Poor customer service. Counter people have zero interest to assist anyone. Stood there for 15 minutes listening to a discussion on which oil to put into a 1996 Econoline. Hector didn't bother asking what do I need, the lady has an attitude like I owe her money and asking for favors. Truly a shame. That's why we will continue to do business elsewhere.

Order parts on Wednesday give him my credit card information was told it would be ready for Monday called Monday and they said they forgot to put the order through so I paid for next day shipping and when I called they said that it didn’t make it on the shuttle and was going to be the next day, which we are now in Tuesday of the following week when I called and spoke to the person that I ordered the parts with they’re Unprofessional and the call ended with a” I have to pick up the phone. I can’t be on this call anymore and hung up no apology and no taking responsibility for Action
