A great first dumpster experience !!!
I ordered a 20 yard dumpster to dispose of an old 10' x 20' shed in my back yard. Perfect size.
Drop-off was trouble-free. That was a relief given that my driveway curves down to the house from the road and has a few cables about 13 feet above the driveway on the sloping part.
Their driver was an expert and was careful to make sure the cables were OK. He also landed the dumpster on the material I laid out to protect my driveway and helped move the material around a little as needed.
I needed an extra day so I called them 4 days before the scheduled pick-up date and arranged that no problem.
Pick-up was also trouble-free and they paused the loading process to let me throw in the material that the dumpster was sitting on.
I'll definitely use these guys again !!!

Rates are high compared to other local companies. For comparison, what would cost me $1,100.00 from another company ended up costing me $1,800 from this company.
Being a small business that uses 3-4 dumpsters a week, we can't justify the additional $2,000+ a week just for dumpster services.

I work directly for a roofing company and was in a bind trying to find a dumpster for same day delivery. Michael was incredible and was able to have a dumpster dropped off within hours of ordering when no one else could help. Dumpster was delivered in the time frame I requested. Driver was great and took the time to place it where I wanted. 7 day rental gave me the time I needed for a house cleanout.

Glad I chose this NowRush Recycling, they couldn’t have done a better job. They had the dumpster size we needed, delivered next day, and pricing was extremely competitive.
We had to empty 3 large pods. They were able to get a 40 yard dumpster delivered on short notice the next day. The driver was nice and positioned it perfectly. The dumpster had a door that swung open and this made our life much easier as we could easily position heavy items inside the dumpster.
We filled it up the first dumpster and called late in the day to see if we could have it picked up and a new 40 yard dropped off, they said they would get it done. By the time we got to the site the following day, the new dumpster was there, and positioned perfectly closer to the pods we hadn't emptied.

I was impressed with NowRush services...they came when they said and picked up when they promised. The driver called before delivery and double checked where to place the container. He was careful to line it up on the driveway without damaging the grass. The dumpster looked brand new and their pricing was competitive. I will definitely use them again.
When the dumpster was delivered there was an issue with branches being in the way that we didn't anticipate and the driver seemed annoyed. We also called later about have a mattress taken with the dumpster. We were told to leave it by the dumpster and it would cost $100. The employee said we could have just checked the website instead of calling . When we checked the website it was $150 so we called back and were told that they didn't realize the site had been updated, so yes it would be $150. Then they picked up the dumpster a day late and left the mattress behind. sorry to say we weren't very happy with this service.
After making some very valid points to the owner about misleading information from his website and his employees, he told me he was going to dump the items in the dumpster back into my driveway then went on to change his website immediately to reflect the points I made and added experience to them. Told me not to go over the “waterline” but could not and still will not explain what that means, sorry I’m not in the trash profession. The dumpster itself is built curved and very short so you cannot get much in before it’s too full to their standard. Also when I booked was told it was a 7 day rental, day 8 came no one showed so I called, to get no answer and not even a professional voicemail… got a call back on day 9 and was told “I don’t know when you’re project is done…” Okay… but it’s a 7 day rental… guy seems to care more about how bright and shiny his trucks and dumpsters are instead of the actual purpose.
We recently ordered a dumpster from NowRush Recycling and it was a smooth experience. We were able to get it within 24 hrs of our order and they even were able to schedule it to be picked up the next day. We will definitely use this company again. Thanks !!

We just rented a 30 yard dumpster. Process was very easy. Staff was great -office and driver. He dropped the dumpster right where I wanted without any issues. We had to keep the dumpster for extra days which was not expensive at $10.00 dollars a day. Pickup was just as simple. All in all….a excellent job. We will definitely use them again.
I never write reviews unless I feel that the company has gone above and beyond my expectations. Nowrush has accomplished exactly that. From the initial phone call all the way to the completion of my project. I had made many phones calls in the beginning and their pricing was hands down the best. When comparing pricing and choosing to go with the cheapest, you tend to have hesitation, but I can honestly say it was the BEST decision. A company that cares, assists and is readily available.
