A filco driver destroyed my car. In the video, he acts so nonchalant as the dumpster rolls banging the back and the whole passenger side of my vehicle. I reached out, and they said they would pay for the damages. I had a life changing matter, and when I reached out again, I was told I'm sorry we can't help you. Kevin, the Director of operations you should be ashamed of yourself. Domenic Monopoli if you really are committed to ongoing excellence in service, safety and wellness please help rectify this situation. Additionally, since you want to clarify the facts, why don't you acknowledge the life changing matter that my husband passed away during the time . And what was actually said to me by Jose is that we already change insurance carriers. There is nothing we can do, not that the statute of limitation has passed.

I've been managing buildings in NYC for more than a decade and I have yet to find a better, more responsive carting company than Filco. Shout out to Bob M. For his professionalism and attentiveness. If every company was like Filco and every account manager was like Bob, I would be out of a job.

Excellent reliable carting service. Our account manager James has been great to work with, anything I need I just call or text and he takes care of it immediately.

Working with Jim has been an awesome experience. He provides excellent service and follows up on any questions I have immediately and really cares about a smooth operation. He visits the office every few weeks to make sure we are happy and there are no issues. We are so pleased that Jim is there for us. I highly recommend talking to him about your needs. You won’t be sorry!

Please be cautious not to sign a contract with Jim's company. Jim lacks ethics as he changes the agreed price after you have already signed the contract, and you can't get out of it. This review is based on my personal experience dealing with Jim. It is ridiculous that Jim had the audacity to call on 01/12/2024, and argue with me about writing this review. He even cursed me out and called me a Karen, just because I told him I was not going to delete my review. This behavior shows that Jim is a psycho. Therefore, I strongly advise you to stay away from him and avoid doing business with him.

My experience with Filco Carting Corporation started with Liz. Liz’s knowledge and professionalism were greatly appreciated. Liz took the time to listen and understood my project needs she assured me that Filco could deliver and they did. The drivers were very nice and on time. They made the drop off and pick up look effortless. I look forward to working with Filco on future projects.

I hired Filco to deliver a 20-yard container to my home on a residential street in Brooklyn. I dealt with Liz, Dispatch, and the driver who collected the container to take it away and they were all very helpful. The driver had to deal with a car that hadn't moved for street cleaning and he managed, somehow. The job was stressful for me but Filco were easy to work with and eased my concerns.

We needed to do a last minute clean out and needed a dumpster the very next day. We called around and finally found a company that could accommodate us for the next morning. We spoke with Jose at Filco Carting 3:30 in the afternoon and he was able to get us a container delivered for 7:00AM the next morning. Jose was amazing! We were a first time customer and he treated us as if we were a customer with Filco for 10 years. He made us a priority. Jose is a true professional.

Filco Carting has been servicing our families business since we opened in 2021 and their service is amazing. They have a great customer service team led by our salesman Jimmy and are very reasonably priced. Looking for a waste company give Filco Carting a call.

We called needed a dumpster to do a clean out and called Filco Carting. I called and spoke with Liz. She was very helpful and made it a very simple process. They were able to get us the dumpster delivered the very next day after we ordered it and then picked it up once we were done with it. They gave us excellent customer service at a great price. I highly recommend them.

I rented 4 dumpsters with Filco, and have no complaints as far as scheduling containers. Everyone was polite and courteous over the phone as other reviews point out.. however, we had two inconveniences leading to this review. One container was shipped with a repaired hinge which had broken again on us on-site. This lead to the door seizing us when we tried to get it closed, which was admittedly a minor inconvenience - we eventually found some construction debris that was strong enough to act as a lever to lift the door and close it properly for transport. The greater inconvenience was a billing issue where we were charged for a 5th dumpster we never rented. It took a month to get the final credit for this overcharge back. There was also some confusion as to what was owed, as we were subject to overweight charges which we weren't billed for yet. When I had inquired about a discount for the repeat business, and the inconveniences noted, I was told we were approved for a credit on the final balance totaling two NYC 5 day dumpster permit charges, and I was given a credit amount to expect back net overweight charges. Two weeks go by and no credit was issued, so I followed up. The billing department was supposedly just getting to it since it was the end of the month, and my credit would be issued in a few business days. Another two weeks go by... so I follow up again. This time the credit was issued shortly after, but it was half of what I was originally told the month prior. So I follow up by email after digging through my billed receipts to try and make sense of why, and I received no response to my email after several days. I call again, and am told I will receive the receipts of my charges and that everything will make sense. I never received the receipts and had to call again to follow up after a few days... they were apparently sent to the other e-mail on the account, only they weren't - I checked there before I called (yes, the spam box too). Long story short, we were credited for one NYC 5 Day dumpster permit charge, and debited overweight charges for the last dumpster which was left out of the final credit amount I was told to expect back. When I reminded them we were approved for two permit charges as a credit from a Supervisor at Filco, I was told they would look into and get back to me... they didn't. Given the pricing at Filco is competitive with other Dumpster rental companies in NYC, I would look around.

