Oh man! Talk about people who hate their jobs. Went in twice this week. Manager was "too good" to help me so pawned it off on the other worker there in the most condensending tone/works. The regular worker/cashier guy was great. But the manager needs customer service training or something to help alleviate the lack of intelligence to communicate like an adult with full sentences. Its no wonder the have to close early due to staffing. There was literally 5 employees standing around hanging stuff like a 4yr old on Christmas, where 1 efficient worker could do it in an hour. All they need is 1 competent manager as Dwayne is not "him". Time for some training 101! Good luck with this store and the lack of customer service and horrible management. Horrible place to do business with period! Find a small local shop and spend your money there as Oreillys obvious lets anyone work there with zero recourse for lack of competence in management positions with zero training.
The manager Dwayne has gone above and beyond more times than I can count Helping me keep my car on the road whether it’s helping me over the phone to understand something or Finding tools in the store to match my car Everyone else is also very friendly. O’Reillys is lucky to have. Them over there
Went in tires. Was told it would take 90 minutes it took over 3 hours. At least 3 different times I noticed the tech working on my truck would stop and do another job. I understand being short handed but that's unacceptable.
Needed to get new windshield wipers for my car. Naturally popped in when it’s cool and sprinkling outside with a vague notion of my vehicle details. I found everyone so helpful and especially want to recognize Dwayne who came out to my car right away to get those new blades installed. Great experience. Thank you.

Stopped in on 4/3/25 to purchase a headlight for my Hyundai. Two of your employees (wish I remembered their names) took some time out of their day to swap it out. They were very friendly, professional and I really appreciate them installing it as my hands are too big. Thank you so much. You gained a customer.
Incredibly helpful - I needed to replace both low beams, and the friendly staff went above and beyond to make sure I had what I needed. Appreciate the great customer services, and everything worked out very well thanks to them
I had an amazing experience here! I had my car battery die less than an hour before close and Jesse changed out my battery for me in less than 10 minutes! The whole experience was super easy and he was very helpful. I definitely recommend them and will come back if I need any car things in the future :)
I usually don't leave a Google review to psychoanalyze people but I have to give a counter opinion to Jason Lane's interaction with Jess. I stopped in a few days ago to pick up a battery and Jess got me the wrong one after I gave her the part number. There is a repeat part number for side terminals and top terminals. Jess made a funny comment about herself messing up and went and grabbed the right one. I found her to be helpful and entertaining. Maybe she's a bit misunderstood. Maybe you aren't used to New Hampshire sarcasm. Who knows, but I had a very positive experience.
Waited on by a snarling mean short haired lady Jess. She’s was very rude and made me feel like I was bothering her by asking to many questions about my break pads. I have no idea how this man hating lady can have a job in customer service with the way she treats people and men. Will never shop Orileys again!
Exceptional customer service! We called to see if they would be interested in donating some supplies for our car wash fundraiser. They were unhesitating and very helpful! Jesse was so friendly and great to work with! :)
Nice and helpful staff, needed a battery and the staff member (forgetting her name) helped me quickly. I was able to get back on the road and still make all my appointments for the day . She also let me know about the battery recycling rebate. Great Job!
I called to ask if someone could check my oil because my light had popped on and off. And they said yes. Everyone in the store was very nice and helpful. One guy (I did not get his name) checked my oil and advised me that I did need oil. He was helpful with getting the oil that I needed. He had to get a call so Jessy continued to help me. He was very nice and so helpful. He put the oil in my engine and continued to check it until I was all set. He even wiped down where he checked and added oil. He also let me know of the other fluids that I needed. I'm so glad I went here. Excellent service. He also would not accept a tip. He thanked me for coming to his store. I totally recommend this location.
Unbelievable service I was provided with by Jerry! My windshield wiper broke from the storm we had Sunday. Jerry smiled and said can i hwlp you! I told him what happen and helped me with such kindness! He even was willing to help me put on my new wipeblader for me. Made me want to tell everyone what great service they provide! Thank you again Jerry you so kind and so helpful. Love this store!
Got to share my good experience at this store... while scoping out battery maintainers, Jess took the time to explain the options and steer me in the right direction. He also provided additional insight on my RV battery issues/solutions. Then Jake came along and quickly helped me find the right parts I needed (since lost) for my battery connection. These two guys saved me a lot of time and sent me off in the right direction. Thanks Jess and Jake!!!
The people working at the store were so helpful! Jesse provided 5 star service. I stopped in at lunch time for a headlight and was on my way with a new headlight installed and a few laughs with the employees. I work right nearby. They are my go to from now on...
I stopped by on Friday between service calls for a new battery in the company transit van. Jesse set me up and had me back on the road in less than 1/2 hr. He even noticed a screw missing on the master cylinder. He fished one out of his junk box and replaced it. I can't thank him enough. top notch price and service.
Labor Day. 90 degrees. My battery is about to die. Go into the store. The shops manager Jesse not only gives me great advice on the battery, but also puts it in for me! Big fan of this place. Highly recommend!!

Friendly staff that care. I came in to buy an air filter near closing time. It turned out the filter didn't fit. One amazing staff member stayed late after close to help me find the right filter. It meant a lot to me.
Super Friendly they did my oil change at 1615 before closing great customer service! They also check my car the battery and tires. Not a fly by night arrogant mechanics, you will love them! Professional and friendly I give it a 5 stars! I Will be back
I just moved from Florida and had an issue with my back window washer connection and no one has been able or willing to help. I came to O'Reilly Auto Parts to get advice on how to fix it being I had tried several attempts myself and other stores...before I knew it, my car was taken to the back and fixed within a matter of minuets by the Service Manager Chris, without ANY hesitation! The service here is exceptional and I will be doing all of my car business here!!! Chris was super friendly and very knowledgeable!
