Bought a car from them through Bring a Trailer and due to some unforeseen issues it required some work at the dealership. Through this they were transparent and willing to unwind the transaction at no cost to me. I decided to stick to the purchase and in the end received a car that is as advertised and been driving very nicely. I gave 5 stars for the effort and money they took to ensure everything was working prior to pick up and transparency through the process.

I’ve gotta say the help & customer service I received from Vantage Auto throughout the ENTIRE process of purchasing my vehicle was excellent. I purchased my vehicle from out of state and Jordan did a great job of taking care of me. Communication was excellent; anytime I had a question, he was quick to reply with exactly what I needed. He correlated and arranged delivery of my vehicle from 15 hrs away. From start to finish, Jordan made me feel comfortable during what can be a very stressful situation. On a scale of 1-10, I would rate Vantage Auto & Jordan an 11!!! Thanks again Vantage Auto!!! I would DEFINITELY purchase another vehicle from them in the future.

I am very happy with my 2010 LexusHS250h Hybrid. Esthetically in mint condition, inside and out, mechanically sound, no mechanical problems. Only 62K miles, and the price was fair. I was well received by the personnel, and Jordan was professional, knowledgeable and accommodating. Jordan did not abandon me post sale. I reached out to Jordan a few days post sale. Jordan not only responded the same day, he provided what I needed on his own time, after working hours. Solid guy. A+.

Officially had my G wagon a little over a month now since picking it up at Vantage Auto. Love it!! Jordan was great through the whole process! After a year of searching for the right one & shady dealerships that didn’t give a good vibe when spending this level of money, I finally found Vantage! The second we arrived I just felt so comfortable buying a car there. Next time we get another car we will be looking at Vantage first!

We had a great experience with Jordan. He answered all the questions we had trading in my jeep for our new vw. My only complaint is they didn’t detail the car. It was vacuumed I think but the cup holders, doors, center console, back seat pull down beverage holder and several other areas were not cleaned at all and still had the hair, crumbs, food debris, and random small items left behind so I’ll most likely have to get it detailed to get the “new car” clean. Other than that we had an overall smooth, easy purchase.

I fairly recently purchased a 1 owner, super low mileage 2009 Ford Taurus Limited AWD from Vantage Auto. Throughout the whole process over the phone, setting up appointments and timing everything out and purchasing I was assisted by Mike C. He made the entire process a breeze. He knows quite a bit about collectors cars himself and was a great guy to talk to. They even made sure that everything I wanted handled on the car prior to my purchase was taken care of at no further cost. Additionally, following the purchase I also experienced an error where my bank had sent an additional wire to them, and Jordan H had that handled for me within the hour, and he was actually the one who called to notify me that it accidentally came through before the bank did, super professional place and super nice guys. The dealership itself has an impressive collection, and there are plenty of niche cars for anybody who appreciates vehicles as I do. As for my car, I purchased it with 8,300 miles, and since then (about 4 months ago) I have put 6,100 miles on it. Since the purchase it has been fantastic and hasn’t costed me a dime besides oil changes. All in all I would absolutely recommend this place to others and one day I definitely will be a returning customer.

I haven't had the best experiences buying used cars in the past. I saw a 2003 Mercedes SL 500 post on Carfax and it was located at Vantage Auto Collection in Moonachie, nj. I drove down to take it for a test drive. I met with Mike C and Jordan H. There was no BS or high pressure sales tactics. Both men were very no nonsense and professional.. the car drove well, but I wouldn't consider buying without an independent inspection. Jordan helped me setup an inspection with Wolfgangs, a renowned mercedes repair shop in Tenafly. They recommended repairs and Jordan approved the repairs before I purchased the car. Icould not believe that there was no haggling on the repairs or vehicle price. They handled the entire sale professionally. I would recommend both men if you are in the market for a used luxury vehicle.

Michael, our salesman, was very professional and friendly. He worked with me to get me into the car if my dreams. My 2005 Nissan 350Z is in mint condition and the price was just right!

Pretty satisfied with the whole car buying process presented by Vantage Auto, the salesman M.Ceaser is a chill guy. I liked their hospitality and their collection of cars was really neat. 9/10 will recommend. Brought a 2010 Jeep Wrangler, not pictured in this review.

I'm revising this review based on (1) full knowledge of what happened to the engine; and (2) Vantage's absurd, victim-blaming response to my original post. I purchased what appeared to be a high-quality, low mileage at 45k, 911 in late April. Vantage's response got one thing right: It is a beautiful car It remains beautiful, unfortunately with a blown motor. I put in a significant amount of money—well into the five figures, on necessary and deferred maintenance. Three months later, the engine suffered catastrophic engine failure on bank 2 (and not from the IMS, which I replaced). After disassembling the bank, it turns out that a valve had a bent valve spring that cause the valve to fail, which will require a full rebuilt of the engine: another at least $30k. What causes a bent valve spring? Repeated redlining of the engine. How many times did I redline the engine? Not once. That car was my baby. That fact leads to a nearly inescapable conclusion: The engine was in a precarious state when Vantage sold it as a purported example of their "curated selection of quality used vehicles." Vantage's response is nothing more than victim blaming. I originally had their review as two stars recognizing some inherent risk in old cars. But Vantage decided to misrepresent me to protect itself. For instance, they claimed I was between a 911 and a Land Rover. I did test drive a Land Rover there, but they know I never considered purchasing it. Instead, I test drove myriad other cars at other dealerships before choosing Vantage. If Vantage treats its aggrieved customers like this, you know you should stay far, far away.

