Love doing business with EL&M, have bought many parts from them and they are quality. Mostly deal with Dan and Mike and Chris, recently got a 2019 Kona hood in the exact paint code I needed, it was perfect.
Excellent service! I needed a front bumper assembly, and Dan went above and beyond—he even sent me pictures before delivering the part, all while short on drivers. The part arrived in great condition, exactly as described and looks like new. I really appreciate the communication and professionalism. I’ve never experience anything like it! It was easier than ordering a pizza. Sale person by the name of Michael Knight was the closest thing to actually walking in myself. I like the caring and personal experience feeling that I got because he kept me abreast w text and got me what I needed within 10-15 min of me asking him. I will be using you guys from now on
Bought from this seller a defective abs pump modulator on ebay. Read reviews on Google thinking source was reliable. I thought mechanic was not right when he said it's not working and went to like 3 stores. Finally I went to dealership and they confirmed it is not functional and purchased a new one and got it done for full value. Think you save a dime but don't. Beware of what they sell you. I lost a lot of time, money and trust. I forgot to leave review because I stopped buying autoparts from ebay stores and didn't want to waste anymore time with this after this experience in 2019. 6 years layer I decided to try again on ebay and just remembered this experience.

I did call 6 years ago and was not presented any hassle free resolution. I'm pretty sure I spoke with you because the non apologetic tone sounds the same. I was told that the product you sold may not be functional and tested when I called. It's definitely laughable on your side as you profited off selling me something bad and didn't provide a solution. Sorry, if it's not laughable at my end.

Either way I wouldn't deal with a company like yours again. 1) Sell broken parts 2) Doesn't provide a hassle free solution to take back broken part when called. 3) Make fun out of a customer who sheds his experience on Google reviews instead of apologizing, figuring out what went wrong, and taking some responsibility. 4) Reading the other poor comments from google which I should have read 1st.

Don’t trust those guys, ordered hood for my Cherokee,left deposit, after couple days they said hood was shipped but in wrong color, so after another three days called back, the answer was when unload the truck it’s drove over my hood

This place is sucks...they never have anything in stock... I came 5 times asking for a specific item ... all they said is we sold everything we don't have that... worst place....
I’ve dealt with this salvage yard both professionally and personally for almost 10 years and they do business by saying what they are going to do and then by doing it. That’s how you build customer loyalty. And I’m a loyal customer.
Hard to find auto parts like discontinued PCMs, obsolete climate control heads and late model grade-A OEM wheels up to quality used low-mileage engines and transmissions for most of what you see on today’s roads are all available to purchase here at EL&M. On the off chance they don’t have what you need? They’ll locate it for you. Need it shipped to you? They will handle that, too.
Anytime I’ve had an issue (and to be honest I haven’t had many), these guys handle things quickly and professionally. My point man there is Dan A. - he is straightforward and tells it like it is. Good pricing too! I can’t say enough about how many times Dan & his guys have bailed me out. Don’t call anyone else for your used auto parts needs until you’ve called EL&M.
I’m located in Delaware, but my local salvage did not have what I need. They looked online and told me EL&M has it and gave me their contact info.
I called and spoke with Josh. He confirmed that he has the part, took prepayment, and he’s going to have everything ready for me tomorrow, since I am passing through NJ on a holiday trip to New England.
Josh is super professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. He sent a photo of his part to ensure that it matched what I need. The price is just over 1/3 what the dealer quoted me. I highly recommend EL&M for salvaged parts. They will take good care of you, painlessly and their pricing is very reasonable.

I have a 2014 Hyundai Santa Fe and the AV system recently stopped working. Quotes from the dealer were outrageous. I found the part number and searched through Google. Located a used part from El & M. Worked with Mike C on a price that fitted my budget and had the part shipped. It arrived in described condition and worked perfectly once installed. El & M offered a 6 month warranty, I could not be happier. Always a risk buying online from someone new, but I read the reviews and they all spoke highly of El & M, so I took a chance, and now I am another happy customer writing a review. even if they were not able to get a part I needed they actually would suggest to me a place that my offer what I needed, which I thought was very good service. whenever I need an item and I'm looking to possibly get a used part... I always check with them first because they definitely have a whole lot of cars/parts on a huge property..so if I'm looking for something there is a very good chance they will have it.

The salesman Alan at EL&M is great with customer service and helping me find anything I need! He always gives me and my shop very competitive pricing. I run a transmission shop in PA and I never have to worry when I get a used transmission from EL&M. Besides always coming with a 6 month warranty, you can purchase additional warrantee time for very little extra money. I highly recommend looking into this place for any used auto part that you might need. Especially if the part your looking for has moving parts and has been known to fail. Another thing that I really like about EL&M is that they clean all the parts that I have ever gotten from them, I’m talking about transmissions, rear diffs and motors. Parts that can sometimes be very dirty when the vehicle their on decides to retire. The parts aren’t spotless (they are used parts) but the guys at EL&M do a very good job with the power washing! I love when I get a used transmission and don’t get all greasy just swapping parts over and moving it around in the shop. EL&M has full time mechanics on the payroll that do nothing but test parts all day long. I’ve used them at least 20 different times and have never had any issues!! Very fast and don’t mind delivering out of state either!! Great guys over there and will do anything they can to help!!
