Maui was the tow operator who picked up my BMW 750Li. He was not only thorough but he was Extremely knowledgeable. The car was parked in a difficult spot and he was ingenius and creative about getting this luxury vehicle onto that flatbed. All the while maintaining the highest level of safety. Maui was a true professional Who Performed above and beyond the call of duty! Outstanding job!
HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. They lost my key to my car AND an employee with glasses arguing back and forth with me using profanity in-front of the owner as well. The owner did not do nothing about it I asked him if that’s how y’all treat the rest of your customers he said yes. don’t ever go here

This company was a lifesaver – they not only agreed to help, but the service was exceptional. They change payments at their convenience, the lot is unkempt with rusty barbed wire lying around and hanging from the entrance and exit gate on on the floor by the exit/entrance gate. My window was left down all night, a small deep scratch on my front bumper, they have unkempt feral cats. This place should not be trusted so if something unethical or suspicious happens at this establishment please report it to the BBB & local prosecutors' office.
Tried calling the number multiple times no one could answer eventually they turned the phone off because it kept going to voicemail and the mailbox was full so thats super helpful.
Quick to respond and professional. When I called around the wait time was over 90 minutes. A1 arrived in 20 just as they said they would. Donna was kind, helpful and a pleasure on the other end of the line. The tow truck driver was a little gruff but he was efficient, so overall a good experience.
I went to pick up my stuff from my total loss car as per instruction by auto insurance , when i pull out my stuff owner called me said you have 5 minutes or i call police , this fear and aggressive trade practice can’t be acceptable!!
Yes there is no instruction or sign that and there is siphone pump from local auto store sale and you wasn’t there first you gave time than come 45 minute later and your guy is in hurry !! Verbally challenge !!
I just wanted to thank A-1 Towing for being so awesome, I was getting a shipping container from China, but I had to take it out of the truck myself because it was 6000 pounds and trailer driver was not equipped to take it out and put in the ground, I called every towing company in Atlantic County and everyone of them said no and some even hung up on me.
A-1 towing was the only one who said they can do it, they are the most professional and experienced towing company in south jersey, The owner "Rich" was very helpful and "Donna" the lady who answered the phone was super kind. The driver "Chris" who took out the container was very professional, he told me that he had done these many times.
I am so grateful for A-1 towing for saving that day, because the tractor trailer would have left with my shipment and I would have lost thousands of dollars in freight charges.
I had a trailer in my driveway that was a real eye sore. Went above and beyond …Support small time businesses…This gentleman thought there might have been drugs in my elderly relatives car that was towed and vacuumed the car before he would let her get inside!!! Who does that??? Rich…you will go to heaven… PS….If your car is getting towed you must of done something wrong, be responsible people
My vehicle was located in Hardrock garage and no truck could fit in the garage . My man Jake pushed my car down 6 levels out the garage to get it on his truck . Much respect
This is the second time I use these guys for my daughter who keeps locking her keys in the running car they came out very fast they were there in less than 15 minutes these guys are awesome I will definitely be using them anytime I'm in trouble

I highly recommend A-1 Affordable Towing. Donna was fabulous- she knew I was having a really bad day and was very patient with me. Donna kept me updated on my wait time. She was extremely friendly and personable which made me relax in my stressful situation. I forget the driver’s name who picked up my car but he was great. He called me after I left to come back because I forgot a few things. It was a hot day and rush hour so I know he easily could have just ignored the belongings. He waited for me smiling and told me to enjoy the rest of my day. Both employees went above and beyond with customers service.
I was told that they don't have time for me right now, you would think that there are other ways to explain the client that they will not be able to take their business.

UPDATE: A year ago I locked my keys in my car. Richie helped me out. Today, I did it again - I locked my keys in my car. I immediately knew who I would call. I did not wait long at all for A-1 to arrive. An associate of Richie’s came out of the truck and he was extremely pleasant. He worked efficiently to retrieve my keys and I had them in my hands in no time. He had all the tools and knowledge to get the job done right. All around it was such an easy and enjoyable experience. While I’m not happy that I lock my keys in my car, I am happy to know A-1 Affordable Towing can save the day again and again.
This tow service has the most professional staff. Always courteous.. also best price for tow in the area. Other tow companies were charging over $100 more for in same town tow.
