i recently got my car towed to pattens auto on my key chain was a irreplaceable item from a loved one who has recently passed. When i received my keys back the item had been ripped off the key chain and broken. John was extremely rude and said i was accusing him of theft. Never once did i say he stole it i said i needed it back and when i gave them the keys it was on there i showed proof of my keys in the residence with the key chain that was ripped off. I can never get another one or see my family member again this item means so much to me it’s one of my most valuable items i keep it on my keys so it could always be with me. It was tightly secured and welded on. The utter disregard and recklessness of other people’s property is disturbing. I was met with nothing but a rude worker saying “ don’t you dare accuse me of theft” when all i asked is who received the keys yet he couldn’t tell me who had them or where they were placed they have no records or anything i’m very upset about this and they showed no compassion and instead shamed me for being upset. do not go to pattens if you want your property respected because it will not be.

My car had an issue with the wheels, they were oval from blamming over a pothole. Pattens automotive charged me 576$ to “diagnose” the problem, they left the car outside for 2 weeks during which mice got in, so instead of one insurance claim, I had two. Then after that significant delay they said they wouldn’t work on the car. My auto insurance dropped me, my rates went thru the roof, and the mechanics still can’t figure out the gremlins in the computer that the mice chewing for weeks caused. Also when I got it towed out of there, the car was left at a random shop and it took all day to find it. Car depreciated by over 4,000.

While it was expensive, it was totally worth it. Not overpriced but it cost a lot to get your car dragged out of the woods and towed home. The guys were amazing, helpful and super polite. Would definitely use them again, but praying I don’t need to. ??

My plow truck was over a bank and I called a few other towing services before I found Pattens. They came out immediately and pulled the truck back up over the bank. Very personable guys and highly recommend.

Upon driving and inspecting my vehicle, I discovered damage that was undoubtedly caused during the towing process. Despite providing clear evidence of the damage incurred while under their care, Pattens refused to take any responsibility. They callously brushed off my concerns and denied any wrongdoing, leaving me to deal with the consequences of their negligence. The lack of accountability and professionalism displayed by Pattens is deeply concerning. Not only did they damage my vehicle, but they also failed to acknowledge their mistake and provide any form of compensation or resolution. My experience with Pattens has been frustrating and disheartening. The financial burden pales in comparison to the emotional toll of dealing with a company that refuses to own up to its mistakes. In conclusion, I urge anyone in need of towing services to avoid Pattens auto at all costs. Their disregard for customer satisfaction and refusal to accept responsibility make them a liability rather than a solution. Choose a towing company that values integrity and accountability.

I’m blown away by the promptness and professionalism from the guys at Patten’s! I worked with Scott after my car was rear ended. He walked me through the process and handled all the nitty gritty details with my difficult insurance company. As a woman employed in the auto industry, I know it sucks right now, and inventory and parts availability is difficult at best, but Scott found everything needed for my repair and completed the work with a sooner-than-expected turn around time. He was upfront about the damage, the cost and the delay in shipping. He spoke to me like an old friend, and I never got the impression that I was being played or taken advantage of. He went above and beyond to coordinate my rental and accommodate my work schedule to pick up/drop off my vehicle. The body work looks great and I will happily recommend and refer to Scott and Pattens in the future.

Excellent! Patten's came out in a bad snowstorm to tow our car when nobody else would. They took care of everything, dealt with the insurance company, and kept in contact every step of the way. Wonderful customer service and work. Highly recommend!

These guys are the absolute best. They have helped me restore my classic muscle car as well as any heavy wrecker needs I have. Family run for decades. Friendly, knowledgeable staff and down to earth all around great guys. I wouldn't hesitate to have them work on any of my vehicles, or recommend them for any of your automotive needs.

If you want to take it up the rear call this towing company. I was stuck in the ice 200feet from their facility and the owner sends 2 workers with a wrecker and pulled me 2 ft out of the ice. That equats to $125 a foot! The older gentleman was training the owners son so therefore I had to pay for 2 people. That was the excuse they used to charge me this unbelievable amount. NOT HAPPY!! This business is absolutely first class! We had the misfortune of having 2 vehicles that needed body work from the same incident. Any concerns I had were quickly put to rest once I spoke to Scott Barton. He assured me that everything would be fine and that he would take care of the gory details with my insurance company. From start to finish, I could not have been treated any better. They were professional, accommodating, TRUSTWORTHY, and did a PERFECT job in a timely fashion. Both vehicles came back to me in far better shape than before the accident! In addition, I realized I had left something in the car that I needed one night. I have used pattens a few times over the years and always been treated very well. Which is why I go back. My girlfriends car was in a hit and run and the whole front end was wrecked. Cory pattens crew did a great job. They went above and beyond for me, I dealt with Scott and he was very good about keeping me up to date with everything, and I couldn’t have asked for better service. Thanks again guys!

My son had a jeep impounded and brought to their yard for storage. Unfortunately my son passed away and when I called to see if I can just retrieve his personal items in the jeep they told me I would have to pay all the tow and storage up to date ..1,260.00. No compassion

Top notch customer service! They handled EVERYTHING...from dealing with my insurance company to getting me a rental car! And they even got my car completed quicker than expected! Car looks amazing. Highly recommend.

Who charges $6 for a half a mile or maybe a mile max? Patten's does. Way to stick it to a local. Most reputable companies give the first 5 miles free. I will not recommend you for anything. Plenty of other tow business' around.
