We were on our way into the city (3 girls) and hit a large piece of metal and got a flat on route 80. There was no shoulder so we pulled into the center median. It was really scary so we called for a cop and they called Nicks Towing. We were lucky enough to have DAVE as the tow truck driver. He was soo nice, helpful and reassuring. From the moment he arrived, we knew we were in safe hands. He took us off 80 to put the spare on my car. The spare was flat so we had to go to a gas station to fill it up. Not only did Dave tell us where to go, but he followed us and put the air in the spare tire. We cant thank him enough.
Marion was absolutely phenomenal. She was super sweet and helpful . Made my horrible tow experience not so bad and I left with a smile . I am super grateful for her

Came out swapped out my totally flat Tesla tire in 7° post arctic blast weather (everything was covered in ice) with my Six-year-old daughter in the car. I was on my way in 15 minutes and the tech, Nick, was an angel. You guys are doing a great job.
I feel like I have to share how amazed I was by the service with Lee from thr front office. I expected a bad experience but was extremely relieved with the experience. My tie rod or ball joint snapped while i was pulling out of a parking spot at shoprite. The car couldn't be moved. I started getting yelled at by everyone possible while i waited for the tow truck. Randy was amazing. He made having a broken down car not suck so bad. He was so nice and professional. I needed that little bit of kindness after all the garbage those nasty people were giving me before he got there to tow my car. I wish there were more people like him in this world. I would use Nick's towing any time I need a tow just because of Randy's customer service and kind heart. Keep up the good work.

Hector was super helpful! We had a flat tire on a Saturday night and needed to use the Tesla for a long distance trip the next day. He helped us install a loaner wheel and had us stay in the car the entire time. He was very responsive, professional and kind.

I had to call roadside assistance for an issue with my Jeep. When they called back, they told me the only place that would come help was well over an hour away. They sent someone out right away and I was fortunate enough that it was Nick's Towing and they sent Hector. He got right to work and was 100% determined to get the problem resolved or at least tow me to the dealership. After a bit of time, Hector was able to get the issue resolved and waiting around for me to drive around a bit before he would leave. He also told me should the problem happen again on my ride home, he would come back and find me and help out. What a great guy! Thanks to Hector and Nick's towing for helping me out in the middle of the night.
I have nothing but great things to say about this company. Service was fast and easy making a stressful situation as easy to deal with as could be. The main office was friendly and assertive. As for the Heavy Duty driver they sent I can’t say enough. JJ was knowledgeable, moved quickly and had us back on the road in no time. I would absolutely recommend this company and I'm sure with all the trucks we have on the road we will use again.
Jeep died on an off-ramp, battery was fully dead and wouldn’t take a jump. Hector went above and beyond after towing it back to the house, maneuvering the vehicle as best as he could to set it in a normal parked position on the street. After unloading from the truck, he tried briefly resetting the battery terminals to see if the Jeep would take a jump, and it did, allowing us to park it back in the driveway until we could replace the battery. Far exceeded expectations and was very polite and courteous the whole time. Made a bad night much easier.
Easy communication, they were fast to pick us up, and gave us a ride. Our driver, Hector, was awesome, very funny guy, made sure we were aware of all cost, and did an overall great job handling our vehicle. We will definitely be calling again if we ever need a tow!

Hector did an amazing job getting my vehicle to the body shop, he made sure no damage was done and was extremely professional. When it comes to towing companies many of them don't care how your car looks after it gets dropped. These guys are the exception.
