This location is the best ever . I had a wonderful experience with this branch of autozone because their manager Ms. Sabrina and one of their staff Mr. Rabin upon seeing the receiptsof my car battery warranty do not hesitate to change my battery for a new one unlike other autozone branch where they disregard my receiptsof car battery warranty, so for car battery and parts I would highly recommend this auto zone branch.Thank you.

Today, I went to the store to buy a new battery, I tried to buy all my automotive products from AutoZone. I was there at 7:30 when they opened, and the very unpleasant manager, Sabrina, told me that they could not install the battery till 9 AM. She had a small number of tools that were inadequate to do the job, so ultimately I ended up installing the battery myself. I will make sure in the future that I never purchase products from this store again. Note to AutoZone, if you’re looking at these reviews, you can do much better than this manager, and she’s not just an employee. She’s the store manager, and was not interested whatsoever in helping.

I'm a computer programmer who loves working on cars in my free time—especially rebuilding big block Chevy engines. Recently, I was replacing the upstream oxygen sensor and working on the brake system of my car when I stopped by the AutoZone in Fairview for parts. I'm so glad I did. That's where I met Ravin, and he was absolutely fantastic. He went out of his way to help me, supported his team at the same time, and handled everything with professionalism and ease. A true multitasker and someone who genuinely cares. Ravin is a real asset to any company lucky enough to have him—AutoZone definitely benefits from having him on their team. Thank you, Ravin, for being awesome, and wishing you continued success in everything you do.

I placed an order at this AutoZone store a week ago because the item wasn’t in stock. I paid in-store and was told it would be delivered soon. It’s been a full week — no one called, no updates at all. When I came back to the store, they couldn’t even find my order. Instead, they told me I’d have to pay again if I wanted the item now, and that I would be refunded when the original order finally arrives (whenever that might be). I asked why I had to pay again for something I already paid for, and they said I had only paid for the order, not the item. So I’ve neither received my order nor a refund. When I explained I would be filing a complaint, they simply said “okay.” I feel completely mistreated and disappointed — this is unacceptable customer service. I’m also attaching my payment receipt — you can’t just take people’s money and leave them in this kind of situation.

Manager Ravian absolutely suckssssss!! I asked him to look at two belts for comparison that I had in my hands which would have took him 20 seconds to look at and his response to me while I was right in front of him was, you have to wait 20-30 minutes. Absolutely unprofessional and lazy work ethic. On the other hand Kenneth was stellar in helping me as much as he can, he has good work ethic and customer service skills. He deserves to be manager or at least a promotion. If you have to shop here don't expect help & compassion from everyone there. Thank you Kenneth for helping me!!

I can say my experience at auto zone in Fairview was awesome I went to buy a radiator and the lady inside was very helpful shout out to Sabrina she is very polite very attentive and also have us smiling all the way this is my favorite place to go now and if she don’t have the part trust she gonna make few calls and get it for you above and beyond we love Sabrina!

I stopped by to pick up new windshield wipers and some accessories for my car. Jorge was very kind and helpful in assisting me and even installed my new wipers. I also was curious about general car detailing maintenance and he was SUPER knowledgeable. Thank you so much Jorge!!

The Fairview store failed to honor my car battery that was under warranty. They installed a new battery in march of 2023 , on February 10 2025 I went back to AutoZone because my battery that was installed in 23 and still under warranty was failing . At this time AutoZone told me that the battery that needed to be replaced isn’t the battery that they installed in my vehicle in 2023 . Truly disappointed with their promise in honoring their warranty .

The service of free charging of the batteries is a marketing trick. All they do is "test" it just to say it doesn't work and try to sell you a new one.

Not very knowledgeable of cars. I had called the Auto Zone closest to me as I urgently needed to replace my battery. Was told that unfortunately the placement of the battery made it difficult to change if the person was not familiar with it and they could not be certain the staff on duty were able to do it. I found him very helpful and honest. Decided to call the one in Fairview, the guy was very curt he asked the type of engine but I told did not matter as the same battery is used on both (per the prior Auto Zone) he was very dismissive and told me they had to see the vehicle first to know if it could be done, I asked if it was a matter of the staff not being able to do it and he repeated in a very annoyed tone that the car had to be seen, obviously not familiar with the type of car. I will avoid this Auto Zone, the one on 78 and Tonnelle is a keeper.

This is a great AutoZone to shop at! The staff is very informative and friendly. They go above and beyond to help customers solve all their auto parts needs and will recommend great mechanics if you need help finding good ones. Absolutely the best AutoZone in the surrounding area!!

The manager of Autozone is very patient and responsible. The staff made a mistake and he personally took over the ordeal to help remediate the issue. It’s 85 degrees outside and he persevered until it’s fully resolved. Thank you for taking responsibility and pride for the store’s service!

The review is not a reflection of the location itself. It's the person you have in the front "Juan" I've worked for customer service for 7+ years. If you don't like working with people find another job ' he was super rude and had a really terrible attitude. You really shouldn't have a person that's that miserable with his life communicating with people all day. I didn't even end up completing my purchase and just walked out.

' No knowledge about what they really have at the store & kept referring customers to each other ' will respond with "no" we don't have this tool without even looking at the image properly ' one customer waited at the counter for a long time, until I confronted, only then they decided to move & do some work ' A Customer in parking lot approached me & confirmed that he faced same things at this specific branch, he prefers to drive all the to pramus. Only visits this branch in emergency or when he knows what he needs & where exactly he can find it by himself despite having an empty store with three staff members just standing & talking to each other, one of them was on the phone ' I can understand about the 2 junior staff members that they might be still learning and growing but the store manager on some power trip, rude and unprofessional,

Place was decent but the people in here are unhelpful and rude. There was this guy named Juan who seemed like he was 8 months pregnant just hanging out and pretending that he can’t see people at the counter. One person asked to find an item and the idiot literally just pointed. Couldn’t be bothered.

I called to ask for a battery for my car and the gentleman carefully explained the kinds of battery they have. I got to buy it and they explained it to me again and they installed it. The service and attention were excellent. I recommend them.

The staff is a bit short but honesty they are so sweet. I had one young man help me today for my battery issue. It was freezing cold outside . The boy was extremely helpful and generous. He did everything he could without complaining. I wish I could remember his name so other customers can ask for him . But I will describe his physical characteristics. He was of Hispanic descent. he was quite tall. Great job!
