Guy was on a personal call (holding the phone) during the whole time he was driving the tow truck with me in the car. Driving on the wrong side of the road at times. Also tried to convince me to use his mechanic. Bad service.
I live close by and discovered this place years ago and probably 4 cars ago… and I can’t even remember how many times Avi saved my day,

Had a busy day car died in driveway. Called the company had they were able to get someone to my house within 20 mins. (Good) The guy tried charging my battery while taking a personal call and dropped my battery cap into the engine and didn't bother to get it.(Bad) He was on the phone for the first 15 mins of the job. Once call was over we tried multiple times to turn the car and eventually got the car to start. (Good) Turns out I was low on gas and was parked in angle in my driveway that was difficult for gas to reach the tank. Once I was level engine got gas. Was charged $150 (cash) to get pulled out my driveway. (Bad). Rip Off....

I had a positive experience with Avi's towing service in New Jersey. My BMW had a transmission/electronic issue, and being out of warranty, other places were quoting high prices. Avi was knowledgeable, fairly priced, and provided a timely service, saving me both time and money. I appreciate the honesty and highly recommend their services.
Got stuck on the on-ramp to GWB. After waiting 45 minutes, i gave up on AAA, and called the nearest towing service, which arrived within less than 5 minutes. They towed my car right to the Range Rover dealer. Range Rover told me it would be a 2,700.00 + tax repair to the electronic board including some electric equipment that had to be replaced. I called the guys at BCT and had them tow the car to their shop, as my car had just passed warranty. They checked the car and found a loose cable. They had to order a couple of small parts (from RR). They charged me $300.00 and did the work next day. If you are looking for an honest mechanic who knows what he is doing, Avi is your man. You will thank me for the referral, as all my friends I’ve sent there since, have.

Avi and his team are extremely honest, reliable and professional. The only place I feel safe taking my cars knowing I’ll be treated honestly, pay fair prices and my car is well taken care of. Could not recommend them enough.

Had a very important day today was picking up flowers in Englewood for my girlfriends 21st birthday so happen my car wouldn’t start. I called them up, came within 10-15 minutes told me what I needed to do to avoid this problem again and gave some great tips
The person I spoke to on the phone was very rude. His tone of voice was full of attitude and he was very short tempered. I asked him a question about the pricing and he raised his voice and asked what did I want to do. I told him he should talk to customers that way. He replies “customer?” Wow.

My car broke down in the south Bronx this afternoon. Ali came all the way to the Bronx, picked me up within 20 minutes and drove me to get my clutch fixed in NJ. We had wonderful conversation, very professional and Absolutely phenomenal customer service. Will use again!
Very experienced mechanic fix starter like new there was before. Mr Peter help me very well and after the she in the office tell me how to go to Elizabeth by route 21 north on my phone. Nice workers polite and profesionals. To fix cars this a good mechanical company.
