I bought a 99 Ford F350 from Kar Connection. I live out of state and the whole process was smooth. The detailed video on the truck was great since I couldn’t go in person to see it for a few weeks (due to work). I was able to secure financing on the phone and all the leg work was done for me. I have never had such a great experience. The truck was clean, no rust or rot anywhere. Great find for a good price. I received a 3 month warranty. One of the gentleman even gave us a ride to drop off our U-Haul rental before it closed. 1000% recommend!
This is by far the best used car dealership to deal with online. I am from Long Island NY. Found the car I wanted and there were 50 images online that were very detailed. In addition there was a 15 minute video where Mike explains all the details interior and exterior. I saw every detail of the exterior/interior. I saw close up the condition of the dashboard and seats etc. I also watched and heard the engine running. Mike, also explained every detail of the paperwork and how the financing process works. I can honestly say this is a great place to buy a vehicle. You will feel like you purchased as if you were standing in the dealership.
Mike is the best! 100% recommended. He explain me all details of the process to buy a car, the loan, the insurance. I even got an auto loan approved and the insurance quotation was the best for me. “Highly Recommend!!!" FINALLY!!! I car dealership where I didn't feel pressured or harassed into buying a car. This is one of those hidden smaller used car dealership gems located smack right on route 46 East in Little Ferry. Honestly, what a wonderful and nonchalant experience this was. From the professional informal introduction and welcome from their competent staff, all the way through to the final sale which only took less then 45 mins.
Pete, one of the owners was great to work with and really went above and beyond to secure our desired used car and ensure top quality. He also kept us well informed along the way about timing and next steps. It was a pleasure working with him and I would highly recommend him to many others. No shady salesman business here... First every car has a lot of pictures and long detailed videos of the car that you can watch online.I felt like I knew the car very well already.
No sales talk. No pressure. No bait and switch with the online price. No hidden fees. They had the title in hand. Price was very fair. They also brought the car to an independent mechanic because I wanted a pre inspection.

Ok I wouldn’t even be writing a review if it was for the very rude interaction I had with the “owner for 30 years”. So I call about a bike they had on a Tuesday spoke with the one guy and I asked to see if I would be approved for a loan with my down payment before I come look at it (that’s my fault I should have seen it before running my credit) nonetheless he called me back to say I was approved everything is all good on the bike. I said prefect I can’t come in till Thursday but with cash in hand, if everything works out I’ll pay right then (down payment was more then half the bike)Thursday arrives I go down there around 4 I walk in the original guy I spoke to was out of the office who “normally the one who deals with bikes”. I speak to both the guy sitting at the first desk and the “owner” who comes out from the back. They tell me Pete isn’t there right now they are short staffed dude to a family emergency. That’s fine. But both had no idea wat I was talking about so clearly no communication between staff. Then 100% hand to god they proceeded to tell me the bike “isn’t even here it’s in the shop being worked on” I said it’s being worked on? Owners says “yea it was small stuff got approved to do yesterday so we are working on it at our shop” they tell me call Pete he should be here in a half hour. I call him no answer but I wait in car for 20-30 min till he calls me back to tell me he is 5 mins out and that the bike wasn’t in the shop being worked on the guys must have mistaken it for a different bike. Ok again fine just a miscommunication. So I go back over to the lot, this is when it’s gets strange. So I walk in, the front desk guys onthe phone. The owner who doesn’t look like he moves off the couch in the back too much get up comes over and immediately looking for a problem say “hey buddy let me ask you a question? Who told you the bike was in the shop” I said the both of you just did, confused why he was even asking it was only 20 mins ago. He continues to says no they didn’t blah blah blah we were talking about you loan (we never once spoke about my loan) they proceeded to tell me how his been the owner of a 30’ by 30’ used car lot for 30 years and basically just try to come at me. Honestly confused by how this was going down and still wanting to see the bike. I just looked at him and said ok buddy. He stop sat back down I could tell he kept stare at me like he had a problem then stormed out to get the guy Pete so I could go outside with him. So literally my experience with place continued to get worst and seems like just a shady used junker car lot. But I’m purely writing this because of the audacity and attitude the “owner” wanted to get with me abd straight out lie to my face.After going outside I walks into there small garage where I ask how is the bike (mind you for the fifth time in 3 days and each I was told it “perfect “) he nowsays “ohh it’s great it’s just dead right now and needs to be jumped. It’s sat too long”. Getting frustrated I said ok let’s just jump it. He gets the jump box and starts to hook it up to terminal but immediately hooks the wrongends to each terminal. The connection starts sparking smoking. They disconnected fixed them and tried to turn it over. Nothing no lights or anything, then it was ohhh we probably blow a fuse let’s replace that. They replaced it and try again, nothing. So at that point I left they contacted me afterwards saying the bike is running but at that point I’m wayover It. Look, it may have been something as simple as the battery but if I called Tuesday and said hey man I’ll have cash in hand if everything’s good I’ll pay for it then, you would think they would go out and ensure it’s running right? Guess not, so nice customer service to the owner of a shady snake oil used cheap car lot
I purchased a vehicle from Kar connection back in 2021. I drove that thing and 3 years later I just sold it to a happy buyer. It was a great car.
Onto the 2nd vehicle, a great truck at a great price.
I didn't think twice when it was time for a new to me vehicle. Mike, Eddie and Pete all helped me with the test drive answering my questions. The no haggling price, I asked how much, I made an offer and forgetaboutit... the deal was done.
Onto the financial stuff... They helped get a nice rate at a great bank that I was with the 1st time. To me that shows a long time dealership that stands behind what they sell.

