Will absolutely be using this company again if I need a tow. We have a dually with an 8’ bed and had a hard time finding someone to tow it. They came out quick and the driver had the truck on the flatbed quick and made it look effortless.
Price was great and customer service was even better.
Called in and gave them advice on their truck colorway, lady on the phone was super super accepting of advice and said she’d pass along the message to THE Steve Flanagan. Best customer service.
Just had a very easy, efficient and pleasent experience making arrangements for a tow. The employee on the phone was extremely easy going and respectful and I got it all set up in minutes!
Absolutely reckless driver. Almost caused multiple accidents on 55 by cutting off an entire lane causing multiple drivers to swerve. Kept drifting in between lanes like he was drunk and tailgating. Don’t trust this guy with anything with the way he drives.
I was stuck on 130 after a torrential down pour. I called my insurance for a tow truck but because of where i was the police called a tow truck and flanagan showed up. I asked to just tow me across the street so i am out of the middle of the road. It was less than 500 feet away. They charged me over 100 dollars to move me and the person who took my payment was rude and the driver of the tow truck almost ran a red light and caused an accident. If i didnt use them my car would have been impounded because of where i was stuck.
First time having work done on my truck there. Mechanics have good attitude and listen to you. Got to meet some by names which I like when it comes to work being done onmy equipment. Not pleased with how picking up the truck and payment arrangements are conducted. Payments was made over the phone wasn't pleased with giving my card numbers over the phone to someone I don't know. Over all job done on my truck was alot of work. Got truck back in a decent time. Back on the road again. Will I use them again? YES I would until service becomes lousy like some other places I've dealt with.
Car towed in this place because it was night time.
Lied to me the condition, just to keep the vehicle in his garage so he can overcharge me to fix it. He explained to me it that will need a while to fix it and will be cost alot of money "thousands" as something major going on. I sensed his lies immediately .
He gave me a hard time to get the car from the back and that he is busy.
He Wanted to charge me more than 200 $ to tow it to a nearby dealership few miles a way and told because they are busy".
I just called AAA and asked how much they will tow the car if i signed in with a new membership that costed ~ 50 dollars.
I ended up fixing it in a nearby place for 300-400$ and drove back with it.
On our way from South Florida to CT, we were stranded on the NJ TP at midnight after running over a discarded mattress that got completely caught up under our truck. Dave, from Flanagan Towing came to the rescue. He got us off the road quickly and found us a motel near the shop that would accept our dogs for the night The next day, the shop crew had the mattress removed and our truck repaired within 2hrs of opening up and got us back on the road by 0930. They are truly an outstanding operation in everyway. Could not recommend them more for both towing and vehicle service.
Please don’t have your vehicle tow to this place. They where rude, they curse my husband out. I tried talking to them, because they were angry at my husband they took it out on me. And said we don’t need to listen to you. Right after us, a young lady went they gave her a hard time. Again don’t take your vehicle to them!!!!! (Unprofessional)
Had an emergency break down at customers 1/4" air line on PTO broke can't pump off load, told him I can drive the truck there, "Sorry Im backed up for the rest of the week"
