Had an unlucky flat at the start of my roadtrip, the towing company was able to send someone within 10 minutes to help me out. They were extremely kind, patient, and even recommended nearby businesses where I could purchase a new tire (the recommendation was great!). I really appreciated it as an out-of-towner. Would highly recommend, thanks again!

I had the unfortunate need to call pine ridge towing for a jump on a Saturday afternoon. Ron arrived within minutes of my call. What a very friendly, personable, professional individual. He explained the entire process as he evaluated the problem. Ultimately I needed a new battery. Ron offered but was not pushy at all with having to buy from the company. I appreciated the honesty with options. I ended up buying the battery from him and again he explained everything. I hope not to need this service again but I now know who to call if I have to. Excellent service!

Literally saved my night after waiting 2 hours for another company for them to tell me it would be another 2 hours. I got ahold of John at Pine Ridge and he dropped everything told me he'd be there ASAP. He called when he was on his way gave an accurate eta and was extremely helpful and understanding. Would recommend him to anyone who needs a tow for any reason. Just a great human!

Saw the owner at my job and asked him for some help with changing out my tire since aaa was unable to help. He was amazing, 100% felt trustworthy and I just gave him my key so he could get my spare tire while I finished up at work. He didn't ask for any repayment even- said he would charge aaa for the service. Thank you so much for everything John!!

I punctured a tire on Super Bowl Sunday as it was snowing and sun was setting. John met me at a gas station and went above and beyond to get us back on our way. I highly recommend Pine Ridge and would absolutely call them again!

It started snowing tonight and I got out of my car and shut the door as I have done hundreds of times before, this time the key fob was dead and the doors locked behind me. In the car I could see my phone and my keys. So I decided to leave my car running on the side of the road and walk to the nearest store. There I ran into Ron from Pine Ridge Towing, it was a godsend. He offered to help, and by the time I was back to my car he and John had it open. They were fast, and did not leave a mark on my car. They were great, and that they took a few short minutes while they were on their way to another call saved me long hours of waiting. Thank you fellas, you were awesome, and you have gained a loyal customer for life. I would recommend Pine Ridge Towing over any other company.

Couldn't ask for better service! My 18yr old daughter was stuck on the side of 91 and was promptly rescued by Pine Ridge Towing and gave her a ride back to the garage!

Today after pulling my boat out of the lake for the season, the driver’s side trailer bearing blew out and I almost lost the wheel. The trailer could not go any further. My AAA Plus membership does not tow boat trailers or any trailers/RV’s for that matter. We called Pine Ridge Towing and John was able to get to us within 15 minutes and help us. He was very careful with getting the boat and trailer on the flatbed which was no easy task! Once John and his associate got the boat and trailer on the flatbed they also towed the trailer to my boat yard where it will be serviced. This too was a challenge to not bottom out the inboard prop and propeller. I was very pleased with John’s professionalism, the service he and his associate provided, and the price that he charged. Good work and at a reasonable price - a bad situation that ended up not so bad due to Pine Ridge Towing. Thanks John

I highly recommend Pine Ridge towing! My friend and I called AAA for a tow when her car would not start. They told her a tow truck would be there in an hour. After two hours of waiting, she received a text message from AAA stating, unfortunately, there was no longer anyone in the area to assist her. We were parked deep in the woods and alone after working an outdoor event in rural Newbury, NH . We were 1 1/2 hours away from home and our cell phone batteries were both very low from using them as a flashlights. As time ticked on, we were startling to get nervous. Crossing our fingers we called a nearby company, Pine Ridge Towing, at 1:15am, John answered and was extremely professional and helpful. After asking a few questions and walking us through a few steps, he diagnosed the problem over the phone. He verbally guided two women who are not very mechanical to successfully starting the car. We were relieved and so thankful to make it home safely last night!