My wife and I were in seach of a Honda Accord Sport for our son in NC. The particular model and color in great condition we were looking for was few and few between. We decided to fly from NC to NJ to see this car. It was advertised very well online with dealer videos and details. After making the trip up north, it turned out this car was in better shape than I originally thought. After test driving it and inspecting it meticulously, my wife and I decided to purchase it. We worked with Mike and Eddie the day of purchase. These two guys were awesome and answered every single question asked on the vehicle. I must say that overall, it was well worth the trip to purchase this particular Honda Accord Sport. My wife and I immediately put the car on the highway and headed south for home. Two days later, we surprised our son with his first car. It's been over a month now with this Accord and I can say that the trip was worth it. This is a sound car, in great condition. When taking the car in for a tint job a few weeks ago, the staff was amazed with the overall condition of the car. This car was maintained very well by the previous owner. The guy who completed the tint job asked to buy it, if we ever decided to sell it!

Okay so here I was on my way to purchase a 2013 Lexus ga350 from the dealership next door to KAR connection and whiles driving on the highway I notice this grey Lexus on the lot that says low mileage 2015 I immediately said wow I need to check this out before I do anything. So I went in the lot looked inside the car saw a beautiful red interior I was looking for walked around the car exterior was immaculate. I decided to go in the office and ask how much you want for this I was literally driving on my way to get a black Lexus next door. There I met mike he said well mines is better lol which indeed it was I said give me five mins I’ll be back and indeed I came back , thank you mike for the experience you gave me such a helpful and wonderful guy. I was looking for a Mini Cooper, within my budget, as a Christmas present for my daughter. Mike at Kar Connection had one of the two matching cars in all of NJ. Mike's vehicle was an outright winner in the condition of the car, pricing, presentation, and customer interaction. I was sold in under few minutes, and Mike made me more comfortable with a 3 month warranty on the car's engine and driveline for free. He also stored the car for me till Christmas time free of charge and had it detailed and polished making the experience very pleasant. I bought a 1991 Lexus LS400 from this auto dealership. What an awesome experience from start to finish with Mike and Eddie. I received a great price and a thorough detail provided by Eddie. I left the lot completely satisfied with my purchase and the professional treatment I received that made the buying process very easy. I recently returned to purchase a 2007 Toyota Sienna and enjoyed the same great experience. Have no reservations about doing business with this dealership.
Where to begin?
Let me start by saying that this has been the most pleasant vehicle purchase experience that I've ever been through.
I saw a listing for a beautiful motorcycle. I contacted Kar Connection and Pete (the owner?) picked up and described the bike to me. I was immediately more interested and scheduled to take a look. He was extremely accommodating and worked with me around my schedule at all times.
The bike had been cleaned up, serviced and kept in amazing condition. After my initial screening which he had been extremely patient and agreeable about, I agreed to purchase it. They held onto it for me long enough for me to get my finances together.
Fast forward a week, and I was back at the dealership at my convenience. Needless to say, I made the purchase. They completed all paperwork for me and even scheduled the delivery.
I've been riding it since, and it is as good as Pete said it would be.
I'd like to think that I am a good judge of character and Pete is as trustworthy and hard working as they come. I never felt pressured or rushed and in the end, walked away with an amazing vehicle.

