I had an excellent experience at AutoZone thanks to "Reggie B" From the moment I walked in, they were friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. They went above and beyond to make sure I found exactly what I needed and even took the time to explain everything clearly. It’s rare to come across someone who shows that much patience and genuine care for customers. Their customer service truly stood out and made my visit stress-free. AutoZone is lucky to have such a dedicated employee!

Serge and Mike are rock stars, they went into the bowles of inventory to find me my gasket. Store was also backed up, and Mike and Serge stepped up to help everyone. This occured 07/06/2025.

Shout out to one of the managers Laz for going above and beyond to get my old battery out of my car. It had all of this abraision on it and he tried his best to help me. And he was able to get it out. Appreciate you!

Went here looking for a fuse for the wife's car. They had it in stock. The prices are average compared to other auto parts stores. The staff are friendly and the registers move quickly. A great place to shop for automotive needs. The hours are great too.

I'm a fan and a commercial buyer, I love autozone but I wish they'd hire better employees store manager at #1664 Serg doesn't like doing his job, always on his phone or to busy to work, doesn't really know where things are, having conversations that should stop when customers are around, and doesn't speak well to customers sometimes.

Friendly staff and they were pleasant and helped me with a smile. It was extremely cold and the sales associate had to come outside to run a diagnostic. Great experience.

I highly recommend this business, the customer service is outstanding, I was completely impressed with their professionalism. When I walked in the door, I was greeted with a friendly welcoming by a gentleman name Serge. I needed a battery for my car that was under warranty the transaction went fast and smooth Serge made sure everything was up and running , again I highly recommend this business customer service amazing.

They did not have the specific spark plugs I wanted, but I paid for them and they had them sent to the store within a few hours. Great friendly service despite being very busy. I recommend Auto Zone.

Had a bad experience with an employee in Edgewater Nj autozone on route 130. My wife asked the employee there do they install batteries there, and the employee tells her to make me do it. I say to him I work 12 hr. shift and he says to me don’t make any excuses, he works 9 days straight and he’s from Brooklyn etc. what a bad experience I had with autozone. Never will I go back there if they’re hiring wreckless people like that that is disrespectful to customers.

The store is always bright and clean. Staff is very knowledgeable about location of their merchandise. And still after 18 years of my needing last minute parts,they always seem to have it in stock

Michael Findlay was an excellent help during my visit. He when out of his way to order a part and then looked for me on my return. The customer service was above and beyond and rare to find. It’s because of his services I will be a regular customer.

I just recently started going here and I deal with Michael a lot he cool peoples. But big tall dude (I think he’s a manager) give off weird vibes I’m not even gon cap when I asked him for help he got me the right liquid but he seemed to not wanna get his hands dirty. Michael saw he didn’t help me to the fullest so he came over and gave me a hand.

I thought that AutoZone were supposed to help you out with a small task. I came into this AutoZone this morning for a bulb replacement, I asked the gentleman if he could help me. He replied no no no we don’t do that here. The employee should be able to help out their customers. I went to the AutoZone in Burlington and they were 100% much friendlier much nicer, much knowledgeable and guess what they help me change my bulb. Anyone out there that wants number one A1 service go to Burlington

This store lit. It nice to see a diverse group of people handling store operations with saftey and efficiency. This is not my first positive experience. That last time they helped me when my car ran out of gas and allowed me to park there until roadside assistance came. Never a bad experience. Would have given 6 stars but 5 was the highest.

I came here this morning to get a quart of oil cause I was down a little. I received alot of information from manager concerning why my oil might be low and it was informative to learn something this morning. He even had me switch gas treatment for something much better to use. I like when I come here and get information that will help my car run better. Keep up the great work thanks.

I've been at this location multiple times over the years and have yet to have a bad experience. The pricing is fair while the employees have been helpful and knowledgeable. Either it's well run or I've been lucky.

Ignorant cashier, using my bank card following all prompts on card reader, shes buisy looking up my phone number then tells me to remove my card and try again....i rudely said if i do this a second time will you be ready? Not the first time stuff like this happens at this location...they make you feel like 2nd class citizens.

Most helpful auto store I've been to. The staff here is so knowledgeable and courteous its hard to believe. Sorry to say but I'm uses to being avoided and not getting good information about products im interested in or need. I was doing a late night brake job and broke a caliper pin rushed to the closest store and they were out! The associate called the next closest store who found the product and placed it on hold and made it the best experience I've had in a while from an auto store. They were mad or aggravated to have a late customer. They were glad to help so I could get my car on the road again. Willing to call around and get it done without griping really goes a long way. Definately worth driving past advanced auto and the boys to get the right kind of service you would expect.

Trevor really helped us find the right part and made sure we were happy. Will be using this store for all my automotive needs. Highly recommended.

Great attitudes the employees have but this place needs more employees. The wait for help is longer than one would like. Also there is no book for shoppers to look up for them selves which bulbs they need.

Counter staff helped me put together a large order, showed me available options, and offered solutions. Store was clean and well lit with a decent selection . Free tool rental for suspension job was beyond valuable!
