*update: The owner, Tom, did responded took care of the situation. He was very nice and helpful. Completely different experience than with Tim. * I have called Tim for 12 weeks in a row for a total of 8 parts. He's hasn't even started my order and has sold parts out from under me while I'm waiting. I was told every phone call he was gonna get started on my order and call me back, but Tim never calls me back or has any parts ready when I call back at the end of the week. Very unprofessional.
The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. They are patient and answer all of your questions. The gentleman in the yard that show you the parts before you buy them are very friendly and extremely knowledgeable. I highly recommend Aaa auto salvage in Williamstown New Jersey.
I've been trying to do business with AA Auto Salvage. I feel like I'm being robbed by Tim. They have the money, and I have no parts. They are ghosting me.
