I went into Advance this morning to get new wiper blades for my 2003 Toyota Corolla. The gentleman who helped me showed me several brands and suggestions. Following purchase, he was kind enough to come out and put the new wipers on my car. I am so grateful because this skill is not in my "can do" book. He managed the change easily on the coldest day we have experienced so far ... so his effort made the installation extra special. Elsie Kerns

Awesome! Needed a car battery after it failed twice this week. Advanced auto tested it and replaced the battery in less than 15 minutes. Nice group of guys and very helpful. Very happy!
This used to be my go-to store. After tonight, I don’t think I’ll be going to ANY Advanced location. The first location I went to told me my battery tested good. A week later my battery dies again. So, I stop at this location and they refused to change my battery because I had corrosion cleaned off of it by the place they does my oil change. The guy actually referred me to your competitor, Autozone. Autozone replaced my battery without any hesitation, and I got a higher quality battery.
Will not be returning to this location. Went in to purchase a steering wheel cover. Wasn’t sure the correct size of my steering wheel and my car was being serviced up the road so I couldn’t measure my steering wheel. Asked the older man working at the counter to look up my make and model for the correct size of my wheel when he very rudely threw a tape measure at me and told me to measure it myself. Horrible customer service and will not be spending any of my hard earned money at this location. Do not recommend!
So I had a battery issue and suck at all things mechanic. Neil was gracious and kind enough to help me out. He was super knowledgeable and showed me how to replace the battery while replacing it for me. Give this man a raise! He saved my butt big time.
My minivan battery was acting up. So I ordered a battery online and went to the Marlton Advanced Auto to pick it up and have them install it for me. Justin greeted me when I walked in the store. He happily checked my current battery and said that it appeared to not be holding a full charge. He looked up my current battery and found out it was still under warranty. So he refunded my purchase price of a new battery and replaced it under the warranty. He installed it for me and I was on my way home in no time. Way to go Justin and Marlton Advanced Auto! You have earned my loyalty and my future business and I will gladly share my experience with others.
They were helpful to a point, the guy looked up the part and told me where to look, the store wasnt bust at all, i was the only customer, and after i paid for the part i asked the guy behind the counter if I gave him a few bucks could he help me install the part, he said no, we don't do that here. If it were pepboys or auto zone, they would've helped install the part. Idk, I had no problem Intalling the part, but I was on my way to a Christmas party and i didnt want to get filthy dirty when i couldve paid someone $20 to do it and it would probably take them 2 minutes.
Seriously great people working here. Dave helped me find the right bulb for my make and model easily, even after the shop I got it from put in the wrong bulb. Then when I got to the counter I realized I forgot my cards at home but George suggested I use Google Pay, waited as I set it up on my phone and saved me an extra trip. The most helpful staff you could hope to encounter after a frustrating after noon ?
I walked in looking for a stick on side view mirror for my truck. The young lady, I wish I knew her name, helped me and showed me the right thing although it was a DIY. I did it right in the parking lot. Great customer service, very professional. Thank You!!!
New employee who misunderstood what i was telling him even though i was very clear with my words over the phone. Wasted gas going here then had to go to another one 20 or so minutes away. Also no way of telling if the other store had it through the system and he never offered to call for us or anything. The other employee was more experienced and tried to smooth things over but again, they couldnt help.
Came with my friends to get some fluids and was in a pinch so I needed a pre bent hose; when we walked in the store the employee was in zero rush to help us as they were on their phone even after noticing us approach them for assistance. I had kindly asked to assist the employee in finding a hose which matched well. This request was met with unnecessary attitude as they walked away from me once again pulling their phone out, the employee came back completely unable to match the part without one option that might have worked. Overall this was a very POOR experience from a store which I have frequented for years, will not be going back.
Had the worst experience at this location. Will never set foot in there again. I had placed an online order at another location to have work done on my vehicle. They pulled the wrong part. I tried getting the correct part at this location because my car was being serviced close by. The manager refused to exchange the part for the correct one, despite having a receipt. His reason was that he refuses to take a loss on inventory. I was stuck so i had to buy the right part so that I could get my vehicle running, and wasn't able to use the 20 percent off from my original order. Very poor customer service, and refusing to honor store wide guarantee was poor as well. Almost makes me want to shop at another store altogether, as there are plenty of places that sell parts without giving a runaround and treating customers poorly.
Great in and out spot, like a convenience store for auto needs. Always have what I need. Clean store, friendly staff. Would get 5 stars if they price matched. Target and walmart may be a few minutes down the road, but often have the same common products for less. Hard ro beat locally for specialty items though.

I thought I already ranted and raved about this location? Best customer service for miles?? Store manager is awesome. There are 2 ladies, forget their names, sorry, I always encounter. The one is still learning, which is totally cool, I get it, we can't all jump into a gig and master ot. Your doing great??✌? the other is super knowledgeable and helps everyone and continues to teach her co-worker. Always a great experience here??

I just got GREAT customer service from an associate named Alyssa! She was extremely helpful finding exactly what I needed and bringing it to me for checkout. Then even answered a car question that had nothing to do with what I was shopping for. She was honest and pleasant and I absolutely appreciate her help! I hope she gets recognized! As a person who works in customer service I know for a fact most people in this feild are not like that!
Called to see if they had a part in stock. Guy on the other line seemed like he didnt even want to talk and I was bothering him. I told him what part I needed and then was complete silence and said "we don't have any". Never offered to look at another store, offer any advice, nothing. Worst customer service ever, the guy obviously didnt want to make any effort to help me. Called Pep Boys and person was very helpful and put the part aside for me so I can come pick it up.
Prices a bit overpriced but they provide 20% coupons. Jodi from the marlton location was very helpful and quick. She also helped me bring my parts into my car, trust me they were not light, I don't know how she did it!
Really bad service! Came in Saturday morning, one employee outside on his phone, go in store, no ones around, stand at the counter waiting for 3-4 minutes, another customer comes in, a guy pops out of the back and immediately waits on him. So I'm outta there over across the street to Pep Boys. Quick courteous service over there! Had all the parts I needed in stock!
I prefer advance over other auto part chains. Prices are a little high but easy to order online and apply at least a 20-30% coupon. If I can’t apply coupon on excluded items I shop elsewhere. Employees are usually very friendly and helpful at all locations.
