Will not be going back. Went in for a tire rotation and that work was completed without issue. Shortly after dropping my car off I was told that my oil was 1.5 quarts low, and they recommended a cabin air filter replacement. Two issues: the included picture of the low oil level on my dipstick was exactly halfway between the hash marks between overfull and add (exactly where it should be) and my cabin air filter is a washable K&N filter. Those two issues completely lost my trust in them being able to honestly give a diagnosis/perform further work on my vehicles. Not recommended.
A few months ago I had some tire issues with a deployed spouse and the employees here promptly worked with me and got the issue fixed quickly.
I had my van set for an oil change/tire rotation and there was a misunderstanding. The staff was very kind and fixed the issue going above and beyond.
We will continue to go back. The staff is always nothing but kind and helpful, and they all seem very knowledgeable in their work.
I had what I thought was an emergency with my car. Called the shop and they found the time with their busy morning to check out the issue and fix it . APPRECIATE Y’ALL

I went to Firestone when my car battery died taking my mother to Capital health pain management right next door we were Stuck in the rain and freezing cold I asking for help a jump or anything.no help they ain’t even take the opportunity to upsale me a new battery where the compassion for One another I’m glad my mother is ok but thanks Firestone gods bless America
Why bother taking an appointment for an oil change at 9am when you can't even complete the oil change until three hours later?
My Husband dropped the car off at 9am, said he'd come back and was told it would be two hours (sure, whatever, need to do errands anyway) he got there two and a half hours later and still nothing? Not even loaded into a bay till 11.53am and will take 30 minutes. Absolutely not, such time wasters! We'll just take the car and our money elsewhere to someone that doesn't take on more than they can chew.
Everyone I've spoken to on base says the same thing about this location so it wouldn't surprise me if the good reviews are just bots.

Technician destroyed a tire pressure sensor during a tire change. It cost $440 for the Toyota dealership to replace and reprogram it. It was an inconvenience but management was incredibly helpful in seeking reimbursement. Very pleased with their kindness. I recommend seeking help from the store directly before reaching out to corporate, might go faster.
Reygen was phenomenal she was very helpful and explained everything throughly. When things changed she came in and told me everything and kept me updated the entire service. She was very kind and professional. I appreciated her help and guidance. We will continue to use this Firestone because of the honesty and professionalism we receive on top of the great work performed.
I was greeted candidly by one of the service advisors. He was very transparent and direct with me on everything, and had no surprises at the end, the price was even better than what I was expecting. I was able to get all four of my tires replaced right there and then. Also grateful for the additional discount I was provided. Thank you once again.

Got a bolt in my tire. Left it at the Firestone overnight. Took care of it immediately the next day. The also repair from the inside so it’s permanent. Super friendly. Super helpful. Will be back if ever the need arises. Thank you!!
Everyone has been wonderful with taking care of my 2011 Jeep Patriot! I have been bringing it here for tires since the first time in 2013. I continue bringing it back since then. It just went over 207,000 miles and I am trying to keep it running for a bit longer.
Very well done and told time to look at other things on my car that I wasn’t aware of.

Had to get my tires replaced on a very short notice. Phill and his crew were of immense help and demonstrated excellent professionalism without the typical upsell you often see in car repair shops. Would recommend.
I went in for a flat tire and came out about an hour and a half later with two new tires and an alignment! John at the front desk was knowledgeable and his calm demeanor was reassuring. The price was very reasonable and my car was good to go in no time!
Just double check your vehicle before you leave. They either lost my lug nut or destroyed it and gave me back my truck missing one. The staff was acting strange at pick up and insisted that I had multiple swollen lug nuts and I should purchase new ones. The whole interaction left me feeling uneasy. They did replace the nut but I’m hoping there’s nothing else wrong with what should’ve been just an oil change and tire rotation…
Excellent service. They quickly got me in and addressed all concerns. They were quick to note problems with my tires that I was not even aware of. Friendly, courteous staff! They also got me in quickly. I did not have to wait for an appt! They got me in the next morning and ensured the safety of my vehicle. :)
Great customer service and a very nice waiting room. They were much quicker than I thought which is always a good thing. It's on Fort Dix joint base so I was able to use my military star credit card with 0 percent for 12 months.
I had the misfortune of using Avis for my rental car and the car that they gave me had a nail in the tire prior to me picking it! Their roadside assistance didn’t help me at all, they even hung up on me 7 times, however the fine people here were able to get me back on the road within minutes, their care is superb, second to none. Made me feel welcome and kept it all within an amazing budget. If I could put 10 stars out of five I would they were amazing with customer care and service.
I’ve trusted this Fort Dix location with all of my vehicles for 20 years, but it’s clear things have gone downhill. I scheduled an oil change and alignment a week in advance, dropped my car off at 8AM on a Saturday, and by closing time, I was told only the oil change was done.
The manager, Phil, clearly is overbooking and prioritizing higher-paying jobs. When I asked about the alignment, I was told I wasn’t a priority, even the next day and to come back two days later. No apology, no accountability… yet I was still charged for partial service.
This business operates on a military base and serves mostly service members. It should be held to a higher standard of integrity and professionalism.
Loyal customers shouldn’t be treated like afterthoughts. If you value your time and respect, take your business elsewhere.
This is a great location! Service was quick and they were very accommodating. John at the front desk was very pleasant to work with. I came in for a flat repair and while I was waiting I remembered I needed an oil change. Spoke with John and he had no issue getting that done for me right away. I’ll continue to get service done at this location.
