Had a break down called A&D for a tow. Their wrecker arrived with in the time window provided. Their truck was properly equipped with all the proper tools to tow my vehicle. And most of all the truck was spotless. I do not want to be on the back of a tow truck in the future, but if I have to, A & D Towing would be my first call!

I'm giving this business a one star review only for the fact that my vehicle was taken off the road and delivered the next day to the shop of my choice.
I was forced to use this business due to contract with the town for towing when I already had my own town truck on the way. I called to get information on a company vehicle being towed and Don was extremely impatient with an overall rude tone. His customer service was terrible and he seemed unwilling to explain the reasoning behind the need to take my vehicle to his location rather than the body shop I wanted it dropped off at. Either way you were going to get paid for your service. Please get your people some training in service. This is a complete scam plus super unpleasant, unnecessary experience.

It is never a convenient time or place to have a vehicle break down. I interacted with 3 people, 1 on the phone and 2 wrecker drivers, I have no complaints about any of them. They told me that my truck & trailer had to be towed separately and taken to different places because the repair facility didn't have enough room for both and the problem was only with the tractor (obviously a scheme to charge extra right?) No, they are actually very familiar with the repair facilities in the area and were trying to save me the headache of not having my trailer in a safe place. 2 days later my truck is almost ready and I haven't had to worry about my trailer. I still have to go pick up the trailer but hopefully that part goes as smoothly as everything else did. I definitely recommend this place.
Wow i am absolutely speechless! My tractor trailer broke down on route 46 it was a very frustrating time. I called A&D towing and spoke with the owner Don he was very polite and upfront about the costs associated with my predicament he sent out an employee ASAP and an employee named Marcus came and hooked up my truck in no time! He took me and my truck to the shop in little ferry and they got my tuck fixed and got me out of there very quickly. I had some time to speak with the employee Marcus and the owner Don and they seemed to be very great well mannered gentleman and i will definitely recommend them to anyone and will be calling them first before any company for any towing or break downs i need as they service a wide area. 10/10 service HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
The wrecker driver was awesome, the owner was great to deal, with they are fast kind and they allowed me to leave my trailer on there property for a week at a small fee. Had no issues with the towing they will haul big rigs, cars, trailers, RV's.

This company was so on point. Tow truck dude Mark from Boston was so cool. He talked me off ledge with all his jokes. I swear i should of vlogged this ride. I know i would of got well over a hundred likes. Lol This was one of my worst days ever then came Mark. Thanks for all your help. I would most def use A and D towing and recovery when in a jam.

would tell you a price on the phone and when you go in person is a different charge. charged me $310 dollars! for one day literally my car was towed at 9am and I tried to pick it up at 4pm and no one was there and he charged me after hours fee 75$ dollars I mean seriously just abusing his power and tried to make me come back the next day so he could charge me more money lol . Didn’t try to help at all would not recommend this business to anyone . Poor service
The car was FULLY Registered as it states on the registration card it’s been registered before this incident happen. DMV make errors unfortunately others have to pay for it . For a business owner to call a customer a liar is just extremely unprofessional not knowing the facts of the situation no reason to be argumentative or make up lies lol This business have 3 stars for a reason
Called them through my insurance provider. Absolutely wonderful service! Showed up In a timely manner, communicated effectively, and got my car to its destination quickly. Steve helped me out and made sure I knew everything that was going on and even let me know when it got there. Great impression of this company, and will call them if I need towing again!
This towing company is the most dishonest I have ever met. They take advantage of a difficult situation such as an accident. They towed my car, 0.5 miles from the accident to their yard, the only thing they cleaned up on the road was some small pieces of the car that I hit. For this, they charged $ 635 dollars, of which I only had to pay $ 150 for the trailer and $ 175 for storage. They placed charges that did not correspond just to charge more, abusively.
I am going to carry out this situation to the business bureu because they do not deserve to have a business that lives off the exploitation of injured people. I hope this comment serves, to put your complaint in the bussiness bureu as well and close a dishonest and abusive place
Quick and efficient
Had a crack on my semi's windshields...they ordered the glass last night and got it in today, 2hrs ahead of my actual appointment time. Chill helpful staff, of I had one gripe it would be for a lounge area but of course this is the Covid Era so I totally get it
They have helped us with our rental trucks several times from the batteries to the lift gate. Ryan was always a pleasure and the one I hope shows up when I call them again. Thank you again
Excellent service. My son's wheels and front end became locked onto some railroad tracks in a flooded area during a very bad storm. Even though I'm sure they were overwhelmed with calls, our driver Ryan arrived pleasant and professional. I was positive that whoever came would not be able to yank the car out without the front bumper coming off. I was wrong. Ryan spent a lot of time and patience, in a foot of flood water, and managed to extract the car with no additional damage. I'm so grateful for the wonderful service under not so wonderful conditions. Highly recommend them.
One of our trailers that was used as storage by a customer had the brakes locked. Called A&D Ryan sent somebody really quickly got the brakes released and the price was very fair. I will recommend A&D
The customer service as well as the professionalism of this company is laughable. When I was given the receipt for the tow I asked, if I could get a copy to get a second opinion. When the owner declined claiming the piece of paper was his “property”, I politely asked if I could at least take a picture. The owner then became hostile and ripped the paper out of my hand leaving scratches and crumbled it up. I can’t make this stuff up. Would strongly recommend not dealing with this towing company.

