legal he is comfortable selling it to you and that if you don't get a second opinion he isn't willing to do anything to rectify the situation. Replace the messed up tire? No. Replace the completely bald two front tires? Nope. Not that either. Instead he will gaslight you and tell you he would never sell a car with bald tires and when you send him pictures he will tell you that your back tire looks fine. Tire. Becuase you only have one one those. Please make sure to always always always always get a mechanic to look over a car before buying from anyone. I know most of these mistakes are ones I've made. I didn't check the car enough. I should have brought it to a mechanic. But I did make sure to tell them dozens of times that the only thing I was looking for was a car that would be safe to drive so I could get back and forth to work. At this point all I can do is make sure everyone else is more careful than I was. ----‐----------------------------------------------------------------------- OG review: Steve and Max were absolutely amazing. As someone who gets overwhelmed by paperwork and things they really took the time to help me with every part of buying a car. They listened to what I was looking for and worked with me to find the perfect car. They are honest and up front about every car they sell and they will definitely be seeing me in a few years when it's my son's turn to buy a car. There really is no place better to get a car, if you're looking for people who are honest and reliable then these are the people for you. Bonus: You get to pet Gracie the real runner of the show! She is the perfect calm to get you through all the paperwork! Again thank you so much from the bottom of my heart. You guys are out here saving lives and building community.

If I could give this place a lower rating, I would. My husband bought a Kia sold from this dealer, only to have it die while he was driving on 95 a few months afterward. As it would turn out, the engine was bad, but there is nothing we can do about that. Fast-forward to now, and my son got a Honda Civic from them. It also died on 95, but this time before we even got it home from the lot. We called Park Auto and they promised they would make it right, so we came back (after having the Civic towed back to them) to pick out a new car. We ended up purchasing an SUV and was told that a mechanic looked at the car completely over so that this kind of incident would not happen again. A week out, and the SUV stopped working. I called the dealership up and they shifted the blame of the Honda Civic on us (telling us they had to eat the cost because WE blew the engine) and then said there’s nothing they can do about the SUV. He then told me that they don’t have a lift so they could not have checked the car out before my son bought it. Absolutely terrible customer service, and all their cars seem to be garbage.

Max had a great selection of wagons, and he offered me an excellent price on the exact car I was looking for. He gave me a super-helpful virtual tour, and he was honest and transparent about the known flaws of the car. He made everything easy and pressure-free, and he coordinated with a mobile mechanic to have the car inspected for me. Thank you Max!

Bought a 05 dodge ram great deal everything went super smooth there fixed all major problems

I bought a 2015 BMW 328d from Max at Park Avenue Autos, sight unseen, from out of state. Max was responsive and patient, with all my questions, and with the inherent hassles of an out-of-state buyer. When the car finally showed up in Omaha, NE, it turns out that where Max had said the car was in great condition, he was right, it was IMMACULATE. The only surprises I had in this purchase were his honestly and helpfulness, even to a customer he'd never ever see. Thank you Max, for the great buying experience.

I had an amazing buying experience. Max had the patience to answer all my questions and clear any concerns. I live over 2 hrs away and took a bus in to buy the vehicle. So I wanted to make sure everything was as promised and it was. Pricing was fair and the car was given to me in very clean conditions. Thanks to Max for a good shopping experience.

Comes into buy a used car and paid cashier check all up front, gets car and in less than 5 days the car starts this continuous clicking noise with the heat on and when car turns off, I come in later the next week and mentions the clicking and the car dealer with a tone of arrogance goes “ oh it’s the blender it happened two times already”, then why the hell did you sell me the car knowing that’s broken without being honest with me. Two stars because at least the cars still running but it’s only been a few times I’ve driven it.

No gimmick, cut n dry, easy place to buy a reliable, great looking used car. Of course the car we bought had over 100,000 miles on it. My mechanic checked it out after our test drive and we were ready to buy. Before the temporary tag expired, Max had the new permanent tags ready! Multiple options for financing. Stress-free and very friendly staff. Will definitely recommend to others.

