Needed a part (a cap) for the hydrolics on my compact tractor since the tractor dealership had to order a replacement the hose. The thread was not a US standard and the guys at NAPA were able to put me back in service by figuring out the threading and improvising a cap that would allow me to use the front loader until the new hose comes in. Very knowledgeable and helpful people there. Would highly recommend.
My old building that I worked in for 15 years ,these folks expanded the lines and showroom from old place . Only place around without 1.5 hour travel for HD truckparts, boat or mower parts . Crews a blast ,pull up a barstool for a chat !!
Knowledgeable staff. Very helpful. New store is very nice. A slight more pricey then other auto stores but convenient location, and friendly staff makes that not that important to me.
All I needed was a starter solenoid. They said 2 days and it ended up being 2 weeks . No one called with updates or when my part arrived I'll never waste my time here again
They're incompetent nor do they have any idea what they're talking about obviously never worked in a shop. They treat their all customers disrespectfully
Stopped in for some windshield wipers for the truck. They were so helpful! They even came out and installed them for free. I would highly recommend this place for the quality customer service!
Worst store I've ever been to. Insulted, treated like an outsider, treated like a nobody. Employees didn't care if I was there or not, didn't care what I needed. Not even the manager. Insulting and rude.
Real napa still exists... go visit them in farmington! Was worth the drive. Helped me with a replacement hydraulic hose that no one else could, for a fraction of the price at cat. Thanks folks!
This is my experience. I feel like these people are my friends every time I go in. I just went in for a 1 1/4 hyd return hose.. the man noticed if he used a different fitting, it would be cheaper and also when this hose fails again, the repair will be easier and cheaper. I wish I lived closer as I'd be in more often. Thanks NAPA Farmington for old time service and friendships.
This location is great. Staff is very friendly by NH standard, and they’re knowledgeable. Napa in general is great on pricing and selection - can get items for some farm equipment unlike some of their competitors.
Decent selection, marginal prices, and a very "local" feel. If you need it, more than likely they have it. The store layout is odd, almost like they covered an auto mechanics shop into a parts store. The conversation is also comparable to the lay out, so the language might be considered pg13 at times. Super nice people, great staff, and they almost feel like family when you are "just talking." If you grew up in the 70s or 80s, you know exactly the type of parts store feel I am talking about.
They were excellent. Lost the serpentine belt on my Acadia the let a friend call and pay for the belt over the phone and allowed me to replace the belt in there parking lot
Didn't have the 2 impact sockets I needed in the morning but they were there on the 2pm warehouse delivery. Ordering on line couldn't beat that. Support your local guys. They get it done!!!
The service here is fantastic. Since my husband passed away I've been learning to do maintain the yard equipment. I can always go in with questions and they go an extra mile to help me out and save me money. As well as advice on how to properly prepare my equipment for the winter.
Hands down the best napa store I've ever shopped and I've been all over nh. Actually are knowledgeable and team effort makes the difference.

My battery died this morning so I called up this place and seriously couldn’t have asked for better service! Everyone working there when I walked in was friendly, the guy who replaced my battery sparked up a conversation with me while time was passing by and it just all around was perfect customer service! I didn’t feel like I was being scammed in anyway, it was genuine service! I will be coming back when needed for sure!
One of the last good NAPA AUTO PARTS. Slightly better quality than AutoZone/Advanced and more expense. I only wish there were more of these around. Unfortunately Napa is most likely a dying breed. Vist this store while it's still up and running STRONG-!!!!
What's to say about Napa in Farmington New Hampshire? I'll tell you it's one of the best places to go I've ever been for auto parts. If they don't have it in stock they generally can have it for you by 6 the next morning. And of course the best part is going in and talking to all the guys and gals and getting caught up on all things local. I've been going there since they first opened, which I believe was nearly 35 years ago. Sadly, I've moved to Barrington New New Hampshire from Farmington and I won't be going to Napa there any longer. It truly makes me sad, it would always make my day to go in and just shoot the breeze for a while. That's the kind of thing that you just don't have anymore, in this fast pace technological world. Yes, I highly highly recommend Napa and the people that work there!
Brian helped a lot. I had a dead battery I had to jump to just get it to napa. He helped me with getting all the correct items and helped with install as I had an issue lifting ( birth defect) they did more then neeeded. Great service and good rates
