I ordered from the store for delivery and half for many years cause I found it to be much better than the hackensack location However, overtime that has changed because they apparently most of the items are packed from a warehouse and people don’t know how to pack the items i.e. produce with canned goods This week, I placed an order For delivery this morning I received a phone call that because my payment didn’t go through. I’d have to pick up the order. I called to explain that I had to freeze my card due to possibly being stolen and they run it through. Catherine’s answer was this.. We have a new policy if the card doesn’t go through, you have to pick it up. I explained my situation she said well you don’t shop here often enough so You have to come here and we’re too busy for this The food was already shopped for so now it’ll take you more time to unpack it than to have just rerun my card

Always clean and has a huge selection of products. Never had an issue with getting items that are on sales. Never had to ask for a rain check.

Order pickup is extremely slow. I waited far too long even though the order was placed in advance. Very inefficient and disappointing experience. I don’t recommend using pickup here unless you have a lot of time.

very bad experience on this store, everytime we try to buy the ground pork, nothing on the shielves display and the guy name Jose in the meat section is so rude, he an attitude and he should learn the costumer service!!!

I’m really disappointed with the ShopRite in New Milford. They push the caper carts and claim you can check out at any register, but the reality is completely different. The caper cart itself is heavy and awkward, and after lugging it around the store, you still end up stuck in the same self-checkout line as everyone else. So you save absolutely zero time. What’s the point of encouraging these carts if the process isn’t actually faster? The product selection also isn’t as good as other local ShopRites, and honestly, after the way some of the staff treat customers, I’d rather drive farther to a different location. At least there, the experience matches what’s advertised.

This store used to be good when it first opened but it's a complete disaster now!! It's RIDICULOUS!! They have way too many people stocking the shelves during the Daytime who are often inconsiderate and make it difficult for customers to navigate throughout the store, they are chitchatting amongst themselves and on their cell phones and are just plain in the way all the time! The end caps of the isles have way too much clutter which causes people to walk into it because it can't be avoided, there are islands set up in some of the isles crammed with food which greatly reduces the space in an overcrowded store with too many people to begin with. There's nowhere to move in this store. The whole Produce section looks like it was hit by a truck that carried GREEN BANANAS! Not to mention the annoying robot they have which patrols several store isles causing a major safety risk!! IT'S ONE MORE THING IN THE WAY THAT SHOULDN'T BE THERE! I've seen senior citizens walk right into it because they couldn't react quickly enough to avoid it. Who the hell is controlling that thing and why are you letting it run into people??? There's never enough live cashiers, too many employees standing around at the front end not doing anything except hanging out, like they're at the mall! I wish there was another store I could go to but this is the one I'm stuck with. Remove all the clutter, get some hand baskets for the customers to shop with, be more discreet and professional when it comes to stocking your shelves, ditch the stupid robot and put your employees to good use. Don't respond by telling me you're sorry to hear of my experience, don't tell me to send you another message of some kind, don't tell me you'll look into it with your Team Members. I'm really sick of it and I shop there every week and spend alot of money. Stop just sitting back raking in the dough and CLEAN UP YOUR STORE!!!! Your responses appear to be computer generated at best and you have alot of nerve to only tell the customers who leave good reviews that they are valued customers!! Shame on you!!!

Worst shop rite in Bergen county, I asked for an item 3 different workers sent me to 3 different isles and left without help Go to Emerson or Englewood

Editing my review because the folks in store pickup are AMAZING. I accidentally placed my order for pick up tomorrow instead of today. I can't believe I did that. I'm in the middle of some stuff and I need it today so I was gonna cancel and go shop myself but they were able to get everything in like record time, I can't believe how fast they were able to just help fix MY mistake. I appreciate it so much. this is my new Shop Rite since moving to the area in June. It's a HUGE store and I don't like the layout, but I get why it's laid out that way. They are open late and usually stocked well. I usually park in the back of the lot, self checkout, put my cart back. I hate the flow of traffic in the parking lot. Most people drive too fast in parking lots anyways.

This place hand down is the best ShopRite around always a big selection. If you can’t find something you can easily find someone in the aisle to tell you where something is very rarely. Do I find myself looking for a open check out line

I just finished an absolutely grueling work year in a special needs school. I wanted to treat myself to a steamed lobster from the seafood counter at this ShopRite ( 90 degrres . The workers looked at me like I had 13 heads for even asking. At a seafood counter. At dinner time. Conveniently, they stop steaming lobsters at 6:30. I asked at 6:35. They were obviously lying and told me to "come back next week for a sale". Please, I walked out of the store without spending a dime and went to Stop and Shop instead.

