I love that this one is not as busy and checkout takes so quick compared to the other Costco in Teterboro. This one is for the ones that want to be quick …. less people less families sadly no free samples lol , however also no kids begging their parents to buy their favorite snack!! Hheheheheh!!

Great place to buy whatever you need for the house. Can’t beat Costcos prices and selection that’s for sure.

It’s great for finding items only catered for businesses although the best part is anyone with a regular Costco membership is allowed access.

It opens earlier than the other Costco. It carries most of what I need except the organic products it carries are limited. My rational is that this is geared more towards business customers so depending on what I am buying I come here at the earlier hours when need it.

Went on my lunch break and it was great! I must have spent less than 15 minutes in the store. Got what I wanted and got out of there. So organized and not crowded at all!

Misleading Pricing and Poor Customer Service – Hackensack Costco Business Center On August 31, 2025, I selected a package of meat clearly labeled “Total Amount: $26.” At checkout, I was shocked when the register showed a charge of $152. When I questioned this, the store manager, Robert, stated that the $26 was actually the price per pound — a detail not indicated anywhere on the label. Rather than acknowledging the confusion or investigating the matter respectfully, Robert repeatedly interrupted me and deflected from the core issue. He then shifted the explanation again, saying that some meats are marked down because of upcoming expiration dates, which is why other customers might have paid less. But this had nothing to do with my purchase — my concern was about the actual label on the product I selected. I want to be clear: this wasn’t about seeking a discount. It was about honoring the posted price and treating customers with fairness and respect. Instead, I left the store feeling unheard and dismissed. Costco has built a reputation for integrity and customer care — which is why this experience was especially disappointing. I hope this matter is reviewed and leads to clearer labeling standards and improved training at this location.

I was thrilled to find this Cotsco so close to my NJ home. Has so many high quality items for my bagel shop I buy so many things from there from organic sugar and organic jams to extra-virgin olive oli, sliced cheddar cheese, organic eggs, fresh jalapenos, fresh scallion, fresh red onions, milk, cream, paper goods, cleaning supplies and more. Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. Easy parking. Just love this place. I wish there was one closer to my actual shop, but I am happy to have this one near my home

The team at Costco Hackensack is truly exceptional. Nayelli and Marvin in Customer Service were incredibly helpful and kind. They took the time to assist me with such care, and it really made my day. The register staff are always friendly and efficient, and I have to give a special shoutout to Victoria; she’s the sweetest and always so pleasant at checkout. On a recent visit at 8am, I was looking for an item that wasn't on the floor. One of the stock employees went all the way to the back freezer and brought out three boxes for me. That level of service is rare and so appreciated. Every visit to this location is a great experience thanks to the amazing people who work there. Thank you to everyone at Costco Hackensack!

Huge place, went there for halal options. Has a variety of halal options in chicken, beef and lamb.

I’ve been a loyal Costco shopper for years, but after my recent experience, I’m extremely disappointed in how this store handles customer service, accountability, and basic respect for its customers. While I ran in to grab a few items, my wife and mother-in-law waited in the car in the parking lot. A Costco employee collecting carts accidentally hit our car’s rear left tire, causing a loud boom that startled both of them. When my wife stepped out to ask what happened, the cart attendant openly admitted he hit the tire and even pointed it out. Since there was no visible damage at the time, my wife let it go. However, when I returned and started the car, we immediately got a low tire pressure warning — the rear left tire was down to just 8 PSI. We went inside to speak with an assistant manager named Rob. He came out, looked at the tire, and seemed surprised. He then went back in, presumably to review security footage. When he returned with paperwork, the tone shifted. Rob told us the footage didn’t show anything and immediately tried to dismiss the situation, saying the claim probably wouldn’t be approved. He then tried to trick us by saying Costco isn’t responsible for carts hitting cars. But I caught that and corrected him — Costco is responsible when an employee is the one who causes the damage using a cart. His response was a shrug and a smirk as he said, “Well, it’s not my money,” which was incredibly disrespectful. His tone throughout the conversation was unprofessional, dismissive, and rude. Not once did he offer to help — no suggestion to call a tow truck, no apology, no empathy. It felt like he was more interested in avoiding accountability than actually helping a customer. The complete lack of concern for a situation clearly caused by one of their employees is unacceptable. We weren’t asking for anything unreasonable — just for someone to take responsibility and help us resolve the issue. If this is how management at this location operates, Costco corporate seriously needs to step in.

