Came out immediately, and got right to work. Knew exactly what the issue was and fixed it quick! Even gave good insight as to the functionality of how things operated! Absolutely saved us and for a great price! Easily 5 stars+!
Woke up to go to work, car wouldn’t go in to gear, I called Jay at 7:30am, sounded like he was sleeping, told him my problem and he said he’s on his way, at 8am got a text saying ETA 8:30, he thought he new what the problem was and he was right, little plastic bushing, he went to ford and got original OEM equipment, installed and closed the hood of the car at 9:30am, paid him a reasonable price and off to work I went,
Solid man right here. He honored his word and his price on a pain in ass O2 sensor. Can trust him at his word if he says it. It was a process for sure but he came back and had it squared away in a timely fashion. Recommend him for more task for sure.
Dumbest self declared mechanic I have ever encountered. Bragged about himself but doesn’t know and couldn’t figure out if the problem is in Alternator, Batteries, or a short on starter. Made me buy a brand new alternator which didn’t solve anything. My alternator was good. Made me pay for his time $250, and disappeared. This dumpster can only replace basic parts, tire, alternator, battery etc. I wouldn’t trust him with the basics after what I saw. You were warned!!!
I paid him for a vehicle inspection report and although he did the report, he would not send it over because the Venmo payment was marked as refundable. I waited a month for the payment to fully process and contacted him several times to get the report, but nothing was sent and he never sent my money back.
Jay did a great job helping me out of a bind with my truck that had died on me. I needed to get back up and running in a short time period for work. Jay was at my place to diagnose quickly, and had me back in action within 24 hours.
I feel blessed to have found him because it would have been a huge bother to have the truck towed somewhere. Jay being mobile is a lifesaver.
I've used Jay twice now, both times he proved himself to be capable and correct in solving my problems and was able to do it all from my driveway.

I had an issue with my 2004 dodge ram. The calipers rotors and pads needed to be replaced. Jay was there within the hour and got everything done correctly and efficiently. Would definitely recommend to anyone in mechanical need. He is great and fair.
STAY AWAY. Installed used parts-charged for new. Was unresponsive when asking why car was worse off then when initially given to him. Refused to return money spent for repairs not made. Had car for 3 weeks-returned it with additional problems. Took it again to repair-said he could do in 1 day-had car for 3 and stated it was fixed. Car died 2 days later and had to be towed. He has refused to answer me or return my money.
J was responsive, efficient, and professional. He replaced my battery and completed a few other things in under an hour. Unbelievable service and price. I will be calling again. Thank you!
I broke my column shifter on my truck and was stressing trying to find a way to fix it before work the next day, so I called Jay's and he was there the same day and fixed everything for me in less than an hour. He's proffesional, fair, knowledgeable, and just a good person to have around when you need help. Horrible service! I called Jay for an alternator repair based on reviews not even knowing he was a mobile mechanic (I was stranded in New Jersey and had no idea this option even existed). He came and told me the alternator was fine, even though the battery light was on, and that I was able to make it to VA with no issues. Charged me $100 just for the 5 minutes visit. I insisted on changing the alternator but he declined. The moment I get on the highway - major interstate road- my car died completely … I had to get it towed to a real mechanic… no even mentioning the lack of empathy on his end since I was traveling with a newborn. I texted that night asking for my money back since his negligence caused me further expenses in terms of time and money. Never replied!!!
Fastest mechanic I have dealt with by far. Jay is very knowledgeable about vehicles, which is hard to find with traveling mechanics. He's reasonably priced and, is already saved in my books for future car problems. Highly recommended!
I'd give 10 stars if I could. When I called, I was expecting to have him come out within the next couple of days. Much to my surprise, he was able to come out the SAME DAY! I work from home, so I was worried I'd have to interrupt my calls to talk to him. But Jay was efficient, flexible, and had great customer service skills. My car is working like new. Very reasonably priced! 10/10

Jay came out on a Sunday to help get the Hydraulic Jacks up on my Class A Motor Home. GoodSam put him in a spot as he had to travel 3 hours to get to site. Took him short amount of time to get me back on road and thankfully he did. We had some minor issues with billing that we have finally resolved due to line item charges that were not clear for reimbursement from GoodSam. It was a learning experience for me to ask questions and not just accept what was provided was my first for using GoodSam RA.

He took one look at the car and expertly diagnosed the issue to be battery, alternator, and starter. He went got the parts and came back and fixed it within a few hours. Jay was a LIFE SAVER when my car started overheating on the freeway. He came to my rescue as I was stranded on the side of the freeway at 8pm, quickly diagnosed the problem; left to purchase a new radiator for my car, & installed said radiator in a vacant parking lot until 1am. If he wasn’t available, there’s a good chance I would have been stuck there overnight. Very grateful
Jay came thru in a major way for me. I had been broke down for 2 weeks at the TA truck stop and they broke my fan hub. Jay came out the night before and didn't charge me to come back out the next day...spent the whole day getting me back up and running. No extra charge for goin to get the necessary parts that were miles away and only charged me for 6 out of 9 hrs. This is over a year late, but Jay, and his brother are the absolute dudes! This guy saved me when my alternator stopped working on the interstate and not a single garage was open in the area! Seriously appreciated his help so much. My insurance company couldn't help find a place, and I was going to spend the weekend stranded until I could get into a shop. This guy showed up in 30 minutes, took me to get the alternator and fixed it in less than an hour and I was on my way! Wish I could leave higher than 5 stars!
My wife’s high-end car battery died on us for the first time. After six years, that’s to be expected. I decided that I’d go get the battery and do it myself. Silly rabbit. I lifted the hood and realized this was not the 2004 Civic that I had been accustomed to working with.
