Today 2-13-25 Tow truck driver came to tow a car from my property that I assume is being junked by the owner because they rather not pay for the repair..the problem is the tow truck driver took a piece of trash (antifreeze jug) out of the vehicle to lean on because of the snow but then left the trash here... It's the point that I shouldn't have to go clean up after him.. he's paid to do his job so it needs to be done correct, pretty unprofessional and disrespectful to go to someone's property and leave trash behind- says a lot about that tow truck driver especially when he did a double take at his trash but was to ignorant and lazy to pick it up and put in back in the vehicle.
Arrived early on Christmas Eve to take our car for repairs. The gentleman was professional, friendly, and was here and gone in minutes, could not be more pleased. Many thanks and Merry Christmas!

We got stuck at a shopping center 20 miles from our home town and waited 4 hours for AAA to provide us with a towing company but when they didn’t come through we called QND Towing and Transport, and I can’t say enough about them, especially during a stressful and frustrating situation. It was a pleasure speaking with the man who picked up the phone each time (might be the owner?) who was so agreeable and pleasant but also honest and not pushy. He followed through with everything efficiently, calling me back at every step of the way and offering suggestions without being overbearing. I’ve honestly never had a better service experience and we really appreciate it!

Called the number, they came shortly to my location. I thought I was gonna need a tow because we couldn’t get the lug nut off (was cross threaded). But when they came here they were able to get the nut off and change the tire in less than 20 minutes. Even the tire service place I was stranded at couldn’t get the tire off! He was very personable and professional. Highly recommend this service.
I was interested in selling my car, so my sister found this place on Instagram called qndtowing just from scrolling. She gave me the information so after work I called. All of this just happen yesterday 7.7.21. I gave the guy the information on my car and he ask me a few questions and gave me a price. Honestly for the condition of the car it was a good price. Not to mention the place is in Nj and he drove all the way next to Reading Pa to get that car. I’am thinking it’s going to be a check or money order he gave me cash. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone. Definitely fast speedy service and not to mention it’s black owned as well Definitely will be promoting this business all the way from Pa.
