My car wasn’t driving and Ana’s stuck. I finally tried my T-Mobile Sync-Up’s AAA connection. Pete arrived Brookside and saved the day by getting to me much sooner than the 2 hour ETA mounted my car and AutiZone with ample time to get my car up & road ready again. Thanks for being you, Pete!!!

Car stopped working on the NJT, and a driver from Bergen Brookside Towing came to get us. Nicest guy (looked like he would drive a motorcycle, white beard, unfortunately forgot his name in the craziness of it all), drove us to an H mart parking lot with a Dunkin’ nearby to wait for AAA. Even took a crack at what might be wrong with the car.
They have been helping me with each car my family has ever had. This time my hybrid rav 4 was fixed and informed me with any questions I had!!! They are amazing, they kept me updated throughout the entire service, and they were quick with fixing everything. My favorite part was Laurie, front desk secretary, she was amazing! The service I received this evening was nothing short of incredible. The dispatcher was Andrew and the driver was Pete. I had my tow paid through my AAA but these two made the whole process bearable. Between Andrew’s patience communicating my difficult location on the 95 turnpike to Pete’s hospitality. Thank you very much for turning this turning this nightmare 180°.

Excellent, quality service. Bergen Brookside kept me informed the whole time they had my vehicle . They told me they needed a week and they stayed true to their word. Bergen Brookside (IMOP) is amazing. From bgining to end on fixing my SUV. Lori (Administrator) took my call and got me in and kept me posted from start to pick up. Staff was excellent and explained what could be fixed and what needed to be replaced. A week later My SUV looks like the day it was purchased from the dealership! I needed a tow yesterday. I originally called one in at 2:30 PM through Triple A, but somehow the request got disconnected. I called again at 4 PM, and this time Triple A connected me with Brookside Towing. I was blessed to have Ramon as my driver, and I truly believe that man was sent straight from God.
Ramon made everything go flawlessly. His energy is unmatched, and you can instantly tell he has a genuinely good heart. Even though I was upset about my car shutting off completely, he made me forget about the stress. He offered great advice, stayed positive, and turned a bad situation into a smooth experience.
I want Brookside to know how lucky they are to have someone representing their company the way Ramon does. Moving forward, I’ll be requesting Brookside for any future needs. I love having Triple A, but honestly, I wouldn’t mind paying out of pocket for service like this. This company is incredible.

Your drivers are a menace. For years they heave been speeding dangerously on 25mph roads and recklessly turning across oncoming traffic against the right of way. Your drivers use their trucks like weapons. There are very few situations that warrant the disregard for public safety and order that your fleet has shown on public roads.
All I can ask as a citizen is that mgmt may encourage your drivers to exercise more respect for signs, traffic lights, and the laws of the road - and respect the people they are supposed to protect.
And to the drivers that may read this review, I hope you might imagine the grief and frustration that will follow you if you accidentally put a family in the hospital because of your impatience and ego.
Stop for red lights and don’t turn across oncoming traffic. Your contract with the county doesn’t earn you impunity if you kill a pedestrian.
The next time I leave a review I’ll be sure to clip dash cam videos, because politely I have had enough of your drivers terrorizing us on residential streets.

Pulling into Kids Empire with my grandson and DiDi to play and enjoy himself, my alternator belt gave out. Sadness came over me, as I asked why now? I didn't want him to feel my sadness so we continued with the plan and have fun! As my wheels turned I felt the thought of driving was not safe. I contacted AAA, they immediately had Bergen Brookside Towing call me. I spoke with Andrew at dispatch whom made everything so easy, assuring me that he will have a driver ASAP and sure enough not even 10 minutes and there he was my angel NELSON the tow truck driver pulling in to save us!
NELSON you were on point, attentive, professional and wasted no time. Before I knew he had my vehicle on the flatbed and off we went. The drive about 40 minutes was exceptional! We talked, we laughed, we confided and most of all my grandson felt the positive vibes from us and yelled out Grandma I'm on GTA LIVE!!! LOL We all laughed and safely arrived to our destination. Blink of an eye NELSON had my vehicle off flat bed, refused my tip because he said we helped him during our chatty ride in many ways, so he wanted to help us back. Of course I refused and off he went onto the next tow.
So, to AAA, Bergen Tow, Andrew and Nelson....THANK YOU AND I AM GRATEFUL! Nothing else mattered, but my grandson's SAFETY and WORRY FREE experience, so YOU ROCK!!!

My car was evaluated within minutes of my arrival. Parts were ordered and my repair was scheduled right away. The car was ready the day before promised. Laurie at the desk kept in touch with me through the process. My car rental was easy—pick-up and drop-off from the Bergen Brookside.
I was stranded for three hours on the side of the Garden State Parkway after my car ran out of gas. AAA was completely unreachable by phone, and their app was useless, it wouldn’t allow me to enter an exact location, which meant the original dispatch went to the wrong place. I called AAA at 2:14 PM and didn’t get back on the road until 5:45 PM.
Marc, a tow truck driver who wasn’t even assigned to me, noticed me on the side of the road, took it upon himself to call the state police to check what was going on, and then came back to help. Turns out the police had not been dispatched at all. If Marc hadn’t made that call, I honestly believe I’d still be sitting there.
He was the only person to stop and help me in that entire time, not because he had to, but because he cared. I wasn’t even his client. His compassion and initiative turned a miserable day into a reminder that there are still good people out there. Marc, you were a blessing. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
The insurance offered me this location to get my repairs done for my car. I read the reviews and they seemed fair so I gave it a try. My expectations were exceeded! They did such an incredible job at fixing the dents and scratches from the accident! They cleaned the interior as well, making my car feel brand new again! They were so accommodating and helpful! I cannot say enough Good things about Bergen Brookside, the customer service was Phenomenal the repairs done to my vehicle were Perfect as well as being done very quickly. The second I walked thru the door I was made to feel that everything was taken care of and it was Percent! I would Highly Recommend them to anyone. If you've had the misfortune of being in an accident don't worry they have you covered. Your vehicle will literally look Brand New!!!
