Convenient and very well stocked with fruits and vegetables. Easy check out with multiple registers and self-checkouts. Ample parking spaces, but not enough Handicapped parking spaces.
26 July /25;)Several incidents have happened to me in that store, today my shopping cart disappeared from my eyes in an instant with my bags inside and security didn't even show up; it's the least recommended place for my neighbors to do their shopping, the management honestly so bad , the strawberries Uhyy there's never a checkout that works, the vegetables what can I say about the salad tomatoes horrible, about the ice creams I'm sorry but you never find the flavor and the mess is even better, I don't know who does the central purchasing for that store but the truth is that they should take into account whoever is in charge, I regret having to say this, and I hope it will work better from now on
To the employee in the black shirt (manager?) who gave me a dirty look yesterday…. Please note that the NJ consumer fraud act call for you to honor the sticker price. And when the sticker price says $2.50 that is the price. Not tell me that’s an old sticker and it was 2 for $5.00 and I must buy two. Then give me a dirty look and walk away when I tell her I pay what it says!! Know the law or take the product off the shelf!!! And thank you to the cashier who gave me the correct (sticker) price.
I wanted to deliver the defective product I bought from a different store of the same company here, he didn't accept it, he said it should be taken to the place where I bought it, they said they couldn't get it from here, it's nonsense, I don't trust you anymoreI went to a different store to try it. They fixed it without any problems. The employees are creating problems, not solutions.
This store is disgusting!! I purchased three packages of family sized ground chicken about two weeks ago. Got it to the check out and we smelled rancid meat. It was the chicken. I made the manager aware. Three days later I placed an order for the chicken and was delivered more rancid smelling meat!! I called and complained. They did nothing for me. The customer service guy was nice but that's it. Now my husband is at the store today buying the same ground chicken and it is also smelly and disgusting. This store must be filthy. I can't even imagine having all this go in and yet still not one employee has bothered to clean that meat case out. Go spend your hard earned money on groceries at a clean store.
I was told to come in to return purchased milk that was unopened and leaking. i came in and then was told that the 'service desk' was closed and to return tomorrow...
i've seen people do exchanges by the self checkout--i've done it there several years ago too.
Drove back home and milk leaked in the car.
Really expect a customer to take your faulty, leaky bowl and basket item back home and return the next day after you told them to go in? back and forth.. worker made no effort to help.
This is one of my favorite ShopRite to go to, for some reason this ShopRite seems organized and so much product brand to choose from, most workers seems happy to help out, Froilan from the produce took his time to help me find item I need, I started to come and do my shopping needs on this location.

Wonderful planogram organization that gives customers a great sense of freedom, ease, and air flow.
The sunlight that flows in is a really warm, sweet, and nostalgic comfort and safety to the atmosphere.
Never order pick up from here. I placed a pick up order for the evening, I was running late but it said that their store closes at 10pm so I figured it should be fine.
I checked in and even did the text to notify. No one came out, after over 30 minutes of waiting I went inside to only be told that the person working online pick up left. And that pick up closes at 8pm?
No where on the app or the site was this information listed. I was told to comeback the next day but I couldn’t.
Now I see that my order was refunded but the pick up processing fee wasn’t.
I’m beyond annoyed and disappointed! No warning, no corrections on their end, NOTHING.
So yeah, steer clear of online pick up here! It’s bad enough you get charged 5$ to reserve a pick up time but it’s even worse when no one gets back to you or offer any actual answers.
I live in palisades park and have been coming here my whole life, they’re doing some renovations which is nice, but they need to clean the dairy shelves. I tried purchasing a gallon of milk and picked it up and put it in my cart, the carton was sealed but somehow the rest of my groceries had milk on them. I touched one of the products in my cart and the smell was rancid. My hands also smelled putrid. I put all my groceries back and got a different gallon of milk and the smell was still there. The milk shelves are covered in rotten milk that probably spilled months ago and then stinks up every other gallon of milk from the bottom leaving the bottom of every milk gallon covered in curdled milk. I got some of the putrid rancid milk on my shirt and smelled bad my entire trip there. Please clean your shelves and customers please wash your milk gallon before placing it in your fridge!
update: the milk cartons are no longer dirty!
To me this is the most familiar Shop-rite of them all so when i compare it to others it seems just a little better overall than other locations even though i can't really complain about any Shop-rite as opposed to other supermarkets. The store is clean, usually not busy late, and has great employees. Also there's ample parking. Most cashiers & customer service personnel are excellent !
What is wrong with this shoprite's business hours???
It says it closes at 10 and they now started to close the doors at 9. Who does that? Is this even legal? I literally got there at 910 and it was closed! What is going on? I've seen a lot of people leaving upset including myself!
My local supermarket is convenient and well-stocked. My only complaint is that the self-checkout machines are the worst I've ever encountered. The poor clerks who are assigned to that area have to run from customer to customer clearing the screens because of various malfunctions. Very frustrating.

Not only do they close way earlier than any other shoprite I've ever been to. But their customer service closes before the store itself closes. Plus I just went in on a Monday, darn near close to 10am, and they had zero gallons of milk. They had zero half & half of the company I use......
& customer service had me standing there for almost 7 minutes without anyone even coming to help!
I travel almost 30 minutes just to go to a different shoprite in another town because of their great staff/employees, fully stocked shelves/ options and overall shopping experience.
I don't know how this location is even still operating and open!
Need to check the expiration dates on everything you buy here , unfortunately forgot to on a few occasions and realized later on at home that a few things were expired. just recently bought bread that was best by the next day. this is ridiculous and has happened to us numerous times over the years. they shouldn't be stocking food that's close or past its expiration date.
Diomaris and Christine are pure GOLD!!! I came in needing a really large order for our school’s thanksgiving feast! They made sure the food was ready and hot and they were just so sweet and accommodating. They could have easily just taken my order without any of the extras but they went above and beyond helping me. I can’t thank them enough. In such a high anxiety time during thanksgiving they chose to make the very best out of each order. I’ll continue to go out of my way for this location because of these two ladies.

Update (7/11/2021): they have added self checkout kiosk for both large and small shipping trips to minimize contact and for faster checkout. They are intuitive and easy to use.
Good selection of groceries and home goods at an affordable price. Customer service is friendly, checkout times are decent and plenty of parking.
I like this place its not much expensive and good stuff to eat and to buy. My son likes macaroni and cheese so There a bunch and good people and cashiers.
A nice store with a great selection of fruits, vegetables, meets and a bakery shop on site.
No alcoholic beverages sold here, and disorganized deli department.
A free parking lot with the most pat holes of any parking lot in this area!
It's a good enough supermarket but they always have the same things - it gets tiresome. I prefer the ethnic mix at Hackensack and Englewood but this store has very fresh meat well cut.