Excellent service from Pine Ridge Towing. We were heading home to Vermont when we hit a massive pothole in Sunapee NH. Both passenger side tires were flat in seconds. Pulled off the road and called AAA. An hour later the promised tow truck had not arrived, and when we followed up they next offered a tow at 8am the next morning - over 12 hours away! No way could we stay partially in the roadway overnight. Gave Pine Ridge Towing a call, and Ron picked up right away. From the beginning he was super polite and respectful. Quoted a fair price, and was loading our car up less than 45 minutes later. Drove us all the way to our home in Vermont, and then helped swap out the 2 bad tires so we could safely drive to the repair shop in the morning. In the rain no less! Can't say enough good things - thanks Ron!

My car wouldn’t start after getting struck by lightning. John called back and arrived much sooner than expected. He is very professional, knowledgeable, and transparent. He gave me honest advice about communicating with other repair services in the area and what to look out for. You can tell he truly cares and he helped make the situation feel less stressful. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND John if you are in need of towing services in the Sunapee area.

Broke down in NH. Triple A never came and I had to call a private company. Pine Ridge was able to get to me within 30-45 minutes. John was exceptional and did everything he could to check the car to see what was wrong. He had great communication and tried his best to get the car started. Would highly recommend them!!!

Pine Ridge was fast, knowledgeable and friendly. He rescued my car from a bad slide down an icy hill with no damage to the vehicle and showed up and finished the tow in great time + I know for a fact he was very busy that day. A true professional ~ If you’re in a jam, call Pine Ridge.

We called everyone in town, not knowing who would come out as we were out of Staters. We had a flat tire on our 30ft camper, on the side of the interstate, barely any service, a young baby, and no one willing to help as we called 10+ companies. We finally got someone to answer our desperate cry for help. Pine Ridge towing was by our side, and fixed our tire within 30 minutes of the call being made. Don’t bother with AAA and get it done by a professional, specifically Pine Ridge Towing! Called AAA and they told me it was a two hour wait and an unprofessional driver called me lost and without clear instructions on what services I even needed. In contrast, John was there in less than 30 mins, quickly picked me up and made me feel confident in a stressful situation on the back roads in the rain, even suggesting garages I can have my car repaired based on the problem I was having. The Pine Ridge Towing truck was very well maintained and I felt my car was secured when picked up. Even at the point of payment, John was able to complete the transaction on an app and send me a receipt. He made a stressful situation comfortable and well-worth contacting a professional and skilled driver. I cannot recommend John more and if you are reading this while having car troubles you should absolutely give Pine Ridge Towing a call! John is truly a local professional and it reminded me of the pleasures of working with such great people.

Absolutely AMAZING. A tow truck guy named cam tried quoting me for 275!!!! To not even move my car 2 blocks! Pine Ridge was quick, respectful, FAIR and helpful! Got the information needed to get my car truly fixed! Thank you so much!!!!

Boat issues? Highly recommend John. We were stranded, floating on Lake Sunapee with a dead boat, trying to figure out an exit plan when John happened to be motoring by. He asked if we needed help, and didn’t hesitate in taking the time to tow us across the lake back to the State Beach boat launch. (Not a short tow by the way.) Would definitely recommend and will be the 1st person I call next time I get stranded somewhere.

I needed my truck towed to a dealership to get some work done. John handled everything and it made it extremely easy. He even called after dropping it off to confirm everything was taken care of and good to go. Excellent service and will be using again!

Had an Audi RS3 with a tire blowout on a Sunday at 5am. Knowledgeable, careful with the low clearance car, and rescued me off the highway and towed me back to Boston. Really appreciated his expertise and kindness.

I had the experience of dealing and communicating with John on some issues with payments etc. a few months ago, and honestly it was refreshing to speak to someone honest and sincere. Hard to find such towing companies these days and I’ve no qualms recommending in the slightest.

My insurance company sent out Pine Ridge Towing after an accident we were involved in. The driver John showed up quickly (especially for a Sunday!) and was genuine in asking if we were all alright. Once he confirmed, he worked hard to get my car loaded up, despite the rear damage from the accident making it difficult. He knew what he was doing! After the stress of the accident, John’s professionalism was a relief- it was clear he knew what he was doing! 10 out of 10! I would definitely recommend!
