Noah did a great job towing me out of a bad spot last night during ice storm, he really knows his stuff, very grateful ?

Absolutely ridiculous. My vehicle gets totaled in the storm tells me pay friday 500 dollars give title wont charge 100 dollars layer fee daily. I said what time you close they say 25 hrs go today guys told me on the phone in his driveway he's closed wont be open till monday and pretty much rudely told me tough shit. Great service now ibsee why your reviews are scrappy.

**Kevin**Driving home from work tonight I was passing by a large plow truck & moved too far right to avoid being so close. At that point my wheel caught the built up snow and sent me into a ditch, on a busy corner. I called AAA and Morgan’s showed up in under 30mins(during a snowstorm I thought that was impressionable) 3 passer bys had JUST pushed me out and straightened out my wheels for me as Morgan’s was showing up. I acquired Kevin’s number and he told me to head home & if my car started acting up to call him again & he would arrange for a flatbed & ride. It was the middle of our first storm of the season. Tow trucks everywhere are super busy. But Kevin went above and beyond to make sure I was feeling safe & secure in my vehicle. It’s the personal touch that made this experience so different than the rest. I wasn’t just a number or nuisance on such a busy night. Thank you for your service, Kevin, and for also lending an ear to help calm my nerves. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I contacted Morgan’s Towing after midnight for a dead battery. They quickly put me in touch with Ian who was very responsive and helpful. He provided pricing upfront and was really flexible as I tried to figure out my plan. I opted to have him come out the next morning and he got my car running quickly. Highly recommend and I’m saving their number in case I ever need help in the future!

Got a flat on my Jeep. I cannot say enough good about Ian from Morgan towing. He literally went above and beyond and his communication, and commitment was legitimately second to none. Morgan's definitely dont let that guy go. He's top notch and because of him, I'll call you guys first thing. If I need you again. I strongly recommend Morgan's.

Highly recommend this company! My car battery died while camping at Pawtuckaway this weekend and AAA quoted us 4-5 hours for help, said they could't replace my battery, and that they would need to tow my car to a shop where it would wait until Monday for a battery replacement. We live out of state and our camping reservation was ending so we couldn't go that route. I started reaching out to other companies for options and when I called Morgan's, their technician Ian was able to come out within the hour, replace my battery, and get me back on the road! He was so patient and kind and really went above and beyond to help us out. Absolutely amazing service from Ian. Call these guys if you need help and are getting the run around from other places! You won't be disappointed.

Ian was fantastic at finding us and rescuing us quickly. He's very friendly, helpful and it was a pleasure getting to meet him.

Had a great experience with Morgan Towing and Repair utilizing the AAA app when my car had transmission failure, they arrived quickly and Seth the tow truck driver was extremely professional and kind. Would recommend this company over and over again when you are in a pickle! Thank you again for your help!

Morgan's really helped us out from a tight spot! We broke down and they towed both our car and teardrop camper to their shop and had us sorted out sooo fast. In less than 2 hours they went and got us parts, fixed us up, and we were back on the road. Can't recommend them enough!

One of your drivers of a giant Morgan towing truck scared me to death today around 1:30pm. He completely ran through a stop sign near 101 in Raymond and plowed into my lane cutting me off the road and just nearly hit me. I had to swerve half off the road to avoid being hit. It’s important you know so you can talk to your team—this almost ended very badly for me and my passenger and I’m still shaken.

Car battery was 100% dead, no turning over, no almost getting it started, no clicking. Just nothing. The worst. Went on the AAA app, input the information, got a call from Mike at Morgan's Towing about 10 minutes later. He not only has maybe the best attitude of ANYONE in the auto repair / towing business, but he was extremely helpful throughout the process, making recommendations on options, different batteries, ways to make this process make sense financially. He instantly knew what the problem was, offered quick and easy solutions, and had a brand new battery in my car and me back to my life in maybe 45 minutes. It was incredible how fast, efficient, knowledgeable, pleasant, and professional Mike was, in a situation that absolutely sucks to suddenly find yourself in. If you're unfortunate enough to have car issues, consider yourself extremely lucky to be within the range of Morgan's Towing, and hopefully Mike is working at the time. Couldn't be happier, and couldn't be more grateful for his help during what could have been a way longer, and way more expensive scenario right in the middle of some random Tuesday.

