I had such a wonderful experience at Radmoto. Charles took the time to walk me through all the major considerations and factors at play when deciding on an E-Moto. Beyond that he had me test ride 3 different bikes and let me experience each one myself. I will say that that was the most instrumental in me deciding to buy one. Watching Charles interact with other customers as well you can see he is passionate about riding and making sure his customers are happy. Whether talking with teens or adults he was polite, friendly and treated everyone as peers, rather than just a potential sale. Hugely impressed across the board and highly recommend stopping by, even if you don't know what you want.

The mark of a good retailer isn't how they handle the easy sales, it's when things go south that one can see the foundational service orientation of a store. With this sale Radmoto's drop-shipper dropped the ball on several aspects of my order (both shipping on-time and order accuracy) and Chas was patient, speedy and caring every step of the way in delivering a resolution despite my being terse at some points. Awesome experience working with Chas and the team at Radmoto. The three E Ride Pro SS bikes that we purchased and had his team build have exceeded our expectations out on the trails. The torque, speed, and handling are incredible, all without the sound of a two stroke motor.

Chas is awesome!! not only he is very knowledgeable, he sells a great product and his customer service is amazing! My parents and I drove from Boston, the minute we walked in to the shop he made us feel welcome and was prepared to receive us, my parents had a blast! He helped me pick the right bike based on what I wanted and Im extremely happy! My electric moped Aventura X is just a dream come true! We even got a polaroid picture from him!!
Definitely a MUST HAVE experience if traveling In Portsmouth Area. Great to adventure around downtown to Explore, shop and eat with the ease of no parking problems and gorgeous scenery. I felt confident and safe on the onyx bike. The owner Chas did a wonderful job covering need to knows about electric bike. So I was able to fully enjoy the experience.
