I had an amazing experience here! I had my car battery die less than an hour before close and Jesse changed out my battery for me in less than 10 minutes! The whole experience was super easy and he was very helpful. I definitely recommend them and will come back if I need any car things in the future :)
I usually don't leave a Google review to psychoanalyze people but I have to give a counter opinion to Jason Lane's interaction with Jess. I stopped in a few days ago to pick up a battery and Jess got me the wrong one after I gave her the part number. There is a repeat part number for side terminals and top terminals. Jess made a funny comment about herself messing up and went and grabbed the right one. I found her to be helpful and entertaining. Maybe she's a bit misunderstood. Maybe you aren't used to New Hampshire sarcasm. Who knows, but I had a very positive experience.

Waited on by a snarling mean short haired lady Jess. She’s was very rude and made me feel like I was bothering her by asking to many questions about my break pads. I have no idea how this man hating lady can have a job in customer service with the way she treats people and men. Will never shop Orileys again!

Nice and helpful staff, needed a battery and the staff member (forgetting her name) helped me quickly. I was able to get back on the road and still make all my appointments for the day . She also let me know about the battery recycling rebate. Great Job!
I called to ask if someone could check my oil because my light had popped on and off. And they said yes. Everyone in the store was very nice and helpful. One guy (I did not get his name) checked my oil and advised me that I did need oil. He was helpful with getting the oil that I needed. He had to get a call so Jessy continued to help me. He was very nice and so helpful. He put the oil in my engine and continued to check it until I was all set. He even wiped down where he checked and added oil. He also let me know of the other fluids that I needed. I'm so glad I went here. Excellent service. He also would not accept a tip. He thanked me for coming to his store. I totally recommend this location.
Walked in qt 6:57 and they said they are closed! Wrong hours on Google, were rude and wouldn't let me pickup my part that I ordered online that was already picked and paid for. Not cool
Unbelievable service I was provided with by Jerry! My windshield wiper broke from the storm we had Sunday. Jerry smiled and said can i hwlp you! I told him what happen and helped me with such kindness! He even was willing to help me put on my new wipeblader for me. Made me want to tell everyone what great service they provide! Thank you again Jerry you so kind and so helpful. Love this store!
Got to share my good experience at this store... while scoping out battery maintainers, Jess took the time to explain the options and steer me in the right direction. He also provided additional insight on my RV battery issues/solutions. Then Jake came along and quickly helped me find the right parts I needed (since lost) for my battery connection. These two guys saved me a lot of time and sent me off in the right direction. Thanks Jess and Jake!!!
The people working at the store were so helpful! Jesse provided 5 star service. I stopped in at lunch time for a headlight and was on my way with a new headlight installed and a few laughs with the employees. I work right nearby. They are my go to from now on...
I stopped by on Friday between service calls for a new battery in the company transit van. Jesse set me up and had me back on the road in less than 1/2 hr. He even noticed a screw missing on the master cylinder. He fished one out of his junk box and replaced it.

Friendly staff that care. I came in to buy an air filter near closing time. It turned out the filter didn't fit. One amazing staff member stayed late after close to help me find the right filter. It meant a lot to me.

Usually would give this company a good review but this branch is terrible. Gave me an alternator that didn't even work and fried my battery. Reimbursed be on the part but not on the labor. Do not trust their parts or knowledge.
I just moved from Florida and had an issue with my back window washer connection and no one has been able or willing to help. I came to O'Reilly Auto Parts to get advice on how to fix it being I had tried several attempts myself and other stores...before I knew it, my car was taken to the back and fixed within a matter of minuets by the Service Manager Chris, without ANY hesitation! The service here is exceptional and I will be doing all of my car business here!!! Chris was super friendly and very knowledgeable!
