Always our go to for any junk metal we get rid of. Prices are always the highest around, and staff is great to deal with. Best salvage yard in Northwood!
What a positive experience! Drove in from over 3 hours away for an engine and Tucker did not disappoint. It was priced extremely well and when we arrived it was on a forklift waiting for us. He even gave us shade tree mechanics excellent advice and pointers. Would not hesitate to drive up again if the need arises. Thanks for the engine!
Called to have a vehicle salvaged. The company was professional and great to work with, scheduled my pick up. The driver arrived promptly, he was quick and polite and it was the most non hassled experience ive ever had. Will recommend them to anyone and use them again should i ever find myself needing to get rid of a vehicle.
I've called a couple times to have them pick up a junk car. Always polite, friendly & professional. They pay more for junk cars that are complete than their competitors & they pick up/tow it away for you.
Fast & straight forward service. They schedule about a week or less from the day you call to pick up a junk car.
I won't hesitate to call Northwood Auto for the next junk car to be picked up, if need be.
I went to Northwood auto salvage and I just had to write a review of my experience...the people that work there were very very respectful to me and I was just floored because I haven't been treated that nice in a long time..thank you so much for your kindness..
Quick service, didn't take forever to evaluate the car and remove it from my property. They called before sending the tow truck over, gave an estimated time of arrival that was almost to the minute. He had a bill of sale ready to go, and I had $ in my pocket before he left. 100% would recommend.
My son damaged the under carriage of his Mitsubishi eclipse and the entire rear wheel assembly (including the cross-member) was either bent or broken. Having it repaired by a Auto mechanic would have exceeded the value of the car. I did some internet searches and found just the cross-member for $400. I figured with the rest of the damaged parts, the total would be over $800 if bought individually.
I called Northwood and they said they could get the entire thing, cross-member, struts, axles, brakes for $220. We jumped on it and a few days later when it came in, we were amazed. It was in even better than our original undamaged. Newer struts and better brakes.
Tucker from Northwood was awesome and gave us all sorts of pointers for a couple of amateur garage mechanics and everything worked out just as he said it would. I could not be happier with the service.
