I had got a flat tire on a Sunday morning, they were one of the only places that was open and answered the phone. They helped me very quickly , and they were very nice. I definitely recommend.
Thexservice?was efficient and my car was fix prproperly. It's hard to find a repair shop you can truly rely on, but this place is definitely one of them.

I had a flat tire and couldn’t drive my car, so I called the garag “A1 Twing & Auto Repair” right away. They sent a tow truck promptly to pick up the vehicle and took it in for repair. Not long after, they called to let me know the tire needed replacing and even gave me two different quotes from two different tire companies. They made it clear that the final decision was mine, explaining that both tires were of equal quality, the only difference was the brand and price. I really appreciated the transparency and honesty.
By the evening, the car was ready, and they gave me a call to let me know. Since I wasn’t available to pick it up, they kindly offered to drop it off at my apartment and they actually did! I’ve never experienced such genuinely helpful and honest service from a garage before.
The service was absolutely impeccable, and the price was very reasonable for the quality and care I received. I'm new to the area, and it’s such a relief to know there’s a trustworthy garage I can rely on without worry. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for honest, professional, and customer-focused service.

What an amazing business owner Avi is. I pulled up to this establishment with a nail in my tire. Avi quickly directed his employee Pedro to plug my tire. Less than 5 minutes later my car was ready to go. When I asked if I can pay with card he told me that he won’t charge a local resident to help them fix a tire. Very professional shop and it couldn’t have been any quicker. I highly recommend bringing your car to A1 for all your repair needs.

Thought he was helping us and he over charged us. Found out later he charged us 350 to connect one thing. He wasnt there at all when we came to pick the vehicle up. We had to pay his dad in cash after he finally found the keys. Still haven't received a receipt after begging for it for over a week and a half. Just keeps saying his wife makes them, but from the sound of it she needs a new job. Theyre nice upfront, but they will take advantage of you. I was happy to see it was a small community like the town I came from, but clearly they're just as stingy as the corporate giant shops.
Happened to call the location in Tenafly and they closed Sundays but Danny was so nice and accommodating when I called. I was always weary of finding a trusted auto repair shop and was lucky to Find Danny. I would give more than 5 stars if I could. Friendly, fast service and trusting! Definitely go for your auto needs!
Very Good price, every one was asking 3 times more than they charged me. I really had to give him extra because I felt it was unfair. I highly recommend the shop because the owner was very honest with me.

Today a worker from your company was standing in a Left line on a Lemoine ave for 15 minutes and didn’t turn. He even didn’t have a right to turn there. Left turn is prohibited there. Driver was sitting with satisfied face that he is holding a lot of cars who are unable to drive right straight. Even when his coworker asked him to turn - he didn’t. The people from cars behind came, asked him to turn, and he didn’t. Your service deserves nothing but 1 star.

I got stuck with a flat tire Friday afternoon at the parking lot of my work place. I called A1 towing and was amazed by their availability and professional service. I got my car towed to their auto shop and got the tire fixed in no time. They were kind and professional. I will highly recommend them for anyone. The best service especially in an emergency situation. Thank you for being the best establishment around.
I asked for the price before the towing but they continue to ignore and change the conversation and did not tell me it was $550 FOR A TOW until we got to the tow lot and i said i did not have that much cash on me and they took me mcdonals for an atm. i told him let me call my dad to discuss the price because i was just inform of the price. mind you this was not even a 10 mile tow and they are charging me $550????!!!? and they threaten to take my car if i didn’t not pay right then right there. i told him give me 5 minutes let me call my dad and he wouldn’t listen and proceed to leave me in a random parking lot and taking my car away. then i told him i’ll pay the $550 which is an insane price from 10 miles!!! and he just left my car in a random shoprite parking lot??? not even in his lot! and when he was towing my car he damaged my number and just rip the tow cap off and completely damaged my car tire, an 1 inch rip on it! horrible business!!