I was stuck in a small parking lot on a very cold and rainy Monday because my pick up truck wouldn't start. I called AAA and Morgan Towing from Epping, NH responded to the call. I can't say enough positive things about Ian, the tow truck driver. Despite the pouring rain, he went over and above to help. Not only did my truck not start, the shift was locked. Ian figured out how to unlock the shift to put it into neutral . He then maneuvered the truck out of the parking space so he could get it onto the flat bed tow. He did this in the pouring rain and remained cheerful and polite despite getting soaked! Ian was wonderful to deal with. I strongly recommend Ian and Morgan Towing and Repair!

Ian was so quick to respond to my call for a battery jump. He took the time to explain to me what he was doing and was so very kind. He took the stress right out of my morning and I would use Morgan’s towing again for any of my future problems!

These guys were great. I was in a pinch, about 17 minutes away in Kingston, and even though they were in the middle of something, they were able to wrap it up quickly and come grab my car and bring it 20 miles to the shop in Candia. They were like the 5th local company I tried (first tried 4 others that were closer) because one wouldn't answer their phone (Premier), one had both their drivers occupied for a few hours, and two others did not perform towing services anymore. I rode in the cab back to Candia and the driver was super nice and easy to make small talk with on the way. I'd highly recommend Morgan's. Thanks guys!

Our car ran out of gas while viewing a Christmas light show. Seth at Morgan’s Towing came out right away to help us. He gave us enough fuel to get to a nearby gas station and even drove behind us until we got there to make sure the car made it. He waited until we filled up and made sure the car started without issue. Appreciate how friendly and helpful seth was.

After an electrical failure, I called AAA, who reached out to Morgan's Towing. They dispatched Seth to come pick my car up from the highway breakdown lane within 10 minutes. Seth was great, and I appreciated the quick response on a freezing night!

Ian was amazing! I broke down in Market Basket parking lot. He got my car started, but I had already left, believing it was the alternator. He towed it to my house instead, and tightened the connections to the battery. He was very patient explaining it all to me. Amazing customer service! He turned what could've been a horror show into a mild inconvenience. Well done!

It was horrible having my car be in an accident and a friend severely injured in it, but the owner and his wife were so kind and so thoughtful through everything. They were both so accommodating. My experience with Morgan’s Towing was great. Car battery suddenly died while I was out, so I called AAA. Mike from Morgan’s called me, asked about the problem and the specific engine so he could arrive with the correct replacement if needed. He arrived when he said he would and changed out the difficult to access battery very quickly. He was very experienced, professional and personable. Definitely would recommend!

Received the most prompt & courteous tow ever this evening!! Insurance said 1hr, Seth was there in 20 minutes! Polite, efficient and made sure both us & the vehicle were safe. I have had several great experiences with Morgan’s Towing! The driver Tim is kind and respectful. On both occasions I have used Morgan’s Towing, he was curious and has even gone out of his way to come get my keys from my house. The office staff I have had the pleasure of speaking with have been very friendly and willing to work with me, especially with my second tow. They gave me an 10 mile discount for being a return customer even though they came to get my key. Absolutely the best towing company around!!!

I called AAA when my son's battery died. Seth called within minutes to see if we were in a safe location and let me know he would be there in 10 minutes! He jumped the car and my son said he was incredible polite and friendly. He let my son know (new driver!) how long to keep the car running once he got home - and then let me know the car was good to go! I am beyond grateful and impressed. If we could click ten stars I would!

Just wanted to share my experience with Seth from Morgan's towing. I had a lock out this evening 11/1/2023 and Seth was out there within an hour and got us back in the car within minutes and assisted us while fueling up! He was very courteous and professional and an overall great experience in the situation we were in and we really appreciate all of his help!
