Highway robbery… my car was towed for 23 hours and not even a day when I went to get it they charged me 700 dollars ,, I gave them 500 told them to wait so I can go get more money and now the lady at the front says that there is still 50 dollars missing ….. I don’t argue so I go and get 50 extra … and now she says she is missing 135 … I confronted them and asked them for the cameras and they rwufe to show it and told me it’s ok I can just leave without paying the extra 135 …. They are thieves and will get reported

Horrible experience, would not release my car and force you to pay cash. They make up prices on the spot and work way too slow around the clock. Tried to keep my car over the weekend so they can impose an extra $250 in fees. Instead they just made them up on the invoice. Would never recommend and got lucky that the police department sent my car there.
I wish I could give you 0 stars. The lack of knowledge and customer service is baffling. Multiple valuables were stolen from my car while it was in your storage. Avoid this business at all costs.
