The tow driver arrived quickly and was absolutely amazing—professional, friendly, and skilled at his job. He made what could have been a stressful situation so much easier. The cop said “your car was towed because it was parked in a spot you’re not allowed to park in, even though there isn’t a single sign saying not to park there. We are working on having signs made and put in these locations.”
The tow truck driver was nice enough to pick up me and my 18 month old, my 8 year old and mom up, instead of making us walk from Margate to Atlantic City. He was very nice and friendly. Shitty way to end a wonderful day, but I would absolutely recommend this company if you do need to get your car towed.
Called for a residential tow from my old apt to my new apt...I called on Saint Patrick's Day and was there within 10 minutes. Not only was he quick, and pleasant, but he was also extremely reasonable with the price.... Other local tow companies were quoting us almost double. I would highly recommend calling them if you're in need of a towing service

Michael was great!! I wasn’t sure if it was my alternator,starter, When he jumped me I wasn’t sure if the car was going to stall so Michael followed me over with the tow truck to the mechanics make sure I got there OK!!!

I locked my keys in my vehicle and the KeyMe locksmith hotline that was the first Google result wanted over $150 up front before they'd even come out. I called Providence and within ten minutes a driver had come by, opened my door, and charged half that.
Cant say enough for the job providence towing did for me on a Saturday afternoon after city wide left me stuck for a day and half not showing up like they assured ..
providence towing was there within a half hour of my call and had my machine out the mud so I could get back working within 40 minutes ..
I wish I called them first but im glad I ended up calling them ..

The people were in but towed without checking I'd of person who called bc they lied and said my assigned parking spot of 9 years I've lived and 26 years of landlord owning it, was theirs and tow car in it. Then had nerve to charge 200 when it was their mistake for not verifying them when given proof it was wrong didn't wave the few..... more then a little f'd up
I ran out of gas on the long port bridge and and Mike from Providence came to help me. It was quick service and Mike was super nice. I would definitely use these guys again if I had to.
I see this company around in Atlantic City for years I have a friend who just got hired and he is a smart nice and a great worker. I will recommend this towing company. Also i spoke to a nice man name Anthony the other day and he helped me with a question and he answered for me. Keep up the great job.
Edit: After speaking to owner Anthony he called back and let me know he had disciplined the driver for his behavior. Rating fixed.
Was driving down Albany Ave and it was going down to one lane due to construction. In plenty of time I attempted to get over but the tow truck from this company listened plate Xhgl58 kept speeding up and blocking me. Again I attempted to get over and he was more then happy to run me into the construction or force a complete stop. Such unprofessional behavior in a commercial vehicle. When I got along side him and told him I was going to his boss just around the corner his response was I don’t give an F. Tried calling the place since the door was locked. They don’t even say the company name when they answer. POS’s
They did their job and the car was fine when we recovered it -- but Ventnor City police put up no parking signs after 10 PM -- FOR THE NEXT MORNING. I was very unhappy. Kindly note, that's Ventnor City Police - so now Providence Towing's fault. Nonetheless, just can't rate them positively. You understand, right???
