Be aware of the expiration dates, when you buy produce at this store! They have packs of the candies that have expired 4 months ago! It's February 2026 now. The other shelf is full of packs of chocolates which are about to expire, but they are being sold for the full price. Bad management!
Half the store is locked away. Have fun trying to find someone to help let alone someone who has a key. Seems like the employees are trying to hide away to chit chat
Unfortunately, customer service wait times are lengthy due to limited staffing. Only two representatives were available to assist, despite multiple representatives at checkout lanes being open. Improved delegation and staffing in this department would greatly enhance efficiency and the overall customer experience.
Costumer service is very slow. A lady nake Glenis was on the costumer for almost an hour, and there are only two customer representatives and a lot of costumers are waiting on the line. This store has to do better!!
Returns take a long time, there's almost always a line.
I also saw them once take a guys helmet and tell him that you get it back thru need to contact local police, seemed really strange. Staff is not so professional and definitely not fast and efficient
So as an update, it's been a while since I made a visit to this Walmart, it looks like it's getting better though, there are some things that are out of place, but overall, it's okay, the tech aisle is fine though, as an update, some of the items on the tech aisle are actually dusty, the keyboards especially..
This is truly the worst store in the US. I Ordered an Apple watch as a gift, but their delivery guy stole it. When I said I didn't receive the package, they said they would refund me, but I need the watch because it's a gift for my wife. And strangely enough, this is not the first time. So think twice before ordering online from this crappy store.
I want to talk about the cashier, Janet. Register 11. She is the BEST cashier there. She's very friendly and polite and smart and funny. I wish there were other cashiers like her. Unfortunately there isnt. I can't brag enough about her. I will look for her every time I go there. I hope she's always there. Janet, thank you for making my day. It was wonderful going to your line . I gave her 5 stars. I would give her 100 of I could.
Worst pickup up experience ever. If a multi billion company cannot handle pickup properly, why bother?!!
I waited for 45 minutes, after click "I am on the way" and after parking and clicking "Ive parked", and still nobody showed up. There even was no one to speak to and ask what went wrong! Its like they want customers to switch to T ar get.
Had an absolute horrible experience at Walmart and believe it was a case of racial profiling! I was in self checkout and was trying to use Walmart pay because I forgot my wallet. I scanned the QR code to pay but clicked the wrong button and had to restart the entire thing. The worker Carlos was behind me the whole time and I explained to him that I was having trouble with the app and had to redo it. Then another short young lady with red hair, I think the manager had absolutely horrible customer service. She came over to me and yelled at me saying I was taking long and accused me of having my account blocked immediately when I told her I was just having an issue working out the app to pay. As soon as she came over to me she was extremely rude! Then she calls a security guard that stands behind me, and tells me they’re going to check my stuff right after she watched me pay and get my receipt. I go to the door and there are 4 workers waiting for me. I let them check my bags because I did nothing wrong and paid for all my stuff and the workers say I’m okay but then the security asks them to check my stuff twice!!! As if the first time wasn’t enough to confirm I wasn’t stealing! Absolutely ridiculous. I’m a black woman and find it hard to believe this wasn’t a race issue.

I was going to self check out today this morning 9/20 /25 there is a one employee her name is Berta I think something like that she so rough and rude with me. She barely speaks English also I could understand her well she was telling me I can’t check out my items because I have more than 50 items and I don’t know that so she spoke with me by rude way and she pushed my cart back she’s really not deserve to be employee in any company. With that attitude.
A lady and a daughter threw their cart in the self check out line and disappeared to go back buying. Gone for over 5 minutes. It was their turn nowhere to be found I pull up a female comes running. I back up to be courteous instead I'm met with verbal assaultsbas employees watch me get verbally assaulted with my 2 daughters. Mind you this is the same store the female cashier's are forcing people to do the survey and rate them a 5. I'm going to report to corporate my experience and manipulation of the numbers.
It is unacceptable that the store is now closing at 10 PM when it used to close at 11. This reduction in hours not only inconveniences customers who rely on that extra time to shop, but also shows a lack of consideration for the community. It is disappointing to see that a company of Walmart’s magnitude, known for accessibility and convenience, would impose such a drastic limitation on its service. The right thing to do would be to maintain the regular closing time of 11 PM as it always was, because moving the closing time to 10 PM is unfair and leaves many customers at a disadvantage.
I am writing to share a deeply disappointing experience I had during my recent visit to a Walmart store. I entered the store with the simple intention of trying on a few pairs of pants. When I approached an employee named Roza and politely asked if she could open the fitting room for me, I was met with unexpected hostility.
Instead of assisting me or responding in a courteous manner, she raised her voice and spoke to me in a way that was both aggressive and unprofessional. I was taken aback by her tone and the lack of basic customer service. Despite there being no visible reason to deny access, she refused to open the fitting room and insisted that I wait, without offering any reasonable explanation.
I remained calm and respectful throughout the interaction, yet Roza continued to speak in an unfriendly manner. There were other employees nearby, but none of them stepped in to offer help or even acknowledge the situation.
As a long-time customer, I was truly shocked and saddened by how I was treated. I have always appreciated Walmart for its accessibility and wide selection, but being spoken to in such a manner over a simple fitting room request was humiliating and frustrating.
No customer should be made to feel unwelcome or disrespected while shopping. I hope that this message will be taken seriously and that appropriate steps will be taken to ensure all customers are treated with kindness, dignity, and professionalism in the future.
No customer service at this wal mart wanted some air buds no one to help asked a manager he tells me he does not have a phone . Go check out and all register are close 713 am and you ask a employee for help and they pass by you like there going to get someone
2 self checkout stations with 8 machines in each. One station closed down and the other has 6 machines not working. So 2 machines out of 16 are working. Line goes back 50 feet and shoppers abandoned their groceries and left. 30 minutes in checkout line. Not a single time I go there unless 80% of machines are not working. And lines take forever. It’s not one time incident!
2- Vegetable section has no plastic bags most of the time . 3- Employees at Deli and hot are leaving their station and chatting in the back. No service!
4- Employees who put their hands in your face and look away telling you “complain to the manager “, not knowing that they even have a very heavy accent. At least show me your face when you talk so I can try to read your lips. Forget about professionalism god forbid, at least some decency for god sake!
This store is a mess in many sections that will need pages to write but it’s not worth it. Just NEVER again !
Store manager who has no business to be a manager and should be fired that if there was a district manager who knows any thing about management.
They have a little of everything, but DO NOT PURCHASE THEIR MEAT PRODUCTS! Recently Walmart's buyers have been purchasing more name brand clothing; makes for a better selection of style, quality, and price range.
This store is impossible to shop in with any amount of ease. There are palettes piled up making some products or aisles completely inaccessible to everyone (and some potentially only inaccessible to people in a wheelchair or who need a mobility aide.)
I saw several employees walking around doing nothing. I questioned a few about the inaccessible aisles as I wanted to check for an item down one of them. They just laughed and mumbled something (not in English). The few employees I saw doing something were bringing palettes from the back room onto the sales floor.
Many palettes were stacked high and appeared to be at risk of tipping over/falling.
I also spotted a large palette of perishable groceries sitting out with no employees in sight. I have no idea how long that food was sitting out.