He returned my call right away and set up an appointment for me to come view/test drive the car. When I first pull up to dealer, I explan the issue of getting robbed by someone on marketplace, Steve sounded very concerned and helpful. I had to pull what was left from my savings to get my granddaughter a car, she's single mom of two, trying to work. She was stranded. I've lost already 2000.00 on the first car. Now we got one here. Drove it for 1 week and battery was dead, then alternator needed to be replace, with no money had to wait few weeks to get it done. It was just replaced, started right up, but we put on gear, ad it shut off. Now it's been over a month. Only driven a few times. No car, no money, no job. Sorry but had to vent. Don't know who to blame. Smh

I have gotten 3 of my 6 cars here, the most recent being only last month. I have dealt with the father and son as well and they are both decent , honest guys who have yet to steer me wrong. I've gotten a good deal on cars I can trust every time. Update:(1/4/19) I haven't been able to drive my car for about five months or so now. Just a couple months after having the car, the check engine light came on, followed by the oil and transmission lights. No one could find the issue, and she was still riding pretty smoothly so I continued to drive it. One day out of the blue as I was heading home she shut down on me. Was told I need a head gasket/ engine and a lot of small parts replaced/repaired -_- I only got this car because the man spoke so highly of it,leading me away from my initial choice. stating how good of a deal it was. I'm regretting not going with my first, more practical choice. Be cautious.

I really thought I had the best, most comforting experience here with Max But 2 weeks later the car had over $4000 of work that needed to be done. When I called Max to see about bringing it back or selling it back to them for less than what we paid since they have an on-site mechanic, he told me he's not interested. To which I replied, why would you, you already duped us into a bad car huh? He said, that's the game. Then proceeded to direct me to mechanics he knows that will do the work way cheaper than a reputable company. Now I know why he was so willing to work on the price. Because either way we were paying too much!! Would 100% not trust these cars. They get it running and clear all the lights then sell it quick. there was a woman returning a car when I was there looking for one 👎

I recently purchased a vehicle from Park Avenue Autos. As soon as I pulled into the dealership, I walked up to the vehicle I wanted to look at. Rather than bombard me like your typical salesman would, he unlocked the vehicle from inside the dealership, and allowed me to look at the vehicle before coming to ask me questions. He allowed me to take the vehicle for a test drive with no questions asked and did not pressure me into buying the vehicle from them upon returning from the test drive. They allowed me to put $100 down to hold the vehicle. The next day I arrived and they had the vehicle ready to sign and go. Now, here is the most important part of my review. Is the vehicle perfect? No, as you're buying from a second hand dealer so it is expected. I was driving home and the check engine light came on, ironically after I had filled up the tank. I look at the gas tank, and it was missing a gas cap. Went to autozone, paid $9 for a gas cap, and the check engine light went out. Now, the vehicle is in for $1610 in repairs. With all that said, why am I giving them 5 stars after all the extra money I put in? The answer again, is that it is expected. These vehicles come from wholesale and are not brand new cars. They come with a story, and all you're doing is adding another chapter to the story of the vehicle. I would recommend this dealership to anybody, and would buy another vehicle here again if the need for another vehicle ever arose. I was very satisfied with this business. The salesman, Max, was easygoing, professional, and upfront with me. He offered me a very nice deal on a truck I was looking at, allowed me to and recommended that I have a pre-purchase inspection completed by a mechanic of MY choice. (I would recommend doing this for any purchase because my only complaint is that park aves mechanic said everything was good to go on the truck, which was not quite the case). I did not end up purchasing the truck but i would certainly recommend this business to family or friends

At first, I was scared to go car shopping. Searching online from meanings to car terms to searches for practicality of buying a used car. As we arrived at the place, I think my nervousness showed. But Max pretty much took care of this nervous mom and answered any questions I had putting me at ease during this process. He helped me find auto insurance that fit my budget. I've been to a few used car dealerships but Park Ave definitely sticks out. First, the knowledge of the workers are beyond compare. You give them a price range and an idea of what you're looking for and they will honestly say if they have something for you or not. The cars are clean and well taken care of and the lot is much more organized than most. Max and Nelson run a tight ship and it is refreshing to see. I have and will keep referring friends and family to park ace autos.

I had an excellent experience with Park Avenue Autos. Max was very professional. I was interested in a car that was held with a deposit for another buyer. Max took my name and number in case the deal fell through. I was pleasantly surprised when, two weeks later, Max called me to tell me the car was back up for sale. I asked Max to help me and allow a pre purchase inspection from a local shop. He delivered the car for the inspection. The car was a good, solid car that was priced very well according to Kelly Blue Book. Max kept me informed with many details about the purchase transaction and was great to work with. I really appreciate the family owned and operated business. I would recommend Park Ave Autos to anyone. My husband owns a family owned/operation auto repair shop in Philadelphia and he will also recommend Park Avenue Autos to customers. I have owned the car for a month now and it is great.
