I own an Onyx RCR. After 2 years, it was not operating correctly. This was on me, my own errors. I found Chas and the RadMoto Team and they were so easy to work with. He was kind enough to meet me and get my bike. He worked very hard to get me really obscure parts. He was in constant communication with me about timing, up front on cost, and just a very genuine person. He fixed my bike for well under the cost I was expecting. Since he was so under budget on the project, we did some Mods. New Lights, brake pads, battery tuning, brake handle work, and a new bike bag for the back! I mean I threw the book at this guy with a variety of things I wanted done and he was well versed in everything I was talking about. There is no doubt in my mind, if you love this hobby... go see Chas and Jeff. You will love your experience at the store. You're going to have someone that can not only sell you the bike, but work on it after. In the future, if I need anything for this bike, or buy a new one :) I am only going to take it to the folks at RadMotoUSA. Thank you so much for all of your hard work. I am looking forward to a great year of riding.
Part 2. 7-24-25
It's been a minute since I've needed the Radmoto Services. Last week, I had to bring the bike down for a quick tire tube change out. I had the same professional service as I walked in day one. This time, it wasn't the owner who was able to meet with me, but his staff. Nick was very communicative with me, easy to work with, and had my bike ready when he said he would. What more could you ask for? I know it's not easy to bring employees on and expect the same service that the owner would give. But I'm happy to say that's exactly what happened. I live 2.5 hours away from this business, and there is still no other spot that I would ever bring my bike. Should I need a new one in the future (always himming and hawing about) there would only be one place to go. It's RadMoto... and it's not close. Make the drive, go see their showroom. I promise you the E-Bike Fever will hit you hard. Thanks again, friends. I really appreciate all of the work that my bike has received from you guys!
Amazing Dealer. I would give 10 stars if I could. Everyone from the owners, to the pleasant, informative, well put together young gentlemen in service, to the lady handling the website, are amazing. I wouldn't think twice to buy direct rather than through Radmoto. I live almost three hours away and it was worth every minute to do business with them. Don't even think twice if you are in the market for electric, two wheel transportation, use Radmoto. Questions? Give them a call and they will be glad to help. Awesome experience. Nick and crew were fantastic. I didn't have an appointment and the shop was obviously very busy but they repaired my scooter anyway and had it back the next day.
I needed the valve stem replaced on my Segway P65 and the crew at Radmoto USA was able to get it changed out at a good price. I knowk what a pain it can be working on these scooters (especially being tubeless), so it was great to find a local repair shop with all the right tools to get it done! Thank you!

The mark of a good retailer isn't how they handle the easy sales, it's when things go south that one can see the foundational service orientation of a store. With this sale Radmoto's drop-shipper dropped the ball on several aspects of my order (both shipping on-time and order accuracy) and Chas was patient, speedy and caring every step of the way in delivering a resolution despite my being terse at some points. Superb work by Radmoto in enhancing their reputation when the fulfillment stage of this order could easily have tarnished their reputation. Thank you!
Had to reach out directly through the email after something seems to have happened when I tried to get support through the website. I haven't actually worked with the staff yet or gotten an email back, but I received a very quick response on a review I left. Staff seem very kind and ready to help. Great bikes and seem to be a staple of the local ebike scene. I'm seeing radmoto keys on so many amazing bikes around here. Everyone seems happy with radmoto

I gotta be honest, place seemed a little sketchy at first. Especially the location. But I walked in and was greeted very nicely. The person that helped me out was very polite. He showed me everything about the bike I was buying (rawwr mantis x) and had no hesitation to help me. Prices here are also very fair especially when compared to online. I will definitely come back here for parts and I highly recommend them!
Awesome experience working with Chas and the team at Radmoto. The three E Ride Pro SS bikes that we purchased and had his team build have exceeded our expectations out on the trails. The torque, speed, and handling are incredible, all without the sound of a two stroke motor.
Chas, the owner, fitted me with the perfect bike. He provided a long and detailed demo of the operation and even reached out a few days later. His high level of customer service gave me the confidence to ride safely and freely. And it is GREAT!

Chas is awesome!! not only he is very knowledgeable, he sells a great product and his customer service is amazing! My parents and I drove from Boston, the minute we walked in to the shop he made us feel welcome and was prepared to receive us, my parents had a blast! He helped me pick the right bike based on what I wanted and Im extremely happy! My electric moped Aventura X is just a dream come true! We even got a polaroid picture from him!!

Definitely a MUST HAVE experience if traveling In Portsmouth Area. Great to adventure around downtown to Explore, shop and eat with the ease of no parking problems and gorgeous scenery. I felt confident and safe on the onyx bike. The owner Chas did a wonderful job covering need to knows about electric bike. So I was able to fully enjoy the experience.
I will 100 percent be back and now thinking about purchasing one for everyday use. Thank you for such a great day!
Exploring Portsmouth was even more beautiful riding around in this cool Adventura moped! Loved how easy the rental process was & the owner, Chas, was great to work with! Highly recommend!
