  Update on Used Vehicle Purchase (Within 30 Days): I purchased a used vehicle from this dealership, and within the first 30 days, the check engine light came on. When I reached out for support, I was told I would need to pay half of the $700 repair cost. The general manager stated, “If I covered everyone’s repairs, I’d lose money.” This response set the tone for what became a very uncomfortable experience. Throughout two days of interactions, the general manager’s demeanor was consistently dismissive and unprofessional. When I returned to the dealership the following day to speak with my salesperson, the GM approached me with a smug attitude and said, “I was going to pay the full bill until I saw your Google review.” This felt more like retaliation than customer service. An argument followed in the middle of the showroom, during which my salesperson reminded the GM that I had been told the vehicle would be covered for at least 30 days. The GM responded by publicly scolding his employee and stating, “I don’t want my customers being lied to.” Eventually, he agreed to cover the full repair cost. Unfortunately, despite the repair, the check engine light came back on, and I have not received any follow-up from the service department. While a few staff members were courteous and tried to help, the overall experience—especially the general manager’s attitude—left a very poor impression of the dealership’s customer care and professionalism.
