I visited this dealership recently, and the customer service was absolutely terrible. No one greeted me or offered any assistance the entire time I was there. I asked if someone could help me look at a few cars, and they didn’t even bother to move the vehicles or check any information for me.
It felt like they didn’t care at all about helping customers. I left without any information or support, and I would not recommend this place to anyone looking to buy a car. Very unprofessional and unwelcoming experience.
Bought a 2014 Accord Hybrid for a great deal over a year ago. Still no issues. They are upfront and honest. Will do business again in the future and recommended anyone here.

Bought truck from them a little over a year ago. It was exactly as described. I have bought many salvage vehicles in the past and know what to look for. They were honest and even sent me a couple of videos upon request since I live 800 miles away. Yeah Id buy from these guys again.
I can't thank them enough! They're so good about answering questions and Honestly how hard they work to get cars that are rebuildable and not some crapshoot. The price is a steal. I've bought cars from copart, they cost way more and then have a lot more fees on top too.
I'm from Michigan and that's my first time buying a car without physically looking at it. I'm definitely coming back and will always recommend them!

I had an excellent transaction with these guys. About a year ago I bought an expensive vehicle
from Argo ( Porsche 911 $94k ) and given it was salvage title I was nervous. I spoke w another buyer who had bought from Argo and he was satisfied. Shawn and Robert and the owner were straight up w me and I was impressed w their integrity and follow thru .
I would purchase again from them and given the risks , so far these are the only guys I would trust to buy a high end salvage title vehicle .
Robert and his team were very easy to work with throughout the process. He kept me updated on shipping and made the paperwork very easy. You can tell they have processed many sales and have it down pat. I even asked for additional pictures and info and they were happy to provide. I look forward to receiving my new car from them and plan to come back in the future.
These guys are just awesome! I own a bodyshop and dealership as well. I made the trip up there to purchase a 2022 Audi E-tron GT from them with only 3k miles. The car was a flood vehicle from hurricane Irene. I took an uber 2.5 hours up with my dealer plate expecting the worst because it's very hard to trust anyone these days. To my surprise the car was absolutely perfect and just as described. Smelled like a new car inside and you could tell there was minimal if any water intrusion. Do not buy off of these guys. They’ll lie and say they don’t have your shipping address and use that to cancel the order after an agreed upon price. Best part is the rep who answered said because they sell their parts online he doesn’t have to help me or deal with me. Avoid this place at all cost! AVOID THIS PLACE!!!
Purchased a motorcycle from these kind folks. Robert was with me until the end. Did a fantastic job of explaining everything. The shipper of my bike said the guys were really friendly and had him in and out in no time. Motorcycle was just as described and looked just how it did in their photos on the website. Will definitely buy from again.

This guys are very close to what scammers means. I bought a motorcycle trough ebay, and the Argo Cycles add described the bike as "runs and ride condition" besides a bunch of photos. Once paid, and on the shipping process, I was told by the carrier that the motorcycle does not run. There was no key and neither a good battery to start. When I contacted the seller he said that I didn't ask for keys or battery and so they do not have to provide any.
Argos was super helpful in helping me find the perfect vehicle I was looking for. I’ve had it for three months now and haven’t had one issue. Easy staff to work with, very reliable, have recommended this place to few friend and they have had the same experiences. If you need anything, they are there for you, quick response time and always pleasant.
I am certainly not your typical salvage customer, but after buying my first from Argo about 5 years ago, I have just purchased my 8th vehicle from them. I have always found them to be honest and fair and recommended them to multiple friends who have also ended up customers. Checking for new inventory on their website is now a daily routine for me. Never once bought a car here, but when I’m bored I kinda just walk around and look at some cars. A bunch of cool new cars like the RS4 and a few Tesla’s, but the one car that caught my attention was this Mercedes. The staff is nice and helpful when it comes to my questions. Overall I only really come here when I’m bored.

Was just down there this past weekend, dealing with Shawn. This place is a great place to deal with. The staff was very friendly, easy going. I did not feel pushed to buy a vehicle. I was able to spend as much time as I needed to look at the vehicle. I was not able to test ride the bike I looked at but they did for me, and we're honest about how it rode. I would recommend the in the future
In Sep 1 2018 I put a $100 deposit on a 2008 blue E350 Mercedes Benz wagon with this company through EBay, Arocycles soon removed the car, so I made contact with Robert at Arocycles and Made a $500 payment with a credit card on the 21th of Nov 2018 to hold the vehicle, Due to the horrible weather we was having in Chicago, Il where I’m from and the bad weather on the East Coast I wasn’t able to go get the vehicle. On Dec 10 I received a call from Robert stating I need to put more down to hold the Blue E350 wagon, so I sent a check for $1000 to hold again, which cleared from Chase bank on Dec 20 2018, I now at this point have half down $1600 on a savage vehicle that I can’t touch or see. Weather is still bad and this has been one of the worst winters in Chicago and the East Coast in centuries. So in March 2019 I sent a check for the bal of $1600 that never cleared. I contact Robert and he tells me they sold the Vehicle in Nov 2018 and I put money down on (2) occasions in Nov $500 with Master Card and a $1000 payment in December. Now the owner Shawn tells me he is not sure if my credit card or Check cleared, and the $1,600 Can’t be refundable even after they sold the vehicle before the payments.
Shawn as the owner of Arocycles and Robert a employee, I would like a Full Refund of my $1,600. I work really hard as any other American for my money, how would you feel Shawn and Robert if someone took money from your son or daughter from an item they paid for but gets stiffed.
I’m not going away until I get my Full Refund.

Here is my take on any negative reviews; if you go there on a day when they are busy you might not get the attention that you feel you deserve. No, this is not a business where they are selling new vehicles and are willing to hold your hand through the whole process. They are probably use to dealing with, and prefer to deal with, people that know what they are looking at and know what they are doing when it comes to buying salvage vehicles. I went there with a friend on a day that seemed to be slow. I'm into bikes and my friend is into boats. I have bought, repaired and sold four cars in the state of Massachusetts so I am familiar with the process. We thoroughly enjoyed an hour of being able to roam free through the warehouse but at the end of the day we could not make a deal (I am cheeeeaaaaap) . Despite the fact that neither one of us made a purchase they spent another hour talking bikes and boats with us. I will be watching their website and will not hesitate to return to try and make a deal.
I bought the car from Argocycles, there was some misunderstanding at the beginning but after talking to the manager actually problem was solved. They are very responsible and easy going people, always trying to help out. Highly recommend. Would do business again.
Arrogant, and didnt have the time of day to help. Made me feel stupid about my part question. I was warned they were like that but tried my luck anyways. Awful place. 4 men behind the desk, within 10 secs the 1st guy says nope nope cant help. Then i tried to pick another guys brain looking for a simple bike screw and he told my to go buy a new carb. :(
I got my 05 gsxr 750 here five years ago, still runni g strong. Highly recommend Argos, Shawn was very informative, I've sent many people their way since. Make sure you ask for any receipts and the estimate if it is still branded salvage for the inspection, otherwise a solid dealer.
Extremely dissatisfied. We had traveled from upstate NY, 4.5 hours away to look at a freshly arrived 2017 Subaru WRX in which we had been extremely interested in. They said they'd surely give us a call when the new title came in which was expected to be a couple weeks because they could not accept any payment without the title. I've consistently called about the status of the title and I called this morning and they said they had already sold the car. I have obviously put off looking for another WRX the last 3 weeks as I was sure I'd get first dibs on the car being I was one of the first to thoroughly look over the car and have immense interest. Never depend on them to reach out to you on a car you have interest in! Very poor service and a big waste of my time!
