The local auto shops were either too incompetent to check the battery in my vehicle or too overpriced to replace it so when I went to Batteries Plus, I was overjoyed to interact with knowledgeable, competent staff who didn’t rip me off. Thank you!!

I came in for a car battery replacement as mine was definitely needing a change. Jason went above and beyond what most places would do during the install, especially since the terminal was stuck to the battery post and it took a considerable amount of effort and time to free it. Jason did it without complaining when most places would've told me to just go to a mechanic and spend hundreds more.

I don’t normally leave reviews, but the team had batteries plus is a dying breed. They appreciate their customer and deliver what they say they’re going to deliver and I’m grateful for their service.

Perfect transaction. Bought online for 20% discount, order was ready when I got there about 30 min later. The 850CCA battery tested at 1600CCA. Guy gave me core charge at checkout and 3 min later I handed him the tired old battery that I bought used at a junkyard that had served me faithfully for 2 or 3 years right up until it didn't. I splurged on a Duracell Ultra AGT and got the no fuss, no muss, ultra treatment. Would replace tired old battery for powerful, shiny, new one again, but unfortunately I'm stuck in a battery replacement deja vu cycle with the big department store. I don't know how sustainable their policy of constantly replacing junk batteries is, but I plan on doing it until they make me stop and I don't see one of these ever making it's 3 year anniversary. And it was more than half the price of this beauty.

The team here are very helpful and responsive. I had a nice AGM Marine battery that failed and while they tried to revive it, they replaced it as it was under warranty, and were very helpful in the process. Great place to buy any battery you need.

After trying to fumble through the John Deere app to find if they had the tractor batteries I needed not only could I not find the batteries because they did not have the listing for the tractor I had because it is old, I went to batteries plus bulbs, and they had exactly what I needed when I entered the information. It was easy to order online, and I brought my old batteries and swap them out and I was in and out of there and picked up a terminal cleaner while I was at it. Very professional, very helpful and spot on with recognizing me coming to the door with a heavy battery in each hand, and I had to put one down to open the door And the female associate was there the second I opened the door to grab the battery I had put down and help me with both of them. She checked out both of the new batteries to ensure they were charged and had the correct amperage which I witnessed, and I was on my way! Quick and easy no questions needed because they had the battery I needed in stock. I have been purchasing my batteries for my vehicle vehicles, motorcycle and tractor from the store and will continue to do so because I have had great results!

I have been doing business with Batteries Plus and its predecessor, Batteries RS, for decades. They are a very honest business. For example, last year the then-brand-new battery of my convertible looked shot, as it did not hold any charge. I admitted I had left the convertible in storage throughout the whole winter (which gets quite cold around here) and did not take the battery out. I was expecting to pay for a new battery since I had let the battery discharge in the bitter cold, but the manager of the store in Newington, NH took it and somehow revived it! Also, last year in the same store, they replaced the broken screen of my cellphone. The cellphone needed to "adapt" to the new screen, but now it works great!

I had a great experience getting my auto and watch batteries replaced at the Newington, NH store. I was in and out of the store with my new batteries installed in about 15 min. (Much better than the typically long wait times at a general auto repair shop.) Customer service was excellent and prices were reasonable for a Duracell auto battery with a 3yr. warranty. Watch battery was also replaced on the spot and time/date reset so I didn't have to. I highly recommend Batteries Plus for auto and watch battery replacements.

The store guys were great., Very helpful and answered all manner of questions for me. Free advice is always great! The company website, though, lied about the battery type. They claimed it was 'maintenance free', information which I used to make my purchase decision, when in fact it was not a maintenance free battery at all. Last purchase I can make from an openly dishonest company.

If you need a battery this is the place to come. Knowledgeable staff that do their best to help and educate you. It is rare these days to find service that is focused on doing what is best for the customer. A special shoot out to Jason who got me the best battery for my needs. He then quickly and efficiently installed it in my CRV. Surprisingly good experience for a place that sells car parts (most car stores are pretty bad).

This place is the best. I had a valued flashlight that had its batteries leak and prevented removal. Connor worked on this flashlight for several minutes and finally was able to loosen the defective batteries and get it working. Serious props to Ethan. I was having issues with my Subaru's battery and it was time to replace it. After speaking with him on the phone, I brought my vehicle in and we went over my options and he installed it. After I drove the vehicle back home, I replaced my Key Fob with a fresh battery and everything was good to go. I spoke on the phone with Dan prior to ordering, and could not have asked for a better experience! He was very knowledgeable, helpful, and patient with my questions. When I arrived to pick up my purchase, I again dealt with him and one other. Both were absolutely great, they even knew who I was by name before I told them! Great customer service! Replaced the battery to my phone in the stated time, though they asked for extra just in case it became extremely busy. They even have batteries for drive able toy vehicles and power tools. Six month warranty for work and battery. I recommend this business. Plenty of parking.