The tows bills reasonable, but more importantly they respond quickly never damage equipment.

Nice people. Called them at around 01:25 am EDT. They gave us very short ETA to the Truck and a reasonable price. Even though we have not used the service as the Truck started rolling all of a sudden, it was nice by them to show the responsibility of the rush that we were experiencing and the discounts that they could make for us to become a long term loyal customer in the Area. Hope to work with you guys next time, if any breakdown appears.
My experience was nothing short of fantastic. Had to call A&D for road service. They showed up within 20 minutes. Ryan tried his best to find a way to make repairs roadside, but was unable due to parts availability.
I was able to get my truck to their facility, which btw is spotless, (very clean shop) and leave it there to wait for parts. The repair was done well, with a high level of quality workmanship, nothing shoddy or skimpy whatsoever. Ryan kept me informed thru out the process. My truck was fixed, and it was fixed right! Prices were fair.
I would not hesitate to rely on A&D in the future. They will be the first place I call when I'm in trouble and within their striking range.

Extremely rude, horrible customer service. Told me to wait 2 minutes and I ended up waiting for 20 minutes. I knocked on the door because no one was to be seen. The owner opened the door in knocked and spoke rudely and aggressively because I knocked his office door. Terrible business
I cannot believe how rude this company is. I called them on 11-16-18 and informed the person who answered of my situation. Their response was "that's nice" and hung up. I called back and asked if we got disconnected or he hung up? His response was to hang up again.
I can't say enough about this company. When our rental truck broke down they were contracted to help us. They stayed in contact with us while we were waiting for them to show up. It was grid lock traffic in New York and they were there within the hour. The gentleman who showed up helped us get our car off the tow dolly and got us moving to their shop quickly. Once we got there even pointed us to a great hotel for us to stay in for the truck was not fixable. The next morning they had a new truck for us and helped us reload our car onto the tow dolly. Everyone there went above and beyond to help our family. Highly recommend.

Absolute worst experience dealing with this company. I have never been treated with such disrespect. When I called their number to see if they had my car, and I asked the person on the phone to please speak a little louder because they were mumbling, the response I got was "I'M SPEAKING LOUD ENOUGH". When I went to pick up my car in the morning, I tried the explain to the owner, Don Francis, that they shouldn't have towed my car b/c I parked where I was told I could park when the lot is full, and where I've seen numerous cars parked before. Instead of having a civilized conversation I was INSULTED and told I didn't "know how to read". When I asked Don Francis why he was giving me an attitude, his response was b/c I was "PISSING HIM OFF". As I was walking to my friends car to get the $200 I had to pay to get my car back, I heard Don Francis drop the "F" bomb. And when I turned around to ask him what he just said, he literally got within an inch of my face and started cursing me out. He said I was on "HIS TURF" and that "cursing is not against the law". (Who on earth acts like this?!? Don, I think you have been watching too much Sopranos) At this point, what I would assume was his wife walked out and threatened to call the cops on me! Luckily, my friend recorded the entire incident with his smart phone. So, long story short, this company was an absolute nightmare to deal with. I would strongly urge people to avoid these hostile, arrogant individuals at all cost!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