I look young and healthy, but my back’s been really hurting. After my MRI, I went to the Costco Business Center in Hackensack to grab some water. Normally, I only buy water when someone’s with me, but today I had to do it solo. While I was loading heavy cases into my car, this cart guy with a black hat stopped what he was doing and came right over to help. He smiled and jumped in without me even asking. That small act of kindness meant a lot. I didn’t have any cash to thank him properly, so I’m writing this instead. People like him really make the world a better place. I’m super grateful.

Their prices are not stable, online prices are different based on different zip codes, in store base prices are different, prices on costco regular website are different, prices on costco business center website are different, prices in regular store and in businesses center are also not same. its seems they are playing around with consumer pockets. they have big chain but prices are not same. how its convincing when you see 4 different prices at a time. its funny, prices for businesses are higher then the price for a retail customer. online fabuloso is around 12$ but in store its 7.99$. is it circus show going on here ?

Limited items. Great for Businesses. Bulk meats at excellent prices. Frozen seafood terrific. Produce is good. You can purchase paper products and beverages. No clothing here. Checkout process is very quick.

Lots of parking, not long lines, a lot of variety. I liked that this business center had a lot of halal options, would I rather this over regular costco? Probably not. I spent $200 here on a Sunday. I'll just stick to my regular costco, nothing here really stood out to me. Lots of snacks you'd get at a deli or hotel breakfast.

I know no one is interested in this comment, but verifying identity after scanning the barcode on the door does not seem pleasant to me. The lady took my phone and got into my Costco profile. To the point of violating the privacy of the users we are arriving. Thank you for doing it, I won’t be back.

This is the most uncrowded COSTCOS I've ever been in. They also have a few items that's a bit different from the regular COSTCOS. Like this 160oz concentrated dish detergent and this industrial kitchen sanitizer that smells great. Both of which come in 2 packs by the way. This COSTCOS is geared towards business. Think, everything you'd need to run Chipotle. Or a medium scale Bnb...

My initial visit to the business center revealed an impressive array of beverage options, including teas and flavored syrups. However, the baking supplies were limited, with a disappointing lack of bowls, baking sheets, and towels; only washcloths were available. Consequently, I do not plan to return on a Saturday. The significant number of staff fulfilling online orders frequently congested the narrow aisles. The meat selection, notably a wide variety of competitively priced halal cuts, was a positive aspect. However, the aisles remained insufficiently wide to accommodate both customers and staff, particularly in this section. Please be advised that the business center lacks a food court, apparel, a full-service pharmacy, an optometry center, and electronics (televisions, laptops, and mobile phones). Limited first-aid supplies are available.

Went here specifically to check out the meat selection and was a little disappointed. Only real benefit I see is it is much quieter than a normal Costco and it opens much earlier which is great for getting in and out and on with your day. If you go on Sunday like I did look up the stupid blue laws in Bergen county NJ first. It's illegal to buy half the store, but that isn't Costco's fault.

A lot of halal meat options to choose from compared to the other costco branches. They also have different products never seen at other costcos. I will definitely visit this place more often from now on.

More commercial grade appliances and restaurant containers than your neighborhood Costco. Plates, to-go boxes, utensils, waste bins, 5gal Dawn liquid soap, crates of friEb french fries, cases of drinks, and more. Commercial grade toaster, yes. Commercial grade blender for $800, yup. Commercial grade stainless steel tables, it's here. Need a commercial grade deli meat slicer, $1000 easy. Pizza boxes 12", 14", 16"? Buy in bulk here. Fold'em DIY. Whole goat, frozen, uncut? Hanging in the refrigerator aisle. Various cuts of packaged beef , bring you winter jacket and head to the back walk-in freezer room. Don't like neighborhood checkout lines that stretch for days? Come here, on a weekday afternoon it was barely 2 deep.

This Costco is a business center that includes a wide range of products necessary for restaurants and small businesses, all at affordable prices. You can even find lighters for sale at the gas station here, making it worth a visit.

