stay away from this place guys!!! I left my car at the service and when I went to pick it up 3 days later, they said it would be finished in a few hours, but when I went, they said they hadn't done anything yet and it would take another week.. i cant suggest to anyone

Service department, office, and mechanics are amazing! Mechanics are the best; and their expertise is unbelievable; Thank you kindly for always helping your people, you guys the best!

Update, 7/11/2022: I called the number below a minute after the response and got a male voice asking me if I wanted to buy a car. After explaining the situation, I was told that “Olga” was not in the office (strange, she just left a message) but he could redirect me to her VM, where I could leave my number and she would return my call today. I did the same and, of course, never received a call back. 7/11/2022: Beyer Bros replaced an airbag on a recall in my Pontiac Vibe 2005. After less than 18 months, the new airbag became defective, and they refused to replace it as it was “out of warranty.” So, please only use Beyer Bros if you like having parts installed in your car that will fail in less than 18 months.

Alex worked with us across the miles from Georgia so we could buy the truck of our dreams to take camping for years to come. Alex made the entire process seamless and easy. We drove from Georgia to do business - showed up and everything was ready to go. My wife was talking the whole way home how we've purchased many vehicles over the years, but this was the most pleasant and easy experience we've had. I agree 100%. In a tough market like we have today, the experience matters more than ever. We are happy we made the trip to Beyer Bros. It was worth every mile. I purchased a CPO Yukon from Alex at Beyer Brothers. His communication from the start was on point, he was extremely responsive to all of my questions and correspondence and made the entire buying process from start to finish so easy and stress free. Beyer Bros is a great place. Steven in the Service dept. has great customer service. The lady that takes the payment ( sorry, I forgot her name) she is wonderful. They do care about the vehicle & the customer. I definitely recommend this dealer for all your vehicle needs.

This is our 3rd time getting a car from Greg. His prompt response via phone calls, texts and emails makes the process go very smooth every time. No other dealership is this easy to purchase a car from when dealing with him. We tell him what we want and he delivers. Literally! He brings the vehicle to our home, we sign the proper paperwork and its a done deal. I guess you can say “Signed, Sealed, Delivered...it’s ours!”

My first vehicle from Beyer and it was a good experience. Greg is an actual human being, none of the car dealership grossness you experience at most places. He got me though the process quickly and even overcame my complete lack of preparedness. I would definitely recommend them.

Steve abs Dan are always very helpful and so is the rest of the Beyer family. Yes, I said family because this is how they’ve treated since day one. I have gone to closer GMC dealerships and prefer to take the 45 minute drive because of the great approach they have. Thank you always for going beyond normal customer service guys.

Absolutely horrible keep my truck for three weeks I ended up paying $9800 for absolutely no reason Not even two years ago was put a brand new transmission in my truck they came up changing the last part of transmission which didn’t change anything to my truck to this day the truck shifts the same they haven’t fixed anything They find stuff there is absolutely no need for change in one of their employees call me said the truck wouldn’t start so you need new batteries a new starter I say how about you try and recharging the batteries because the truck has been in the shop for three weeks. I do not wish you to find out yourselves what I’m talking about I recently went to the place to get some parts to replace it myself the guy who help me out found all the parts and then when time came to pay he said I’m sorry we cannot sell the parts I asked him why he said the manager told me not to sell you the parts so I asked for a manager he said he’s not here he left so I say if he left then who told not to sell me parts so I went to the shop where they fix trucks and I asked for the managers name he gave me the name I went back and I asked for the guy he came out he said we cannot sell your parts because of the review you placed on the Internet so I say to him instead of trying to ask and fix the problem you confirming the review I posted for you it’s 100% true I don’t know what legal rights I have but I will check that in a later time when I have more time

Service was great, the salesperson who helped me worked with me to finance the car at a great price , and beyond that, he drove the vehicle to my home (I work 12 hour days and get out late) after work to drop it off for me to have. Couldn't believe it myself, so very awesome!

I purchased my 2018 GMC Terrain about 2 weeks ago now. Honestly, this was the best experience I have ever had buying a car. I called and made an appointment and met with Greg Macdonald, who was my salesperson and finance person. After making my decision to buy it got even easier. With a busy work schedule and not a lot of free time, Greg went out of his was to personally deliver the vehicle to my home, complete all paperwork, go over the vehicle ins and outs, and took my turn in with him. If GMC/ Beyer reads this I hope that you will recognize Greg MacDonald for his hard work and dedication to customers.

The most expensive parts. And make sure you buy the correct part. They charge 20% to return unused unopened part and I was returning it only 15 min after I bought it. I definitely don't recommend this dealer to anyone buying parts, I've never been charged for returning unused unopened part.
