Good ppl there, good prices & they deliver!! I picked up a few parts, while i was there i saw the vehicle had more more parts that i also needed. It was at the end of the day so they said they could remove & deliver the other parts to my local mechanic next day ...and again proces were very reasonable

Told us it was a $75 for a rim, turned out to be $95 when actually picking it up especially after making a $38 deposit over the phone. Not to mention he was supposed to have the tire ready the next day but never called with any updates for 1 1/2 days. Definitely won’t be coming here again.

T H E WORST! BAD Experience. I've been ordering parts online for 15 + years. Always EZ. No problems...no hassels. THEy SENT THE WRONG PART. DRAGGED for 2 + months and I finally said give me a refund. They are now IGNORING ME!!! "LET THE BUYER BE AWARE"

I was desperately needing a rim and replacement tires - as many I have a budget that’s busted … I have scored on this hidden gem of a “junkyard” … what is it one man’s junk is another man’s treasure! I left with five treasures and saved hundreds of dollars! Definitely recommend this local small business to all my friends and family! Especially, my girl friends who might not feel they can trust car dudes to not take advantage of you!

Horrible experience!!! I drove over an hour away to pick up a suspension compressor for my Mercedes. After I installed it it was not functioning as it should. i called them and explained it to the guy at the counter which I purchased it from, had an attitude telling me its was working as if i was lying , i went back and returned it he had an attitude and again questioned me as if I was lying to him the other big guy behind the register completely ignored me when he was instructed to refund my money seemed a little racist not gonna lie, guess he forget he told me the part was a return when I first picked it up and said the other guy never installed it, Guess what ? the first guy was correct!! stop trying to scam people and selling parts that you know were returned for being defective , GOT MY REFUND ANYWAY, STAY AWAY !! Had to drive an hour back to then deal with that attitude and negative energy as if I was an inconvenience never again and guess what I own over 7 used cars and growing, which I repair and sell you just lost a potential customer never again

Worst ever! Had to call 3 times and they never sent my part. Excuses every time of why it wasn't pulled or shipped. Then they refunded me without a word and said I cancelled the sale thru PayPal. No communication at all and very rude when you try and get an answer. Ordered another panel from a different dealer today and the shipping was going to be no more than $65.00 and that's $10 less than the $75 you were going to charge.

Needed a rim that is pretty scarce and through car-part.com found one at Central Auto Liquidators. Called them and was given a better shipped price than on their website so I took a chance and bought it. Rim came to me pretty quickly and was even better than described. Really pleased with the whole experience.

I ordered a part, had a motor vehicle accident, I call them up and informed them about my accident, because there is no need for the part, my car is a total loss. The lovely gentleman promised to give me a full refund of money paid.

I bought a part from them that I never received. I tried to contact them many times, unfortunately to no avail. Fortunately, Paypal gave me my money back. Scammers! I do not recommend!

So we needed a tire rim for out Subaru, we contacted Central auto and they were very pleased to help us. The rim came in damaged and they were not happy with it and had us wait a few days so we could get a better rim. When the new rim came in we picked it up and it was like brand new. They were so helpful, polite and accommodating. Highly recommend their service and willingness to get what we needed. They were very courteous and kind throughout the whole process. Excellent service!

I tried three times to get the right parts for my vehicle. I am several states away. They are too busy and too important to attend to tiny details like driver side or passenger side. I sent the parts back, kept a non functioning mirror, and wanted other part refunded. Crickets. So I contacted NJ AG. They refunded the money for the other parts that I sent back. I do not know if they just do not care or if this is a front for something rlse.

Bought a transmission today that was very hard to find. Price was amazing and service was great! $400 less than other places and came with a 90 day warranty!! Couldn’t ask for any better!! Will definitely use in the future and already told my friends who have shops in the area!! Highly recommend!!

I wish it was closer to Philly. I purchased a Mercedes door off eBay through these kind folks. I screwed up big time in that Google maps showed Franklin township which is a one coffee ride. I check again and I'm looking at Franklin NJ which would be a 5-6 hour round trip. This is not a rare part. Called CLA thinking this is going to be a royal PIA. Below is a copy of the thank you note I sent to Carlo as he is truly a gentleman and a more than understanding business person. Go there and buy there. Decent people have to be experienced first hand. Refund was in minutes, not hours, days or weeks. Thank you. Thanks a million for the refund. Not knowing there was a Franklin in NW and South Jersey was a lesson for this old Philly boy. Thanks for your help and understanding. With so many people bad mouthing each other it restored my faith that people can work together. Actions speak louder than words. Thanks

First-time experience and probably my last. I called twice yesterday and was informed they had the part I needed. I informed them I was an hour away and would be there first thing in the morning. I sat in their office for an hour waiting only to be told they did not have the part. 3 1/2 hours and gas wasted. On their truck it states free delivery yet I was not informed of this when I placed the order nor was it offered. I could have finished the vehicle with all that time now i have to go searching again.

I ordered and paid for a part over the phone. Was told I would get a call when the part was removed from the vehicle and available for pick up. A week goes by and I get an email from PayPal that they refunded my money. I had to call to find out what's going on and was told nonchalantly that the part was no good. Oh, thanks for the heads up Update: Just checked the website again and the part is still available according to the site. as a matter of fact 2 are available. If that's the case, why was I not offered the option to purchase the other part?

Needed a part, couldn't tell me the condition until it's pulled. Won't pull it unless I leave a deposit in person. So I drive up there, 5 minutes west of Nowhere. They tell me they will get to it by the afternoon. I had to work but could have had someone pick it up. My 1 hour job is now taking a day. They never call, even though they took my cell. I call the next day at 8:05am, and they have no clue who I am. I tell them I already left a deposit, so they check and tell me they didn't get to it yet but will around noon. I call back at 12:55 and the woman tells me it's ready. I drive back up, and turns out they still haven't taken it off the vehicle (a five minute job). So I say forget it and get my deposit back, and have to drive to another place that has it. I wasted two days and all I get from the guy is "sorry man". I see from other bad reviews they're quick to excuses, but the fact is you did not do it, did not call, and when I did you lied and said it was ready. With my gas, lost work, I could have bought a new part for less. Terrible service? Try non-existent.

I attempted to purchase a part through Central Auto Liquidators. Initially, very friendly. They require a deposit to order a part, but do not accept them over the phone. I attempted to complete their credit card deposit form to email them, but had to call them back when #1 - I wasn't sure what deposit was required (no prearranged deposit), #2 - I had to question them on the requirement of including a copy of my credit card and drivers license. In speaking with them, I was informed that it was due to someone using a card that did not belong to them. Okay, I understand that. I informed the woman that I was more than willing to SHOW my credit card and drivers license but that I did not feel comfortable with providing a copy, not knowing the owner and what he might subsequently do with a copy of my information. This woman proceeded to get more and more irate with me, continuously increasing the volume of her voice - telling me she did not want to lose her job, she had kids to feed. I'm not sure what that had to do with anything as no one asked her to do anything to lose her job. I merely gave feedback that the policy may invade privacy laws. When I asked who the owner was and my desire to speak with him regarding my concern, she got even MORE upset and louder, telling me that Vinnie won't speak to a customer about his policies. I attempted to ask a few questions about Pay Pal, with little interest in the outcome, only to have this woman continuously interrupt me, at which time, I merely said good bye and hung up. I would not recommend ANYONE to purchase from this company. Not only could they sell your personal information (they have copies of it), but, if the owner is so far removed from his customers that he is unwilling to speak to them and put them at ease that their information is safe, it's not a company that I want to do business with.
