It was time for me to let go of my baby, reached out to the team and they delivered. Communication was on point, ETAs were on point. No games or last minute switch ups. Paid what was discussed over the phone. Couldn’t be happier for their service.
Absolutely worst customer service. „The owner” hung up on me like a little baby after explaining that I have been trying to get ahold of them for over a week.
They are picking up cars whenever they please, they will call you with an hour of notice that they will be there. After telling them my free window they still don’t show up.
Never experienced such unprofessional behavior. I guess all the negative reviews are 100% true and now I can see why.
This dude is very unprofessional and rude, gives you a time then doesn't call you back gets upset when you call him to see what time they arriving like we don't have other things to do also I don't recommend this place.
I had a great experience with Cash For My Junk Car NJ. Tommy, the owner/manager, was courteous and kept me updated, and the office quickly scheduled a pickup within 30 minutes of my call. The tow truck driver arrived on time, paid cash, and collected my title. Even over a holiday weekend, I received my bill of sale promptly on the next business day. The process was efficient, reliable, and fair — I would recommend their service.
Very RUDE. If I could give no stars I would! The guy answered the phone rude as could be. Cut me off before I could even speak to tell him the make/model and what was wrong with the car. He said “You got a dream like Martin Luther king if you think you’re getting more than $400”. No reason to be rude AT ALL. Don’t do business here. They’ll low ball you on your car even though they’re selling parts 10x what they’ll give you.

This business is extremely unprofessional. Instead of addressing customer concerns, the owner resorts to making personal attacks and spreading false accusations. Calling customers drug users and making up stories is not only inappropriate, it’s defamatory. If this is how they treat people publicly, imagine how they conduct business privately. I would strongly recommend anyone looking for a reputable and honest junk car service to take their business elsewhere.
I appreciate the rapid service. I just had to answer 2 questions and I got an immediate answer and all was done in less than an hour.
Tow Truck drivers arrived very promptly at my location before I even got there. Handed my money when all service was settled.

If I could give one star to this place, I WOULD. Guy that answered was SUPER rude. Hung up on me when I told him about himself. Told me "congratulations" for not wanting chump change for a car that runs. BS. DONT CALL.
