  I had one of the worst customer service experiences with LKQ. I ordered both CV axles over the phone last Tuesday and was told they would be ready for pickup by Wednesday or Thursday. When I called, I got a new pickup ETA --- first Friday, then Monday, then Tuesday. On Tuesday, I confirmed by phone that both axles were finally ready for pickup at the Vineland, NJ location. I drove 2.5 hours from Brooklyn, NY, only to find out that they had only one axle, and the other was removed from their system on Monday due to damage. Nobody notified me, yet they confirmed the order as “ready” just the day before. I wasted an entire day, money on gas and tolls, and dealt with, unhelpful staff. The main office took around 15 call attempts a day to reach, and the NJ location simply never answers. Totally unprofessional, horrible and unreliable experience.

  Never answer the phone, and when they do, after you call about ten times, they put you on hold and never plan to take you off hold. I drove there while still on hold. The guy at the front desk is just sitting there talking to another employee about his car. Smh this place is a joke.

  I just received my mirror today and I have to say that this has to be one of the worst items I have ever received from any used parts service. It’s very dirty. There is actual gum stuck to the reflective portion of the mirror and there is a huge gash that would require body filler to fill in. I can’t believe this was sent to me in this condition. Oh and not to mention they used paint marker to write on a painted mirror very unhappy with this purchase won’t ever to business with this company again.

  Best place to shop for your car parts. See I have a Cadillac SRX 2005 and I needed a right side quarter panel and they manage to find me one for a very low price and they also gave me the address to a mechanic that will be able to weld it on for me. I'm happy that I found this place.
