As a long-time resident, I’ve become increasingly frustrated with the city’s recycling and yard waste services. Compared to neighboring boroughs, our service is severely lacking. Many of these areas offer free yard waste pickup or have extended recycling hours, making disposal far more convenient for their residents.
In contrast, our city’s limited schedule and cumbersome process make it unnecessarily difficult for residents to manage yard waste. It’s hard to understand why our city lags behind when so many others have found simple, resident-friendly solutions.

Waste of time, don’t come here if you aren’t from Glen Rock. No where on the site does it say residents only until you get here.

Great hardworking staff, well organized and conspicuously maintained town recycling center. Great for dumping yard waste, and picking up fresh mulch, soil and chips. Great for natural natural lawns and gardens. Beautifully fertile rich soil for growing luscious flowers, fruits and veggies without all the chemicals