Very happy with my experience here, so I want to share all the details. I can't afford, and don't want, a new vehicle. And I'm not comfortable buying a used car at a corporate dealership. So I asked my friend John, who has almost 40 years of racing/repair experience, where to shop. Without hesitation, he said Kar Connection, and to ask for Pete. I knew exactly what I wanted, and was firm on my budget. They didn't immediately have something that fit my needs, but 3 weeks later I got a call from them. These days, it's rare to me that a business will do that. Sure enough, I go there, the truck is everything they say it is, & they are extremely patient with me as I inspect it. They know their cars, both the strengths and faults, and won't push you into something that isn't right for you. After a little negotiation, we made the deal easily. I was anxious about getting the paperwork back in time from DMV during the pandemic, but they were reassuring, and it all went smoothly. As of this writing, it is 6 months & 5000 miles later, no problems. I will post an update if things change, but I expect to recommend this place to anyone.

I had a great “long distance” experience with Kar connection, all online until Pete delivered a 2005 Acura to my home in Brooklyn. It was at the worse moment of the pandemic in New York (April) and my family needed a used but reliable car urgently. Pete was excellent. I told him what I liked and he made sure I got that at the price I could afford. Everything he told me by distance about the car that I bought without testing was true. I saw an ad on Cars.com for a 2008 Charger R/T. Made a phone call spoke to Mike, very nice guy very open and sincere with his communication about the car, very professional. Negotiated a deal and a week later brought the car home. Very satisfied and quite happy with the car. Found a few minor things that needed attention before I left the lot and Eddie very friendly and professional as well took care of them without a problem. I Definitely give Kar Connection 5 stars! I just bought a 2008 Harley Davidson from them and have to say that even with these difficult times we’re all going through, Pete and everyone else made the transaction very smooth and were very helpful with all the questions I had. I live in PA and found the bike online, it is exactly what they said it was and looks even better in person then it did on the video! It rides amazing and I’m absolutely in love with it. Pete helped me load it on the trailer, strapped it down for me and even had me let him know when I made it home. Bottom line is these people are great to work with and actually care about their customers. I highly recommend dealing with them and can’t thank them enough for my new bike.
Saw a 2007 Ducati listed here for great price that I just had to check out. From first Contact, all the way through delivery, Pete was great and really went out of his way to make things work. Vehicle was as advertised, and ran great. He went above and beyond letting me test ride the bike on a Sunday. And he was up late getting it put on a carrier service to get it shipped back to its new home in AZ. Great ride, excellent service and awesome communication.
First off it took me little while to think about what to put in this review. I wanted to be sure it proper reflected my purchase of the 2006 ElectraGlide Ultra Classic.
Let me start by saying I found the post on Facebook marketplace and responded to the listing. The response was quick and I spoke with Pete. I explained my situation to him and showed him I was serious in making a purchase. I couldn't be more happier with his response and even giving me his cell phone so we could work on the deal and get it all squared away.
I went to look at the bike and met Eddie. another great guy and he was very helpful. he showed me the bike and we talked about the deal I was working on with Pete.
I met Mike when I brought the deposit in for the bike. Again another great guy and the three of us talked and went over the deal.
Everything was 1000% upfront and honest and these guys are really helpful to people. We were able to work out financing for the deal that was perfect for both of us. The bike was priced perfectly and the milage was low at 28,911.
The bike rode just as good as it looks and I am so happy.
I am so thankful that there are guys like this in the used Harley dealers. it proves when you go in with the right attitude and follow through all will work out.
I went in looking for a fair deal and needed help with financing and that is exactly what I received in return.
Even the Harley Dealer that I have been going to for over 20+ years said "you did good" when I showed it to them and to get some extras added on. I personally know the owners and they would have told me honestly if it was a good deal or not. That just confirmed that Pete, Eddie, and Mike are the real deal and trying to sell good used bikes.

1/9/18...as an update to my previous review, when I purchased my car with 180,000 miles I was a little hesitant, even though the experience there was great. Eddie (the salesman) explained that with the purchase of my vehicle I would be getting a warranty that would cover my car for 2 years. It was an additional amount on top of my loan so I had many questions but after a thorough explanation I agreed.
About a month ago my transmission was going and I freaked. I was not prepared for this. I called the warranty place, they gave me names and numbers of mechanics in my area and within a week I had my car. I did have an out of pocket expense but it was very reasonable considered I got a brand new transmission in my truck. At that moment I was so thankful for that warranty. It was definitely a great investment and my truck, with a little over 200,000 miles, is running as good new!
