Jose in the service department in OUTSTANDING! I have been a customer for many years and over those years, Jose has been absolutely terrific, professional and understanding of the need to get our trucks back on the road ASAP. He communicates throughout the entire time the trucks are in his lot and does his best to keep the cost down as much as possible. He is a pleasure to work with each and every time!

I made an appointment over a week prior to bringing in the truck , when I get there the guys at the service desk told me I spoke to no one there. And that they couldn’t work on my truck . What a joke and a big waste of time .

Scott was amazing.. I am not even a customer at Frank’s, but I purchased a vehicle and was looking for some information (build sheet) on it and Scott really went above and beyond. My next truck will be from Scott for sure.

Frank's took 6 weeks, didn't fix anything or resolve the problem, charged over $3,200. Highway robbers! Couldn't figure out the problem of intermittent white smoke and power loss, once every 15-20 minutes, losing power and smoking for 5 minutes. Something was leaking into the cylinders, they had replaced the fuel injectors less than 10,000 miles ago, holding pressure, no head gasket or block leak. Impossible to reach, called them dozens of times to get them to work on it. Total mistake trusting our Freightliner M2-106 to them. Miserable experience. They should be ashamed to charge money and not find the problem. If we hadn't yanked the vehicle out of their yard, they would still be charging for know nothing service.

Running a small moving business means our truck is our lifeline, and Jose understands that. He consistently goes above and beyond to fit our service into our tight schedule, ensuring we face no downtime. He keeps us in the loop from start to finish, breaking down the service details and costs, and answering all our questions with his deep knowledge. Great Shop, and Service and Great Customer service. It literary starts from the Top all the way down. Thank you Joe and John and the Whole team there. One call and greeting is all it took even if they did a bad service which they didn't it wouldn't matter just because my first interaction was the best interaction. Highly recommend this place, best Hino shop on the east coast, they actually try to solve your problem the best way instead of throwing thousands of dollars quote on you. As soon as they get to your truck, it'll be out in no time they don't seem to multi task 100 projects with one tech, highly recommend coming here for your truck issues

I don’t normally leave reviews, but I had a really good experience when I leased a truck at Frank’s auto body in lyndhurst. The service was really great. Jose and Nelson are the nicest people in the service department, they treat you like family and in the parts department, this young man Audell was great, he helped me with everything I needed. Cannot recommend enough.

Great truck repair! Unfortunately, I can't say the same about service advisors. They desperately need to improve their attitude and communication skills. I highly recommend this place if you can get past the bad reception.

I would definitely recommend their parts department. They’ll have just about anything in stock, always. They’re not cheap but, hey at least you’ll be back on the road in no time.

Extremely happy with the service from beginning to end! As soon as you walk in, you are greeted by a sweet and pleasant receptionist who is ready to help. Our salesman was Michael V. He definetly knows his cars! I told him what I was looking for and he delivered! I never felt pressured to purchase what he had on the lot. It honestly felt like I was a family member of Frank's GMC. Michael took the time to go over the features of each car I looked at as well as the vehicle I finally purchased. This was my first time purchasing a vehicle at Franks GMC and it definetly will not be my last. Frank, you have a great crew at GMC!

This parts store saves me. I was calling lots of Freightliner parts store near me and they don't have the parts that I need which was the DEF pump, return and supply line and I finally found their store at google and they have all I want. Eventhough it was very far to drive from where I am, I went there to pickup all the parts. Thanks a lot to Delia from the parts department. She saves ny day and she was very very helpful and again thanks a lot!

Today, I called the parts department of this place, and after half hour waiting, an " animal " not a man , came on the phone. I never talked with someone so rude and unprofessional like this one before. On the service department, I left my truck other day to get fixed and after two days, when I went over there to get the truck back I found out that they even get to scan the truck to find the problem. This place is absolutely horrible.

I don’t recomment these dealer for parts,on there invoice said that you can return any parts if they are in there packed but thats not true because i went to return something and they said that they can not return my money.

It was OK. Not the greatest parts personnel, but not the most useless either three stars out of five. Could have been a little more polite. And a greeting when you come through the door would’ve been nice, after all its a very small room customers wait in for help.

My initial experience was great. They worked with me to get a Turbo that was 1 month out of warranty covered. After a great experience I went back for brakes on my Hino. Called ahead to make an appointment for Tuesday. Dropped off at 8:15am. By 11:00am they told me I needed rear brakes only and I approved the job. They said they would get it in later in the day. Called the next morning, truck still not in, but promised it would be by end of day for completion the following day. Called at 11:00am again and was told the job was in progress but did not know when it would be completed. Called back at 2:00pm and they said they were just pulling the truck in. I had major plans the following day. Had to pull my truck out with ZERO work completed in 3 days. Very disappointed and will not be returning

Showed up within 5 minutes of closing with a loss of power issue. They told us they couldnt get to us until Monday morning. They aloud us to park near the building and plug into an outlet for power. But the service manager Joe took care of us. He got his technician Ray to look at our truck on Saturday morning even though they were technically closed for service. We were out by 12. All around great service. I would recommend this place to anyone. Just dont go in with an attitude and they will treat you with respect and with great service. I have now leased 3 consecutive vehicles from Frank’s over the last 8 years, and this time around my wife and I both leased a vehicle. After turning in my second lease about 2 weeks ago, my wife and I decided to shop around. We both needed vehicles, and we figured it would be best check out the market in order to ensure we got the best deal. We went from dealer to dealer and felt unsatisfied. Finally, I called Sam Booth and Mark Hanley over a GMC, both of whom had helped me lease and return vehicles. Without hesitation, Sam told me he could find something to suit our needs in our price range. When we walked in I felt an instant calmness come over me. From the start, I knew I didn’t want to take my business elsewhere, and I was glad that our search concluded at Franks. No one treated us better, no one beat the price for the gorgeous vehicles we got, and no other sales rep or company made us feel as at home-from the sales reps, to the owner himself, to the service department. Constantly being waited on with waters and coffee, members of the sales floor working as a team, and getting us to a price range we felt comfortable with. My experiences there have always been top of the line, and this last experience was certainly top notch.
