What happens with this store, every time i go there is close. October 11 3:52 pm i went and the store is closed when is supposed to be close at 4 pm. I never come back.
Not sure why but our order should have been done 3 days prior and when my wife called to see if it was ready the Lady that answered the phone was rude.
The guys closed at 3pm , an hour earlier than usual, today, Saturday, they're a little lazy. They were inside and didn't want to let me in to buy a spare part for my Car . What kind of service is that? 😡😡
On August 31 I went to this store in search of an alternator for my truck. All local places either didn't carry it or could not get it in for a week. This location was the closest reasonable distance and they had it. They closed early at 3pm instead of 4pm because they only had 2 sales the whole day. I could only get there by 3:15. A gentleman was closing up and going to his car and let me know they closed. I only struck up a convo mentioning the alternator as I was ready to head back home. He took me in and hooked me up. I didn't catch his name but if you're reading this you're the man!
Now Napa has the parts it's not always easy to get someone to wait on you here but it is a nice place to go to get what you need because they do have mostly everything that you think of or even think you need for your car this is a guy's place naturally I hate to take the screw it but yes you have to know what you're looking for when you go there otherwise you're out of luck
Recently moved to the area and have been here 3 times. Each time I got what I needed which was nice. Everyone that works there is friendly and helpful. I will continue to be their customer.

It's funny - the picture that comes up when you Google this store shows an empty parking lot. I've discovered that it's for a good reason. Last week I went into this store and ordered an air filter for my truck. The guy told me that it would be there the same day, probably around 3 pm. It didn't come in, so I called the next day. Still no filter. And the next day? Yep. Still no filter. I ordered the same exact filter on Amazon, and the filter that this store wanted $72 for I got for $30 less. The new filter was already delivered and is installed on my truck. I still haven't heard from this store whether my filter came in or not.
Every time I go to Napa the people that works there always have bad attitude and with bad costumer servers, i was there today looking to buy bolts for my dads truck and after I got them the guy was like, here there you go bye get out of here.
