DO NOT TRUST THIS SHOP!!!
If we could give them 0 stars, we would. They sold us a vehicle with locked brakes and said the vehicle was in "great condition". We live in another state so we couldn't see the vehicle in person before purchase. Hid the fact that the vehicle had a LOT of cosmetic damage, inside and out, as well as a significant amount of rust.
Scammy place, doesn’t stay true to their word once a vehicle is sold. Refused to pay for fixes the vehicle needed even though they said they would. wouldn't answer text messages or calls about the vehicle they sold.
I could go on but won't. Just don't do it :/
The best by far car shopping experience I ever had… from very quick prompt responses even after hours to thorough information and extremely fair pricing, top notch customer service and friendly polite communication. Can’t say enough great things about the owners and the employees. I can’t thank them enough for how wonderful, easy, informative, helpful and reassuring they made this whole process which I usually dread. Will definitely be back again!

bought a 2008 BMW 528i from them last week. the process is a breeze and pleasant. they are straight forward and no gimmicks. the owner even found someone to drop the car to my location next day since I couldn't drive it home with me on the day of sales.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. The overwhelmingly positive reviews for this Business are accurate. I bought a 2012 FJ Cruiser (somewhat rare) in great condition at a reasonable price. The internet ad for the vehicle was accurate, thorough, and honest. The Salesman and Owner are genuinely nice and a pleasure to deal with - there is no pressure and they are very helpful. The best 'buy a used car' experience I have ever had. I will definitely consider them for future purchases.

I had been looking for my dream truck, a second Generation Tacoma 4.0 V6 manual transmission 4x4 for a while. Found it at Washington Auto sales. Very good condition. The Sales Rep, “Julian” assisted and answered all my questions, Test drove the Taco and bought it. Thank you WARS for making it happen. My early Christmas present .

I had an amazing experience with this place, and I especially want to give a huge thank you to Waseem. After purchasing my car, I discovered an issue with the rear axle assembly. Instead of giving me a hard time or making the process stressful, he immediately stepped up and made it right. They were professional, honest, and went above and beyond to make sure I left as a happy customer. It’s rare to find a dealership that truly cares about their customers, but this place definitely does. I highly recommend them, and I’m extremely grateful for the help and support Waseem provided.

Quick note. I had purchased a used vehicle on the day of the review. While it broke down on the way home, it is not a reflection on the team at Washington Auto Repair and Sales. I had test driven the car the week prior. When I called Waseem and crew, they had me return and had it fixed in minutes! Seems as if one of the ignition coils on one of the plugs either got wet or failed. Great and timely service! I would HIGHLY recommend the crew there.

I have been desperately looking for a Toyota R4 for weeks and every single one I looked at and test drove were absolutely horrendous to where I thought maybe that car isn’t the one and I should look for something else. I seen this dealer on car max app and it looked beautiful inside and out but wasn’t sure if I wanted to drive out of state to get and BOY IM GLAD I DID BECAUSE IT WAS THE ONE! I was blown away at how impeccable the interior was and not a dent on it! Low mileage great bones it’s perfect in every way! People were very professional friendly and worked with me to make sure I get my dream car! If I could give them more stars I would they made this so easy and effortless (I’m sure all of you know how stressful car shopping is) I took a little peep at the rest of what they had and all were amazing both look prices and mileage! 10/10 highly recommend them
Our son had a good experience at Washington Auto recently when he bought his red 2 door VW GTI. Julian was friendly & helpful during the purchasing process. There was an issue with the car after he brought it home however, Julian and his team came up with a fair solution.

I had a great auto buying experience with Washington Auto Repair & Sales. Waseem and Julian are solid guys who were very honest and transparent during the entire process. They are laid back and pleasant to work with. They allowed me to take out the Subaru WRX I was interested in without coming along. The car was nicely detailed with new brake pads, rotors and tires. It looked better in person than the photos on the internet. I was pleased with the deal we were able to work out on price. The deal on the Subaru was the best one I could find within the Tri-state area and I spent a lot of time looking. I drove nearly 100 miles from PA to see the car and I was not disappointed. I could tell that they wanted to make sure everything was right. They also made the buying process painless, and it was such a relief that they don't hit you with any unexpected or unreasonable fees. One final feel good extra was the 3 month 4500 mile drivetrain warranty they provided for free. I will not hesitate to recommend them to friends and family in the future.
This place is amazing, my parents bought a car for me a couple of days ago. It was the exact car we’ve been looking for, for the past 2 months. Great conditions, no problems, and Waseem was very honest with us about everything. He helped us a lot, and didn’t charge stupid fees that other dealerships try to scam you with. He’s not just a guy trying to sell a car but he’s also very honest and helpful. I would definitely recommend working with him.

I brought car here after a bad experience with another mechanic and also bought a used car from here in the same day. Staff very friendly and knowledgeable. Bought my car as is and when I had a small issue they fixed it for me no problem would def use again and also found my new mechanic I can trust !