Online shopping not recommend it. Lack of professionalism. Do not waste your time. When you begin the order they give a time slot for your delivery and guess what - by the time you pick 80 products and ready to pay it says you delivery is for another day. Clowns, wasting your time, I took close to 45 minutes selecting my products around 1:pm and when ready to pay around 2:30 for a 6:00 to 8:00 pm delivery, they changed it for next day. I cancelled and will never return. In spite of the fact that they substitute products without asking, and the freshness is not that good. I felt the need for delivery because I had a bad leg. New Milford ShopRite is not as good as Englewood’s.

It’s shop rite !!!! The cashiers are super nice and the store is clean and neatly organized. They also have the new carts that weigh your produce and check out at the same time! Add coupons and great value and you have a super grocery store.

Recently, the chicken packaging smells so bad and is covered in fluid. They offer antibacterial wipes but I think they make the whole situation still gross because they are soapy and add a different bad smell. I won’t buy meet from this supermarket until they fix this. Everything else at this supermarket is great (selection, service) but I have gotten the ick

I had a poor experience with the morning shift florist department. The staff was unfriendly and unhelpful, making the whole process uncomfortable. I felt rushed and 3 of them kept arranging flowers in front of me making me feel like I’m not supposed to touch anything. Definitely not worth returning. Rude people.

This ShopRite is little further from my home, so I have been here only couple of times in past few years. But during my latest visit I got mesmerized by the sheer size of this place. Its has aisles after aisles of grocery and home goods. Huge inventory with lots of variety. Even saw my favorite zero sugar Fanta in Coca-Cola section. Despite being this huge store, it is very clean, bright lights and well maintained. Saw few employees were cleaning dust of the floor. All goods were tidy in the shelves. I went in to get some flowers. Found bunch of beautiful bouquets. Multiple number of self checkout lanes were open. Was super easy and convenient check out experience.

Store is great, the staff not so much. It was a big deal this morning that I split a bunch of bananas (like normal people do in a grocery store) and got the biggest attitude and was stared at. If you want to complain about YOUR customers, wait until they’re not in your presence. Highly unprofessional.

Their order pickup is really pretty bad. You can sit in your car for 40 minutes- to an hour waiting, even though you’re told that it’s ready. Today we didn’t wait too long, but the guy brought out the crates and just left them behind the trunk. They used to at least, load them into your car for you. He left a huge trolley locked behind the trunk and we had to unload them, move the crates, and drag the trolley away so that we could back out of our spot. Come on Shoprite! You can do better!!

I would buy pretty great sandwiches here at the deli section. The sign says, “made to order”. I only came once every other month. The staff, especially the Filipino woman with black hair and the baseball cap, became lazy. I wouldn’t have written this review if she hadn’t walked up to me and my husband and lied to us. She said there was no more bread and said to pick a sandwich from the cooler. I wanted the chicken cutlet option. She said they didn’t have that, only grilled. I was okay with grilled but she didn’t want to make it. I believed her when she said they ran out of everything, no problem, until I saw that there was more bread and everything else. She didn’t want to make my food when I’m always polite to her.

Huge grocery store with an extensive selection of items and great prices. Ample parking and plenty of check out lines.

Not much to be said for shoprites quality control at the packaging level. Two weeks in a row I'm throwing Bowl & Basket Chicken in the garbage and ordering takeout. The person who put those Chicken beasts in the package for some unsuspecting customer to purchase should have a talking to. You never see this with Tyson or Perdue

Newer location around this area,staff is very friendly and store always stock up on their products,prices are fair compared to other supermarkets,I love the bakery area which is plenty of what ever u looking for (Probably lack of more cupcakes variety) Clean restrooms,organized and neat aisles.

11/25/2019 On sale 1/2 off Air Fryer on this Friday and Saturday only. Original priced at $40.00, will be 19.99 on this Friday and Saturday only. New location 250 River road by the New Milford high school and Wells Fargo bank. New location , big and brand new. So much bigger with wider aisles and many more departments. Terrific!

This is the new, larger ShopRite in Northern New Milford behind the High School.It has a more open feeling, is open until Midnight, and is well stocked with a very wide variety of groceries, fresh fruits and vegetables, a big deli section, butcher, fresh seafood, and a sushi counter. There is an ATM inside and a new Wells Fargo bank next door

They are open when everybody else is closed due to the snow storm. I was able to survive!! Good quality of products and good customer service.