I recently made my second BAT purchase, a 2014 Audi Q5 TDI with only 40K miles. I took Vantage Auto Collection up on their offer of a discounted ceramic coating application which added a few days to the delivery schedule. When the car arrived I was blown away by the condition, it was even better than I expected! I had been looking for a vehicle with this specific engine, Cayenne, Q5, Q7 and Touareg. This particular Q5 checked all the boxes and driving it over the last couple of weeks has confirmed my decision. Jordan was very responsive and helpful throughout the entire process. I would not hesitate to purchase another vehicle from Vantage. This was a great example of a dealer under promising and over delivering.

Vantage Auto went above and beyond with my car purchase! I recently bought a 2017 Lincoln MKZ, and I am beyond thrilled. The car is spotless, very well-kept, and looks amazing. I keep getting compliments everywhere I go. Jordan H., my salesman, made the process easy and stress-free. He was upfront, fair, and genuinely cared about making sure I was happy with my purchase. What surprised me most is the value. I got an outstanding deal that even my mechanic couldn’t believe, given how well the vehicle was maintained. We bought our 2023 BMW M850 Xi from Vantage Auto and had a really good experience. The car has super low mileage and is great. Jonathan Herzog was very accommodating throughout the process. He send videos and photos and answered my many questions. The car arrived clean, on-time and in great shape. Car Buying: Is car buying fun? Hackling for final prices, unforeseen fine prints, unnoticed hidden prices, financing hackles..etc. Car buying is actually fun when you do this with right personal (I am surprised I even said that). Few weeks ago, I was searching to buy a family sedan. I searched vigorously, found few vehicles, made stops to see the vehicle, negotiate financing options. The promised vehicle was priced low, when trying to close the deal, hidden prices showed up, then came the Financing woes where the dealer tried to force an higher interest rates, wait a minute, I have an excellent credit., What’s going on? I had to leave the dealership frustrated, tried few more places end finally end the search. Search for an Ultimate Driving Mechine: The story of finding an ultimate driving machine was decades old, I haven been searching to find an alternative for a E43M3 for decades. I have done BMW performance events, tracking at Montecello several times, drove M2/3/4 Competition models for years (won several Auto crossing events, too bad #BMWNA stopped actual timed Auto Crossed events). Only one M car came close, yes that’s the F87 M2C (one of the last analogue M), identical to E46M3 in most ways (dimensions, may be handling..etc). Unfortunately it was not naturally aspirated nor it has hydraulic steering. But boy it’s so much fun to drive especially the manual (it has to be one). I drove it at Monticello Motor Club, a BMW M Track Days and at other BMW events, this may be the vehicle that I can be happy with, to full fill my hunger for E46M3. My significant other said, why don’t you full fill your dream (who says that 🤗 BTW Thank you for everything 🙏🏼) I wasn’t looking for one, but time to time, I was looking at the usual websites for car buying, Car Gurus, Carfax, Carmax, auto-trader, you name it, there few cars available, some had accidents, some had high miles, all of a sudden it appeared out of nowhere. Is god trying to say anything to me, am I dreaming? Vantage Auto Collection/Gary Motors Inc. Difference: I had to do the homework on dealers (Dealer Rater, Google Review, Dealer Review) as I didn’t want to go through the experience I had for car buying earlier. Minute I inquired about the vehicle, I was transcend to a different experience. Michael Caesar provided necessary information, did an appointment, courteous, upfront with everything. The minute I went down to see the vehicle, I knew that was it! Rest was a dream came to realization with peace of mind!!! The finance manager Jordan Herzog did the rest seamlessly (did I say no hassle?). This was third seamless car buying transaction I went through. Yeaterday I flew in to NJ from Ohio to pick up a 2000 Porsche 911 Carrera 4. The transaction was super easy. Mike C and Jordan H answered every question and delivered the car as advertised at the price quoted. The photos online were a perfect representation of what the car actually looked like. Walking around their lot I saw dozens of cool amazing vehicles available. There was a lot of activity in terms of people calling and deals being done. I felt very comfortable with Vantage Auto and with Jordan and Mike. They seemed to love to put people in great cars. I would definitely purchase from them again. I searched for, and received my 2011 Boxster S from Vantage Auto Collection, and I could not be happier with the experience. Jordan and Andrew arranged everything so professionally. The car was sourced, prepared, and shipped perfectly from their East Coast facility to Utah. I did not actually see the car until its arrival, but trusted Vantage entirely, and that trust had been rewarded. I recently purchased a 2012 Range Rover Autobiography from Vantage Auto Collection. The car has only 12,600 miles. As I live in Florida and purchased the car from New Jersey, I never had the opportunity to see the vehicle before the purchase. This is always very risky. However, Jordan was outstanding to work with. He was responsive to every single text message or email or phone call. He sent pictures and gave me a very accurate description of what I was about to buy. The result is the car was shipped to the Range Rover dealership in Fort Myers today. They did a full inspection on the car and their GM of services told me, “it was one of the best examples of this type/year Range Rover he had ever seen.” He called it “the most unique example of this car” he has seen in the last 10 years.” It was both heartwarming and reassuring to hear that! Purchased a 2008 Shelby GT500 in January 2023 from Vantage Auto. Worked with Jordan by phone and online since I live in AZ and he made the purchase process easy and recommended a finance company that deals in collector cars. Flew in and inspected the car and it was just as described and shown online. Very clean and only 17,600 mi. Drove it home across county and it drives fantastic. Great experience with Jordan. Thanks.