Checked out this location today. This is a business center location, it’s different than other Costco location I have been to. Everything sold here is in real bulk. They do not have fresh seafood unfortunately. Lots of halal products which is great. Would definitely go back to this location to buy more in bulk. Would love to see fresh seafood added.

Great place to buy candy. You can buy a lot of efrutti candies in the Costco Business Center. It is much cheaper than any other stores. Moreover, it is huge, so you an buy some specifical things that you cannot see in Costco Wholesale.

I unknowingly went here not realizing it was a “business center” Costco. I had never heard of that before. I admit I was pleasantly surprised and really enjoyed it. It is geared toward folks running a grocery store, restaurant and things like that. There is no food court, clothing, books and stuff. However I still got the Kirkland alkaline water I wanted, soda, berries and then surprise items like cracker jacks, sausage I’d never seen before, and some other drinks I never see at a normal Costco. It was a nice surprise. They had a whole pig for sale there too, for you to put on a pole and fire roast, never seen that at a Costco. Great meat selection to include steak boxes of a variety of types and sized steaks, I was impressed. It wasn’t busy and easy to check out.

This used to be a regular costco and a few years back they converted it to a business costco around the time they opened the teterboro costco. Business costco is almost the same and yes you can buy stuff with a regular costco membership. Huge parking lot and easy parking. Limited hours and closed sundays, so thats a bit tough. Inside you have tons of food items, a lot are super jumbo sized compared with regular costco as this is somewhat intended for businesses and restaurants. But you will find a lot of costco regular sized items too. There are a ton more snack items, drink selections, and meats including whole animals like pig and sheep for when you have a big party! The fruit & vegetable section is very limited compared with regular costco. They do have milk, cheese, eggs, bread and orange juice. No clothing at all. No electronics, no tvs, no cellphones, no computers. Sometimes they sell cash registers, oven ranges, and other restaurant grade appliances and equipment. A lot of the goods are scattered and less organized. But in general, cleaning supplies to the right. Drinks and snacks in the middle. Cold storage (vegetables, milk, oj to the far back center. Very limited bathroom & medicine supplies far left front. Office supplies amd batteries scattered left and right. Various snacks, drinks and foods all over the place. Noodles on the left center. It takes about a 30 minute walk around to get the layout of where the things are that you want to buy. Toilet paper and paper towels are back center before entering the cold room. Much less busy than any regular costco. No foodcourt, no hotdogs, no pizza, no churros.. so that part really sucks. But overall, depending on what supplies you need, this costco can be a quick re-supply trip without the parking-lot road rage you deal with at teterboro and clifton locations. As said before.. tons of parking here, free parking and none of the psycho road rage in the parking lot.

A Costco "Business Center". More limited selection of items/sizes than standard Costco "Warehouse", geared to businesses shopping but open to all members. It does not have clothing or "prepared" foods; no rotisserie chicken or food court. It does not have pharmacy or optical. Very pleasant shopping experience and found some items in "standard" Costco sizes that we could not get at other Costco locations.

I'm one of the happy and satisfied customer of the Costco.I'm from CT we frequently visit Costco Business center in New Jersey every 6 months to stockup foods as this is the only Costco Business center in New England region .This is not one of the regualar Costco warehouse , this is Costco Business center suitable for Big families and businesses. They have a good selection of products such as poultry, lamb, beef, pork, produce, Deli, Beverages, canned,School supplies, etc, and pasteurized eggs too.But this center doesn't carry clothes and electronics. It's not crowded when I Visited and checkout was easy. The center is clean, well maintained and friendly staff.

I’m very happy that this Costco is open again!! It’s small and doesn’t have clothes, electronics and things like that, but it’s perfect to buy groceries. They have all the basic stuff and some extra that are meant to use at restaurants, like coffee syrup!!! I love to be able to easily get different flavors of coffee syrups for a great price. Plus I never had to wait more them 5 minutes in line.

Love this place- NOT the typical Costco. They have commercial restaurant equipment and other bulk type goods for restaurants too. The refrigerator area is HUGE too. Not too bad with the checkout lines and has a LARGE parking lot.
