Ordered mulch for delivery on a Friday night to surprise my Mom coming home on Sunday. Turned out they delivered loom instead and it was after hours. I called the company andJon Hixon (a company VP) picked up the phone and heard the situation. All the workers were gone but to make it right he personally found a truck loaded up the 5 yards of mulch and drove it to us that night (around 8pm). Outstanding service and needles to say my mon was very surprised. He also let us keep the loom at no charge.
Sandra and Ryan have been incredibly helpful with the overwhelming estate job we've been dealing with these past few months. They are patient, informative and very honest about the whole process. Although they are a business you can tell they are family run and oriented. Would highly, and without hesitation, recommend them.
