Trash company, complete extrosinists. Even if you park in a place that doesn't have signs stating no parking they will swoop down like vultures and hold your car ransom.
I called at 6:10 am bc someone was in my parking spot. They said they were on there way. It took them 1 hour and 30 min for them to get here!!! I only live 10 min awayyy! I recalled at the hour mark and when I reasonably complain, the little girl they had on the phone said why am I getting an attitude and hung up, extremely unprofessional, would not recommend ever.
Do not park at the McDonalds parking spot! As someone coming here for vacation they sure give me the worst experience of my life. I left my car for 30 minutes and came back with my family to find it missing. Thank God there was this one person who saw my vehicle get towed and it happened 25 minutes before I arrived. Then I called the number and this rude woman kept telling me that if I bring $252 then I can take my car back. Then I called a cab and the cab couldnt see me so he went inside mcdonalds. Then he saw me and then the security guard from Mcdonalds comes out of no where telling me that him and Mcdonalds has nothing to do with the towing companies. Who are they trying to trick? The security guy looked panicked. Telling me that towing companies go around looking for cars to tow to get money. If the security guy didnt have any agreement with these towing companies then why was he running outside trying to have us go to the tow location as soon as possible. Then I go to this towing company and they tell me its $252 dollars for my vehicle because I left it there for 2 hours and I asked them how they know that its been 2 hours and they tolled me theres camera that monitors but couldnt even prove if because its not available at this time. The guy was annoying and such a liar. They are really bad at this business. I am pretty sure the security guard and these people had some kinda agreement with this. They are waiting for people like us to fill their pockets with free money. Probably filling a suit against them.
Beware! Don't eat and park at McDonald's parking lot as your car will get towed and will be forced to pay $275 cash! This is one of the towing predator in Atlantic City.
Yep very shoddy place. My truck got towed today out of my parking spot, which I pay for. I called and the lady who answered the phone claimed that I was parked in the wrong parking spot, LIE, I informed her that I want proof that I was not IN MY SPOT, she claimed that it was on video surveillance and that it would not be available till Monday. Not sure who they think they are playing games with but I can guarantee that come Monday they will have my vehicle back to me, with no issues. I will also be getting a lawyer involved and suing this company for wrongful towing.
I’ve never met such a bad group of towers. Everyone here has no respect.
For all of the companies that use this towing service to tow people from their lot - it’s giving them a bad name. I will never step foot on any business that does business with 14 Towing, which truly is a shame.
Hier wird mit miesen Methoden versucht den Menschen das Geld aus der Tasche zu ziehen. Hinzu kommt, dass nichtmal eine Kreditkarte akzeptiert wird und das Personal einen auffordert zum nächsten ATM Automaten zu laufen (!!!), was aufgrund des nicht vorhandenen Bürgersteiges und der vielbefahrenen Straße lebensgefährlich ist.
McDonalds und Dunkin Donuts sollten sich entschieden von solchen unseriösen Firmen distanzieren und die Geschäftsbeziehungen umgehend beenden.
Worst towing company ever they’re scam artists trying to make money out of the people and of course they only accept cash I’m taking them to the court they should shut down the company.
The staff was very accomodating for my family and I. We weren't from the area and when our car broke down we didn't know where to go next for service so we could get home. Not only did they find the nearest dealership for our car to be repaired, they went as far as finding us a hotel in walking distance so we'd be able to go pick up our car the following day. Fair pricing, and it was nice to deal with a company that actually seemed like they cared. Thank you all so much!
Very rude. Towed our car from a place that said free parking. The woman wouldn't give me her name or the name of the owner of the company. They charged us $100 to pick up the car, plus another $75 because the car was parked facing forwards, so $175 total. They forced us to pay cash. I had left a sign in the window of my car with our phone number on it saying to call us if there were any issues despite the fact that the lot we parked in said free parking. Of couse, they did not call. It is obvious that these people are scam artists, only trying to take as much money from you as they can. My fiance and I are considering filing suit against them.