Filco Carting is truly a family owned business and they care about each customer! Their professional staff sets the tone for a seamless experience. Their receptionist sets the bar Liz is always warm, friendly and tentative to the customers. Highly Recommend!!!

Excellent service. I’ve been a customer for more than 5 years and I’m completely satisfied. My trash was missed once during holiday season. The only issue I’ve had was recently Miss Louise in customer service thought she put her phone on hold to express her frustration with me. Maybe she was having a bad day, maybe I was. Took 3 minutes for her to understand I just wanted To make a payment with Miss Jessica. Took 30 seconds.

James and the entire team at Filco deserve a reward for BEST customer service and carting service in the tri-state area. After having tried multiple different companies to no avail finding Filco was incredible. They are always on time, are extremely responsive if there is an issue, have great customer service and interpersonal skills, and are a joy to work with. Rest assured that if, rather WHEN you choose Filco you will NOT be disappointed. This is the top carting company in NYC.

The most attentive carting company I've ever experienced in 10+ years in the hospitality industry. The team is responsive at all hours and the adjustments needed to acclimate to neighbors needs and fluctuating work hours are made swiftly and easily. Hands down the best service in all five boroughs. Beautiful work.

Jimmy was immediately responsive when I called about his firm's services. We were able to set up an appointment within two days to open up an account, and he came by, quoted me very reasonable rates. The paperwork was a snap. It was clear that he knew other customers in the building on a friendly basis, and indeed , he helped me with a bit of immediate disposal. Thanks a lot, Jimmy!

I have had the opportunity to do business with Filco and I can say I am extremely pleased. The salesman, Matthew, assisted me throughout the process and was extremely helpful. He was always cooperative and hands on in any questions that I had. The service that I received with Filco was excellent. Really like working with Filco Carting !! We've been working with them for the last couple of years now, and they're awesome. They have a really customer service, always on point, accommodating, drivers are always on time and very friendly etc...

I have used other waste company's in the past but FILCO by far is the best company hands down! I spoke with their dispatch team who were extremely professional over the phone. They aim to please in every way and have even called me ahead of time, if there were any issues such as a blocked vehicle. The crew members I've seen on the road are always knowledgeable and look sharp in their uniforms. If you ever use another waste service you will see a big difference in appearance you will see how sloppy other waste company's look not FILCO. From start to finish I was pleased with the service I received. I would highly Recommend to anyone. Thank you for great service and everything you do to help out the community !

We've been consistently using Filco for junk removal over the past 2 years or so. Liz, our main contact, is the best - always super prompt with response and coordinating dates/times for drop off and pick up, sometimes even on short notice. If there's ever an issue (size unavailable, delivery/pickup delay), I always hear about it quickly from her or another contact at Filco. Definitely recommend!

This was my first time having to hire a dumpster removal customer. Liz was the first person I got in touch with and she was so amazing, professional and helpful that I was instantly sold. The drop off and pick was on time and hassle free! I would definitely recommend this company!

I learned about Filco Carting from an ad on 1010WINS radio. I needed to clean out my mother's garage before the winter set in and I called FIlco to get information. Liz was a great help, clearly explained all my options for the best dumpster size for my needs and I chose the 10 yard dumpster. Filco was the best carting company I spoke with. Liz was very courteous, patient and thorough. Since my mother lives in an attached house in Queens, the dumpster had to go in an easement behind the house. I made arrangements for a 2pm drop off on November 6, 2020 and the driver was on time and he expertly guided the truck and the dumpster through the easement with no problem whatsoever. The driver was excellent! The dumpster was the perfect size for the job and I was able to clean everything out over the weekend. The driver came back 6am on Monday (11/09/20) morning and was able to take the dumpster with no problem! Filco Carting was very professional, prices were very good, clean dumpster and I was able to take care of that project with much ease. I highly recommend Filco Carting and plan to use them again for the bigger job of my mother's basement. A+!

It was a pleasure dealing with this company. The ladies working at the front office/ desk area were fantastic, great personalities and sweet as pie over the phone. I used a 30 yd and a 10 yd container, the drivers were quick & efficient and the pricing was the fairest I was able to find. I now have my go to place for jobsite waste removal etc. Oh, ,& Mike in dispatch was on the ball, I had a couple oversites which caused few rough spots in the process and he along with whomever he worked with were diligent and made the delivery happen last minute from a mistake I made. They were all very easy to communicate ,& work with.

I strongly recommend this company. Liz at the front desk is definitely an asset to Filco. Her customer service is exemplary. She is always welcoming no matter how many times I called to make last minute changes. Whenever the need arises I will definitely be a repeat customer.

Filco Carting is the absolute best Company to rent a dumpster from. Ms. Serrano was an absolute charm to work with, she made my renting experience great.
