NJ is wack. Drivers suck there. This business on the other hand is 10/10 I ordered a AC vent for my E92 335 and it arrived to my home in literally 2-3 days. Anyone lowballing any of the items they have listed are lame quit being broke. Love the responses from the owner they gave me a nice laugh. If I wasn’t located in the sad and trashy WV I would honestly love to visit this place and talk with staff! Especially with the replies to ignorant people these people seem to be stand up comedians! Will do further business as I need all the AC vents replaced and other interior pieces.
Do NOT do business with them!!! Their customer service rep canceled my eBay order due to me asking questions regarding the delivery and was incredibly rude. This has put me in an even stressful situation. They are not reliable at all!! I knew it was an out of state order and I had already arranged for it to be picked up! These people are liars and very unprofessional. Furthermore, who is Juliana? I never spoke with anyone over the phone. I guess because I’m black you want to play the Karen (victim) role. See you in court!
Tried multiple times to source a fuel pump, owner flew off the handle and issued some choice jersey talk because he wouldn’t negotiate on price. Customer services is like a dumpster fire. Do not waste your time, energy, or money here. There are a multitude of better options elsewhere. I ended up buying new for less than a used one. No joke, this place is terrible.

Sold me a blown out sub woofer (they claim all of their parts are tested.) The sub woofer is extremely hard to get to, takes 5+ hours to replace the correct way in a w215 mercedes. What a big headache! And to add to the mess, their employee tells me that I got ripped off on labor and that it should only take an hour. Maybe that is true for some speakers in some cars, but this particular one requires one to remove, both rear seats, the rear automatic headrests, the automatic rear shade, the rear deck lid, oh yeah and all while you contorting your body! yup, that is an easy 1 hour job!? Any way, screw me for trusting them right?!
Took forever to reach, did not respond to messages on facebook or craigslist, despite advertising on those platforms and took days for an email response. Advertised multiple CLK vehicles available, but could only source half of my CLK parts list. Prices for what they did have was double competitors on ebay, who included free shipping and not negotiable. Not sure who is buying at these prices. Had such high hopes for this local business but ultimately a disappointing experience.
Martin was extremely helpful helping my brother and I purchasing and loading our CLS550 full exhaust. Great price for it as well. I will definitely make another 3hr trip for rare parts for any of my foreign vehicles.
